After my television received a software update it has not run properly sinceI get either a blue screen or a "No signal" error on the displayI have to unplug the cable box and plug it back in to get the issue resolvedI have exchanged numerous emails with Vizio customer service and the outcome was they insisted it was just a coincidence my television was doing this and I should have it repaired at my expense since it is out of warrantyI am insisting that my television worked perfectly until their software or firmware updateIt is NOT a coincidence

I purchased a 65" TV from vizio less than a year later the TV is showing dark spots every where which we could barely see the TV We google the model# of the TV and saw that almost everyone that has purchased the same TV is having the same problems as well Also vizio has the same problem with the 70" TV's and they extended the warranty for those specific ones but they refuse to address the issues with the 65" even after they are aware of the problem We been trying to get this problem resolve by them fixing the TV or replacing it and they continue to give me the run around and when they transfer me to a supervisor he tells me he is calling us back and never does This problem been going on for the past months and still no results

I can't begin to describe how utterly disappointed I am with this companyI will never buy another one of their products or recommend them to family, friends, or enemies for that matterI purchased a 65inflat screen TV on Black Friday as a ?Christmas gift to my husbandmonths after we started using it, it completely stopped working (thats one month outside of the manufacturers warranty in case you were wondering)I had to speak to multiple people before they agreed to send someone to fix it because I didn't purchase the extended warrantyWell it turned out that what was wrong with the TV is not "worth" fixing and if I had purchased the extended warranty it won't be covered anywayVizio offered to sell me a replacement TV for $off their sticker price (so around $800)So for anyone keeping track that would mean that in months I would be spending close to $on televisionsNo thank you!!! Have a little integrity Vizio and stand behind your product! I am talking about months! If we had gotten year out of it I won't be nearly as upsetHow can a company in good conscious charge almost $for a product that barely lasts a yearNEVER AGAIN!

70" Vizio "M" Class LED flat screen: About 2.5yrs of to light usage has caused three black lines to run across the length of the screenI contacted Vizio several times to discuss this and they recommended that I but a new flat screen because they could not help meI was disappointed that the most advanced and costly TV that I had ever purchased was the only one that I have had issues with I have much older screens with thousands more hours of usage that are still operating without issues

On Black Friday I purchased a inch Vizio televisionThis year (February 2016) I was watching this TV and all of a sudden the screen goes blackI Automatically google the model number so I can call vizio to see if I purchased the warranty and I saw all kinds of complaints about the exact same tv with multiple purchased on the same dateVizio was nice enough to extend the warranty out for another year but did not contact customers about the known defectWith this being said, my tv was part of the known defective units and since I was months over my warranty they were unable to help me fix the KNOWN problemI now have a $inch decoration laying around my house since VIZIO does not stand behind the quality of their product

In December I purchased a sound bar may be Vizio Within months the soundbar stopped working I called in to have it replaced My customer service experience was awful but they promised they would send a box to replace it after two months I had not received anything so I decided to call back in They advised that they never sent the box and that they would send one right away After waiting another period of time I still had not received the box, I called back Once again they promised to send the box This repeated for more times before I finally received the box about months after I had opened the original case Once I received the box I shipped the unit back and received a new one Within months this unit also failed When I called in to have the second unit replaced I was told that the new unit was not covered under the warranty and since it was more than days old I would have to but a new one which they could sell me at a discountNeedless to say, I re

Again, I was promised by the Floor Supervisor a replacement television with same dimensions but better quality for my very bad experience with the purchased modelI even took a customer satisfaction survey afterwards, happy with the resolution offered by the supervisorEversince, Vizio has apologized but bluntly said they will not honor what was promisedEither take a refund or accept a fourth replacement! There is no value to a supervisor's promise whatsoeverThey will not honor their commitment or stand behind what their supervisor committed to

We purchased this Vizio TV 55" Smart TV for over $in December of 2015, in July of the screen doesn't come on but we can still hear sound I contacted Vizio customer care who asked me to send proof of purchase or a picture of the TV, I explained to them that we can not find the receipt since we have since relocated to from Arizona to Illinois
The representative tells me that there is nothing they can do without the Proof of Purchase, meanwhile I am stuck with a brick for a TV that cost over $

I am one of the unfortunate owner of Vizio 70" TV (E701i-A)This line of TV has a big display issue, which is, that with time a number of white spots starts appearing on the screen
I had this TV replaced once through Vizio in September-(CaseID# ***)The replacement unit they sent started showing same signs (white spots started appearing on the screen) after couple of monthsThe spots were small in number in the beginning but later I started noticing that the white spots started taking all over the screen every other day
After doing some research online, I found that there are many others who are frustrated with this TV model and have the same issueEven for some customers Vizio had done to replacements and they have same issue over and over again
I contacted Vizio yesterday and told them out the issue (CaseID# ***)They gave me two options1) replace the TV by payi

Like others here have mentioned, Customer Service is a joke They don't value their customers I bought a 43" 4k Ultra HD which failed within warranty but due to evacuation for hurricane Irma I neglected to contact them until it was one month past the warranty expiration date Supervisor just kept saying "it's out of warranty" Best he could do is offer $off retail price of a new oneSorry but won't be throwing good money after bad

I ordered a television directly from Vizio.com on Oct After many wasted hours on calls and emails it is Nov and the item has not been deliveredThey blamed me for them having the wrong number, not calling me on the number I gave them over the phone, and them not responding to my emails
