Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Vizio has asked me to pay a $fee to pay for the technician to come in and replace parts on the television and they will cover the cost of the parts This is ridiculous for the simple fact that they are not positive that this will resolve this issue I asked via email to know how effective this solution is when it came to repairing the other models of this TV and was ignored I asked what the parts are so I could research to see what others who have taken Vizio up on this offer have to say, my request was ignored with this response: "The warehouse will send all parts to the technician that is needed for the repair Once the terms and conditions are returned back we will send this over to the Technician and they will contact you in 5-business days, any questions on parts he receives can be answered by him at that time." Basically I have to agree to paying this before I get anymore information from them The first lady I spoke to on the phone regarding this fix was very pleasant and easy to deal with The second one however has been nothing but difficult That would simply be like calling a mechanic and telling them your vehicle is making a noise, unless they look at it, they cannot tell you the issue However, with this case it is slightly different as there has been so many complaints on this model of TV having the same problem as I have They should be able to at least tell me how effective this is and they refuse Unless they want to replace the TV, I am completely UNSATISFIED with this There is ZERO reason for this TV to be experiencing it as it still in excellent condition and has never been handled poorly.] Regards, [redacted]

TV has developed a bright spot in the screen, right above a stand, which suggests a manufacturing issueHowever, because I'm unable to capture an image of it, they refuse to replace the unitIt is also past the return window for the place of purchase ( [redacted] ***), so I'm now stuck with a flawed, and undesirable, televisionCustomer service was completely unhelpful in this regard, refusing to do anything because they couldn't see the issueI took several photos, with multiple cameras, along with video, sending them the photos that best represented the issue, though these photos were mediocre at best in showing the issueI was just unable to get a good photo of the problem

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe tv was purchased new around Christmas 2013, it was supposed to be a high end tv yet in January it failed, frustrated with VIZIO's response at the time I took it down and boxed it up hoping to have it fixed although VIZIO customer service when I called yet they told me it was out of warranty and there was nothing they could doFast forwarding to present, I was cleaning my garage out and the tv being in my garage brought back old angry memories so I went online and found out the issues are known far and wide by VIZIO for this particular tv model and an extended year warranty was given out which I knew nothing about because I was never notified of that resolutionI purchased the tv new at [redacted] ***, I have looked high and low for my receipt but cannot find it, as I recall it may have been provided back to VIZIO during the first go around or left on a scanner by accident when it was scanned to send the receipt onThe fact remains no product is worth $for only months of use only to fail and be told I am on my own while others with the exact same problem had theirs repaired under full warrantyI turn it on, the back light and sound are there but no picture, I have gone through hours of extensive troubleshooting to no avail, it is time for VIZIO to make this right for me as a consumer of their product as well being that it is a well know issue for this particular model, I will accept a repair or a replacement but I am not going to throw away a $tv even though I believe that is what is expected by VIZIO for this matterIT would be like buying a new car, driving it miles and junking it, it is a totally unreasonable solution! The tv has been sitting in its original box since January with no resolution Regards, [redacted]
