We purchased a Vizio D50-EtelevisionWhen looking at this tv on their website they show that it has the ability to have the [redacted] prime as an appHere is a link https://www.vizio.com [redacted] When trying to find it, after hours and phone calls with Vizio tech support, I was informed that it is not available and can not be addedI find this absolutely ridiculous and misleadingI currently have Vizio TV's that have this appWhen purchasing this last tv, having the ability to watch [redacted] prime was the basis for buying this tV I feel that during this holiday season, there will be many people purchasing this tv as presents, thinking that this App (one of the largest streaming companies) is available based on Vizio's advertisements It is flat out misleading and taken advantage of us

I purchased a 55" M Series 4K Television in December of After months of use the screen started bleeding the colorsTech Support had me reboot the tvThat worked for a day or two until the screen went blackOf course they said so sorry, your warranty is up and your on your ownI spent $on this television and obviously its of VERY POOR QUALITY!!! I received no assistance at all and recommend never purchasing Vizio products

I purchased a Vizio inch smart TV year and months ago for $The model number is e65x-cLast week my family and I were watching TV when all of the sudden the power shut off on the TVI thought it may be the outlet, but that proved to be functioning appropriatelyI then called Vizio customer service The customer service representative that I spoke to walked me through a few power resets, which didn't work She told me that since the TV was out of warranty that I had two options She said she could give me contact information for a repair man in the area, or to go and buy another inch TV for $ She then stated, "I suggest that you just go out and buy new TV." I don't feel that it is acceptable to pay this much for an item and have it only last a year and a half

I was at [redacted] looking to buy a fan a worker seen me looking at a tv he told me he had a really good deal on a 50" Vizio tv p series regularly it wAs on clearance for plus tax I bought the tv because it was really nice and also lurch ached an extended warrantyThree days later the tv shut off so I called Vizio I told Vizio it smelt like something was burning inside of it they said they didn't make a p series no more that they would give me an m series they then sent it out and the delivery people somehow lost it so I had redid a claim they said they would give me a better one because of the situation it literally took over a month to a tv When I received the tv it was the cheapest model they have which was a d series I went from a p series to a d series the highest is a r series I have called several times they basically are not honoring my warranty and want to give me money back just because [redacted] gave me a God deal on the tv it doesn't give them the rite to give m

I do not accept vizios offerOriginally I did accept their first offer of a replacement tv for 400$I told [redacted] that I would call back once I got the moneyWhen u tried calling him numerous times and left numerous voice messages for him to return my calls he never didI finally had to file another complaint to even get a response from Vizio This time they called only because a complaint had been filed and told me the tv was no longer availableThey could sell me a new model for 800$I do not have that kind of moneyAnd had they returned my calls my tv would have been available They have the worst customer service and seem to not care if they sell their customers defective merchandise for full priceI want a replacement tv I paid these people $for a defective tvI want what I paid for
