There product is only warrantied for a year? [their words] Action has commenced to do this, and I have been notified by the carrier that they have the replacement item, though no delivery date has been establishedWhen the replacement item has been delivered, installed, and tested, I will be in a position to return and close out this action Until then, the Revdex.com should leave this open Regards, [redacted]

Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased a brand new TV months ago, and suddenly it stopped workingApparently something is broken inside the panelWhen I asked them to repair or replace as it is under manufacture warranty, they pretty much told us it's our fault, we broke it, even though there are no scratch on top of the screenThey just put the blame on us and denied to honor the warrantyThey are rude and have poor customer serviceEveryone seems to claim themselves as the last person that I can talk toAnd only solution they gave is to buy another tv almost the same cost as the new oneI have tried talking with them but it seems they just don't careI have also sent them their own review site where many others filed similar complaints and pointed out that they should take care of the customersBut it seems like they just simply stood firm that it was our issue and avoiding the warrantyThis is not ethical, and I would like you to kindly intervene and resolve the issue

I purchased a brand new televisionUpon opening the box of the television I was missing the remote and power chordI contacted Vizio and I was sent a power chord and remote After receiving the items the television is not the same one that should be in the box! I contacted [redacted] who told me I needed to go back to Vizio Be had constant problems and I just want my money back !

I purchased a Television from Vizio #E701i-Ainch in October of My tv has had no major issues but just today faded to black and is no longer working After doing some research I found that the television I have has had a known defect and had been recalledI looked into it more and was made aware that they extended the warranty on that television for one year longer than the original one year warrantyWell it just so happens that I am a few months past the two year warranty and am being told there is nothing that can be done I believe that if the television was recalled and still has the same issues even after the two year warranty that it should still be coveredI am disappointed that I now have a worthless broken tv that I am still making payments on All I would hope is that they would be willing to replace the television even after the warranty, especially when the tv had a known issue and had been recalled

My wife and I bought a 70" Vizio in November of and in January of the TV last picture but still had soundCome to find out from Vizio's website that this particular TV (E701i-A3) had a problem with losing picture and to date it looks like around 200k of them had this issueVizio knowing that they sold this product that has an issue, which is listed very clearly on thier website notes on this same site that all you have to do is call their customer service teamAs they website said, I called and was told that since it had been over two years that there was no warranty on this tv, yet my serial number is one listed on their site as a TV that could potentially have this problemI wouldn't think that if a company knowingly has an issue with their product that it should matter the length of time before that specific problem they announced would occurVizio's response to my wife and I was that the TV couldn't be fixed and they wouldn't replace itSo basically if you ever have a recall type issue with Vizio, you should know that you will not be taken care of and that they don't stand behind their own productsWe had this $for less than years and now it is just a 100lb paper weight that I can't do any thing with

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have a VIZIO TV, which is a TV manufactured by VIZIO The TV I have, and the photos that I sent, do show a Manufacturer’s defect, as it is failing LED Zones This is not the only issue The TV locks up, the TV blurs The VIZIO TV shows shadowed dotted lines moving across the screen The VIZIO TV has vertical shadowed lines one light images I do not understand how VIZIO can say it is not their issue, when everything that is happening is a Manufacturer’s DefectThanks, [redacted]
