When she received her package, the laundry detergent was damaged and leaked. A replacement was issued, however, the laundry detergent leaked again. She was refunded for that item. We have also escalated this to our fulfillment team regarding the packaging of this delivery. For the inconvenience, we have issued a $10 Egift Card. As such, Walmart.com considers this matter closed.

Walmart.com account and order history. [redacted] order was from Altatac, a third party Walmart Marketplace Seller. When products are ordered from a Marketplace Seller, all returns and refunds for products are handled through the specific Seller. Please note, we do provide contact information for each Marketplace Seller on walmart.com, and the customer is notified at the time of order that they are purchasing the item from the Marketplace Seller. Additionally, the product description includes the specific Seller’s Shipping and Return Policy.We notified the Altatac’s support team about [redacted] concerns advising them the order arrived late and that [redacted] was requesting a refund on the shipping charges. On January 3, 2017, we contacted [redacted] directly and apologized for the inconvenience that this delay had caused. In addition for the difficulties he experienced he was given a 10% discount off his order and his shipping charges had been refunded. I was not contacted by Walmart regarding my order. It took several attempts of me reaching out to Walmart.com with questions regarding my order. I was informed on several occasions there was no problem with my order and that everything was processed properly. Walmart has documents that prove this. I had to go through several walmart.com [redacted] service team members and managers to request a refund. I was told that was not the process on several occasions. Finally, after weeks of wasted time and hours later, I was told my refund would be processed asap.
Walmart.com fails to take responsibility for misleading customers in an effort to get them to buy products online in hopes that they may arrive around the estimated time frame. The staff is rude and unaware of the proper procedures when it comes tot he company they work for. How is it that no associate was aware that there is a third party involved when shipping certain items? The response provided is a sad excuse from a profitable business that does not value those who spend their money to increase Walmart.com profits.

We have confirmed that Mr. [redacted]'s order XXXXXXXXXXXXX was delivered to his selected Ship To Store Walmart location on August 28, 2014 and a pick up reminder email was sent out to him on the same day. We also confirmed two pick up reminder emails were emailed to him on September 5, 2014 and September 9, 2014. Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted]'s order was not picked up on the expiration date September 12, 2014 that caused the order to be returned.
On September 23, 2014 we spoke with Mr. [redacted] directly and confirmed he no longer needed assistance with his order XXXXXXXXXXXXX, but instead requested assistance with another order that he received damaged. Mr. [redacted] provided us with an order that we confirmed belonged to the Marketplace vendor Wayfair.com. On September 24, 2014, we were able to communicate Mr. [redacted]'s issue with the Wayfair support group. The Wayfair support group advised that they will be contacting Mr. [redacted] directly to resolve the issue he has with his Wayfair order. In light of this, Walmart.com considers this case closed.

I was in the right for buying tv's at price they posted , told me free pick up at walmart in ([redacted]) with confirmation number. I drove half hour to walmart early morning around 830am. So I kindly walk up to the manager showed him my confirmation number.He told me the tv's was sold out , but he told me I can still purchase the same TV online and have it shipped free to the store. He said all the TV's in the back are for black friday and he would not let me purchase a TV in the back even though they did have them. So Walmart canceled my order for both TV's. When I got home, I tried for "a week" to purchase that TV with no luck. Walmart ended up taking away the price of the TV. I was lead to believe I was going to get the TV's for the price I originally paid/purhcased this for. They did give me a $183 which was the difference of what the TV's cost. Whatever happened to the customer comes first. Why was I told I could still get the TV's for the price. All I wanted was to purchase the same tv's for the price they had them listed for and I purhcased.

After we received Mr. [redacted]'s complaint, we reviewed his Walmart.com account and order history. Mr. [redacted] placed an order on 2/18/2015 for an Apple Ipad mini. Per the tracking it shows it was delivered on 2/24/2015 at 12:37 PM. Mr. [redacted] did not receive the delivery. Due to the type and price of the item, Mr. [redacted] will need to file a police report for the stolen item. We contacted his local police department in [redacted], ** and they have advised that a police report can be made over phone if Mr. [redacted] cannot drive down to the station. After we received Mr. [redacted]'s complaint, we reviewed his Walmart.com account and order history. We recently experienced on our website a price error which due to a technical error, resulted in the Sterilite File Crate, Set of 6 showing incorrect pricing. Once we became aware of this issue, we immediately took corrective action to investigate and rectify the error. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused Mr. [redacted] and issued him a $25.00 eGift Card for the inconvenience. We have reached out to Mr. [redacted] with this information and have not heard back from him. As such, Walmart.com considers this matter closed.
