I order a medal detector and a fire box for my son for christmas he is only years old and this is all he ask for dec order cancelled so I called they said reorder on dec cancelled again called again they put ahold on the money and said it would be after christmas before I could get theses gifts and here we will give you a dollar gift card I have done nothing but cried they have ruined my sons christmas not gifts under the tree thanks alot walmart this is the worse christmas ever what do I tell my son I have health problems is the only reason I ordered it I am so upset a child has no christmas and thinks dollars should make it better.I am done with this company they don't care about nothing but money

Walmart can/should not have a day return policy associated with their online electronic purchases, because:
1)The time it takes to receive the item shipped from their warehouse
2)Christmas Season purchases return should be based on the day after christmas so the gift can be given
3)High tech electronics are never repairable locally
4.) The Gift receiver should be allocated a sufficient amount of time to add the extended warranty after the gift is received, this burden should never solely be placed on the giver
What ever happend to good old fashion *** service being handled by the store and not inconviencing the unsuspecting ***
It is true that RCA contacted me after I went on their *** service website and filed a complaint
But, it still cost me more money to sent the item back to them., and they gave no assurance that the resolution of the problem with the Tablet would be resolved quickly
I got the impression they were hoping they could find a reason to charge me to repair the item, plus
they stated it may take them or so weeks to resolve this problem
So no I don't considered the problem solved until I get a Tablet back for my niece, and I am still waiting

I tried to explain in my complaint that the gift card was sent as a gift to a family I don't know very well who was in need and I wasn't able to put a note on it to explain who it was fromIn light of that I wanted to cancel itIt's not the point that this family used the fundsThe point I'm trying to make is that I tried to cancel this gift card and your poorly trained *** service "specialists" did not cancel it and therefore this family does not know who sent itIt was supposed to be a "gift" carda gift is something you send with a card for a reasonI'm not sure where the confusion lies in this and I'm not sure why you keep saying this matter is closedAnd I really don't understand why you can't admit to your mistake and offer me a refund!

In this case, the serial number scanned off of the unit at the time of purchase did not match the serial number of the unit presented for a return
The store will be able to complete a refund on the unit with the serial number that was scanned at the time of purchase and which was recorded on the Walmart receipt
Since the box was factory sealed when the consumer left the store, we suggest that they speak to Samsung for any further resolution
