The company's response is that they will take action, which is what they've said each time I've contacted them. I would strongly encourage you to look into the number of complaints this business has received and reevaluate your current rating. The company advertises a wide variety of merchandise as "in stock" but consumers who order, like myself, are finding out differently. I have been refunded through Paypal, but I had to file a dispute with them and the business did not respond.

No effort has been make by this company for honest resolutionI paid for a new tub and was sent an unboxed, undocumented tub that had apparently been recycled through the efaucets.com warehouseMy plumber did not pull it from the pallet and notice interior damage until several days after delivery when he was ready to install the unitThe identical tub found locally was shipped in a box with warranty, care, and installation documentationBottom line: I was shipped what was obviously a previously returned tub and the company will now work with me in any way to correct their failure

I'm not clear on what PayPal is now telling the merchant I have an email from PayPal which I forwarded to Joni in the disputes department (which she forwarded to the accounting department per my instruction), that PayPal had closed the case Efaucets (improvements) has the money back in their account.I was told for a few weeks after I returned the damaged toilet that it had not been received I have both the shipping tags I put on the boxes to return them for credit These were preprinted tags the merchant sent to me Now the issue seems to be something different because the items have been received.The next excuse from the merchant was that the PayPal claim was still open So I contacted PayPal and was, after a few attempts, able to get PayPal to send an email to merchant, stating the case was closed Accounting has this information.The next time I followed up, I was told by a disputes rep at merchant, that PayPal had instructed them not to touch the money for days I have documentation of everything stated above.Am I missing something here PayPal case is closed The merchant has the damaged goods, and they have the money in their account.Please advise.Thank you!

I do not know what "loose ends" the merchant is referring to How many times do I have to say the PayPal case is closed There are no loose ends If there are loose ends please describe what needs to be done YMerchant has my money, not PayPal This does not make sense
