Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The fact remains that only a complaint with the Revdex.com got my request processed immediatelyWhile I am please that my information and the map to my residence has been removed, the only way of doing this is the General email complaint ticket, which auto replies saying my request will be handled in 5-days, or I can use the form specifically inteded for information removal, which requires that I join or register to the siteEven the third party sites they aggregate data from offer solutions that do no compell membership/registration, or allow you to process the initial request immediatelyEven the most complex opt-out procedures, such as sending redacted identification to the site, do not require that step firstI also did not find any other company who tried so hard to avoid phone communications, and I have seldom encountered a company where the people who do answer the phones are so rude, who blatantly lie, who claim they have no management and no access to other department phone numbers, or who just hang up on you.

I am rejecting this response because: I followed the opt-out instructions with URL informationThe website did not take it and gave me an error messageI used or versions of possible URL and tried each of them multiple timesI then gave up and was upsetI tried again about a week later, same process, nothing happenedI then sent my message to Revdex.com and tried the OPT OUT option again, following all the instructions, using the URL again, and that time, luckily and coincidentally, it seems that the URL was accepted for OPT OUTNevertheless, I DO NOT and NEVER gave authorization to publish information about criminal records that can be left to very negative interpretation to the general public who will not bother to order a report but may come up with imaginative interpretation that is NOT necessary and can be unnecessarily damaging to one's reputationPeople who want to know ANYTHING about ANYONE'S criminal record should do so on specialized government sites and should do so with a valid purpose
