However I reject their response because they did nothing to help me to remove the listing. The representative I had corespondence with through email did not seem to comprehend nor seem to care to help work work along with me.
I am the one that physically had to remove the URL's with my address that was incorrectly listed with my relatives. I had to create an account and give White Pages my phone number in order to do this on 8/23/16. I removed 2 URL's incorrectly listed with my address. I have previously had to remove listings in February of 2016. White Pages did not respond until after this complaint was closed. To reiterate, I did not receive help nor did White Pages actually remove the listings I request be removed as the listings are no longer there only due to the fact that after White Pages not responding to my removal requests, I removed them by creating an account and giving White Pages my phone number.
I hope that White Pages will take my and other people's privacy in consideration in the future, especially under special circumstances. I would also hope White Pages would be more responsive and make it less difficult to remove listings and not require more personal information to remove listings such as creating an account with an email and a phone number to remove a listing. Safety should be their priority.
