As stated above, it can take up to 10 business days for the listing to be removed from the site. L Ohl was also instructed to contact the provider of the business listing, Infogroup, to remove the information from their database as well. Again, we have submitted this for removal on our end and it can take up to 10 business days for the information to be removed from the site.
I do see that back in May Mr. [redacted] contacted to requesting to remove his information. We responded back asking for the name, address and phone number if available that he wishes to remove and we never heard back.
