I do see that we received an email on March 26, 2016 requesting to have his information removed, but unfortunately we had not yet reached the email as we answer them all in the order they are...

As stated in our auto response that goes back to a user when they email into support, sending in multiple emails can delay the response time. In this case, each time Mr. [redacted] would send in an email it would send her ticket to the newest of our queue. Since we work from oldest to newest, we would...

I am rejecting this response because: someone needs to take responsibility for displaying incorrect information and provide a way to correct it.   if a company is going to accept information from a third party and display website results based on  that information, they are equally responsible for providing a way to correct or remove the information or forwarding information back to the third party!!!

I do see that Mr. [redacted] contact Whitepages Premium on Saturday the 12th - twice as well as Sunday the 13th of December. Whitepages Premium Support is not in office on weekends and because of that, Mr. [redacted] was contacted back on Monday the 14th of Decemer with the following response:

For the option you selected, the website states that you will be billed "$179.40 Today". Longer subscriptions offer more value. I do see that on 12/15 a chargeback was submitted by Mr. [redacted]'s bank in the amount of $179.40 and it was processed on 12/16.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  They need to take this off for me.  They also need to block my name from further data feeds.  It is very easy for them to do.  I never gave them permission to use my information.  When trying to take the information off myself, I was unable to do so.  I wish the Revdex.com could do more to protect us from this use of our data.  I have not given anyone permission to use my data.  Sincerely,[redacted]

and they have had time to resolve this issue. Further, their online Help section FAQ states that they get their information from public record and there is no such public record.  It also states that because their information comes from public record it will likely continue to reappear.  This is not an acceptable response.  The information must be removed immediately and it must not reappear.Sincerely,[redacted]

to make sure that information that has previously been removed will not appear back on the site. It isn't always perfect, but we do the best that we can.
