The Corporate Customer Relations Department for Williams-Sonoma Incand Pottery Barn are in receipt of this customer's complaint I have reached out to the customer to address his concerns I have confirmed that the customer has received his sectional in full and I will be sending the customer a merchandise credit, as compensation I consider this issue to be resolved
