I have been trying to get this resolved with the company for months, the middle of JuneFirst I was promised it would be resolved in days then it was days, then it was by September 29, with never a resolutionThe last I heard from them was on August 18, because they would no longer answer emails after their final deadline for resolution expiredThey continually ignored my phone messages and emailsFinally I contacted under an alternate email under the ruse of having a different problem, I received a reply in under an hourWhen it comes time for them to collect my money, they are *** on the spot, but when they owed me, I couldn't get any help or responseBy them wasting months of my time and having to get a third party involved to solve the issue, and finally agreeing to uphold their promises, I am not satisfiedThey owe me something besides just what the original debt was, by wasting my time and energy to hold their feet to the fireThey offered zero customer service, and lied and made excuses until some bad publicity was eminentThey need to come up with a solution to make up for the time I wasted on running circles to get them to pay up

They did not respond to multiple emails, they promised me a response in and then in days and both deadlines came and went with no resolution, they cancelled my membership after I contacted the Revdex.com, they still have never contacted meI finally received my check months after it was promisedI have wasted too much of my time, and they have lied to e and treated me so poorly that just meeting their contractual obligation doesn't seem like a fair settlement for my time and efforts to get this resolvedAs for their alleged refund, it hasn't happened, I suspect that will take multiple phone calls, emails and finally another Revdex.com complaintAs for reaching out to them, they do not respond to phone calls or emails, so that would be a futile venture
