The problem is still ongoing and they have done absolutely nothing but ignore numerous player complaints on the issueThe auto cresting lowers the quality of our game leaving us unable to locate reports to readOur team members are quitting ruining the social side of the gameVery disappointing they take our money and allow harassment to a level it ruins our gameplayIf the player was just attacking or mouthing off at us we wouldnt be bothered, however he is using automated scripts to deliberatley wreck our game playDisappointing they sit on their hands

Wow to Rock you Poker ...To begin I did seek help from facebook because I knew from other players that lost there chips to hackers that Rock you Poker would wash there hands..But I was told by facebook that I had to go to ROCK YOU POKER because the hack happen there ...I have all the pictures and compliants of all the people on the site that got hack ..I know that rock you poker will not refund or claim responsibility to the matter that when I came to the B.B.B.and made my report .You let your site get hack by other sites and then tell your customers sorry we can,t help good luck gettting your chips back when it was your fault for having a poor security on your site and letting the hackers promote and hack on your site .I would like my chips that I earn over a year period billion....I got some statements some were visa prepaid cards I got picture and video of the tables on the site .I will send it all to the F.T.C and make my report ..And if I must I will hire a lawyer but my chips or a refund of my money will happen I will expose the dirty game that Rock you POKER is playing with people .I really hope this is not a con on Rock You Poker part because the truth will come out .What makes you think that people will still buy chips there if they knew that if that get hack on your site there money is good as lost.You should put it on your site buy at your own risk!!! we are not responsible and we do not refund chips that are hack are security system is weak so proceed with caution.Never on any site on facebook I have never seen so much lack of responsibility...All the sites that I have made a report of missing chips can go back and retrieve the game on the table and how many chips you have ...Only Rock you claims that they are not able to fix the hack or go back and see the gaming on the table or retrieve your balance.Before I let you take me for a fool you better think twice ...This is not a game.Take responsibility secure your site and refund me my chips thank you

I am not satisfied with the response, as I feel the messaging was misleading, and that they sold me a lesser value item then what was advertised. RockYou in previous offers sold Galahad Chests for gems each, whereas the Elite Galahad Chests were 5. As far as I am concerned they advertised a premium item for gems and sold me a lesser value one that should have only been worth gems
In terms of the content of the chests, what I "won" is more aligned with the lesser Galahad contents as well, since I did not receive a single Master Token or a single Forgemaster Token, which is why I would buy a premium offer
Since this complaint has been filed, the RY representative, *** has deposited a single Forgemaster Token in my inventory. What I would feel as fair resolution is to either credit me the balance between Elite and Lesser Galahad Chests (Instead of charging me gems for the Elites, they should have only charged me gems for Lessers), or deliver me MT and FTM content as could be expected in their advertisement.Sincerely,*** ***
