I received a response to my initial complaint against Global Efficient Energy on April 7th wherein they stated: "We will review your file, and bills included todayIf we have all that is needed to complete the analysis it will be done and results will be delivered to you next Friday, April 15thIf we do not have all that is needed, a representative from my team will reach out and let you know what is needed so we can still meet this deadlineThank you for your patienceWe look forward to resolving this for you as quickly as possible." They have delivered nothing nor has a representative of the company contacted me for additional information

they came and check the system and found out that there is nothing wrong with the systemthe panels and the $was a offer that *** *** and *** *** made to me over the phone to try to resolve the issuei took their offer but they haven't make an attempt to install those panels and now they are not even taking my phone callsi bough the system that they told me that will be enough to save half of my electric billi have no knowledge on solar panelsthe salesman told me that what he was selling me was enough to guarantee the savingshe even told me that I will have the possibility to make more energy than neededthey did not delivered what they promised

Mr***, I apologize for the confusionThe rebate does not necessarily depend on your income, however, like any other credit or deduction you are able to claim, there are various items that determine what amount you are eligible forThe amount we provide you with is the maximum that you should be able to claim per 30% of the package pricingThis is why we advise you may be eligible for this amount, versus acting as a tax professional and guaranteeing you any amount. ***, I apologize that you have not received the information you requested regarding the removal/reinstall of your panelsI immediately contacted the project manager for your area and asked him to reach out to you to provide some answersHe explained to you that the cost is $per watt and
you have a watt systemHe explained you were upset by this but this is standard for ANY customer and not something that we discount or waiveI'm not sure if you were wanting it done for free, if so please remit any documentation you have showing you promised this would be done for freeUpon receipt of said documents we can move forward with that otherwise you will need to pay the fee to get the panels removed and reinstalledYou can send those documents to ***To touch on the claims of savings not achieved, I completed a Savings Analysis for you and the amount is not $as you sayI will attach your savings analysis with this response so you can view the information yourself. Your suggestion for the resolution does not
make sense for our situationI and my husband have spoken to *** on several
occasions and I have been currently waiting for him to call me back for over two
weeksI have email, called and texted him (all as he requested) and he has not
responded to eitherWe told him that there is nothing wrong with the solar
panels and he said he would send someone out to look at them anyway, which
doesn't make any senseWe can see on the envoy enlighten that the panels are
workingThe problem is, which I have explained to ***, *** and *** on several
instances is that we do not have a service provider that uses the solar panel
energyWe had reliant energy when we purchased the panels*** (the salesman)
told us and had us sign forms to switch to a provider that would "buy back
the energy and give us a lower rate"This was in November Well, we
are now months later after paying $18,for the panels and have not had any
benefit of the panelsAfter I called and text several times to *** and
*** ***, without a response from either I wrote to the Revdex.comIt still took a few
weeks to hear from a rep from global efficient energy, *** apologized
for the issues and said he would correct itHe signed us up with *** ***When I received a bill from *** it didn't state anywhere on it about a
buyback of energyI called them and spoke a billing rep, her manager and the
director and they all informed me that they don't buy back energy or have
anything to do with solar panelsSo yet again, we have no use of these $18,
panelsI called *** several times, left several message and my husband
the same, he finally called back a couple of weeks later saying he was sorry
that the company must have switched and he will get us with another company
That was a Friday afternoon a couple of weeks ago, *** said he was leaving for
the day and would call me Monday to take care of it and I have not heard from
himAs I said, I have called him a couple of times to his work number, emailed
him, called his cell phone once and texted his cell phone onceSo the response to look
at my bills for the next months to compare to the other months is ludicrous
because we have not received use of the panelsMy husband and I are business
owners and we would never treat a customer as we have been dealt withWe have
been more that patient, have spent alot of money and there has been any follow through to see how/if the
product works completely as we were told when the product was sold to usThe company was made out by *** to be very service and customer orientedThas has not been the case. This is truly been the worst service I have ever had to deal
with
