I am rejecting this response because:
I walked the salesman directly to my backdoor and asked him upfront if completing the pool project(that already begun)would effect anythingHe clearly said "No." Shortly the package was installed and I realized that I wasn't saving any money like he promised, I began calling GEENaturally, the salesman did not work there anymore and they said his supervisor had diedI was left with no one to deal with that was familiar with my project They knew a pool was going in because we were building a carport at the same time to put the solar panels onThe pool had to be installed firstI sent numerous screen shots of text to GEE between myself and the salesmanThe pool is mentioned and spoke ofGEE felt like because it wouldn't stand in court, they had their way outI was moved around to so many people and wrote countless emails GEE drug the whole thing out for almost two I I have been dealing with this junk for yearsI have not seen even over 5KW in savings and the salesman promised me they would save me 40% per month, even with the pool going inGEE has not once come to see my pool to consider the size or electric usage that it might consumeThey just tell me it uses 50% more and that's finalHonestly, they don't even know if I have a pool at all! They have made no effort to come to my house since I have made claimsBesides, even if I do have a pool, the salesman said it was fine when I was upfront about it and asked himHe said it was no problem, GEE Wwoikd still save me the 40%They added some blow in insulation and two panels to try somethingThe office staff I was required to work through were extremely unorganized and had to run to other people to answer any questions which caused even more delaysIt was a miserable experience and I hope everyone that reads this will choose another company for solar I was smart enough to know to ask about the pool going in, but fooled by the salesman to believe that it would be okay as isNo additional paperwork neededYeah right! The general counsel at the time, treated me extremely bad on the phone and attempted to make me the bad guyI was expressing my complaints, because he asked for my story and he said if he wanted to hear talk like that that he would go back to his ex-wife! Really!?? So professional!! Terrible experience, terrible companyI still owe $15,$a month for the solar package loan and my light bill hasn't changedI don't have the time or patience to list all my complaints againI've been through this over and overWhy do you think I'm on Revdex.com? GEE's project managers hollered at me on the phone, incredible delays on installing equipment and on top of everything, no savings like promisedI sent text that proved the sales guy knew of the pool and GEE chooses to ignore them.

I understand that sometimes things take time. But I feel that I was very patient, adding extra time before calling. When my phone calls began to not be answered, voice mails not answered, and texts messages not answered the feeling of being given the run around began to grow. After all its been a half a year. *** ***

We apologize for the delays Mr*** has experienced in getting a resolution to his complaintsHe has requested someone with authority within the company to call himWe have had our escalations representative attempt to call him multiple timesWe have explained to Mr*** in the past that we can perform a savings analysis to determine performance of his systemIn order to do this, we have requested specific electric bills from Mr***, which we have not received to dateOnce we receive the appropriate bills, we can perform the analysis within two business daysOur escalations representative can explain the entire process to him and why we require the bills we do, but Mr*** has not taken our escalation representative’s callsPlease have Mr*** return the calls of our escalation representative

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meOn a personal note now a days never trust what a door to door salesmen says because they lieThey said I would have a bill and get back in the first yearThis is the trust the panels go off a feast or famine, so it is supossed to make enough in the summer to get you thought the winter monthsfor, the next item the federal government is only giving me back and you do not get that back in the first year the truth is it can not be greater than 30% of what your return isSo, I will never truths anyone every again

I am rejecting this response because:It has taken months for them to reply as you stated earlier you have also tried to contact Global and each time you received no answer, the Attorney General has stated the same they get no response from this company alsoAs with many customers try to get repairs done according to their warranty and also try and get the reimbursement for the guarantee on the savings and Global refuses to answer them alsoWe have made many attempts to contact Global but there is no response and no one has called us from this company since March.As what Mrs*** stated that we stopped paying our bill, that is not true we payed off completely the first credit card bill that we were issued for the first installAs for the second install we were given a credit card bill for We began to pay the bill and payed months worth of paymentsAs the 3rd bill was about to be due an employee we were working with at Global about getting a refund on the guaranteed savings we were promised and the difference in the price from the first install which was about times more then the charge of the second install our remaining balance on our bill was cancelled from Global so we assumed that they were honoring their guarantee and took care of our refund by cancelling the bill. We later had trucks with about 6-men show up at our house unannounced while my wife was home with the children and told her they were removing the solar panels she asked them to leave our property and they were giving her a hard time until she was able to contact me out of a meeting and I called the business office to have them leaveThey finally left with tires squealing. If Global can refund me completely (the first install of panels of $14,900, and the total payments made for the second install of panels) the total amount of funds that I have paid for panels and can leave my roof in pre install condition with the same exact roof tiles with no holes in my roof or attic then they can remove the panelsBut a full and complete refund must be made fiNote: The first install of panels was $14,and Global guaranteed in writing a savings of 40% on our electric bill that was never metEven with the panels installed today our bill still is not meeting the 40% guaranteed savings offered by GlobalThey are most welcome to take out all panels and refund 100% of the total amount paid

The response from the business mentioned in the complaint was not made in good faith. I sent them the attached document showing that their equipment/materials they installed in my home are not performing as they promised/estimated. I have tried several times by phone and email to talk to them. I received a request from them via email to show them my electric usage from the past months. I provided them electric billings/usage from Tri County Electric going further back than that. When I explained to the customer service representative at Tri county Electric why I needed this information they informed me the usage for my home has went up, not down. Nothing has changed in the home to change the status of my usage. I provided a copy of the document to you in this email. Green Sky promised to have someone from their service department contact me which was done in an email and I have heard nothing from the service department as of today, 7/13/15.My concern is they are hoping that this issue will just go away. They have charged a lot of money for something that is giving me no value.Thank you for staying on top of this and reopening the complaint.*** ***

Mr***, we can absolutely appreciate and respect your concerns and desired settlement, however there is no way to pay back the Federal Government or the State Government for the incentives they offerTo clarify, we also installed additional equipment not listed, which was associated
with the total cost Global can not control the pricing of others companies within the solar industry only our own Since your purchse the state has since reworked the entire state rebate process and calculations to combat such issues We do our best every day to install the absolute best equipment on our customers home, which include the best warranties and lowest % of manufacturer defects in the industry During the final sign-out of the project, we provide each customer with a detailed 'list' and the contact information for each department within the company As a business it is impossible to determine the savings or if there is an issue, if we receive no usage or data for you home We are looking into your savings assurance issue to determine if you can qualify for a 2nd year reimbursement as originally agreed Thank you for sending us what was needed to complete your analysis, we will be in contact to discuss the 2nd year Best Regards

The response does not resolve anythingThey say they are looking into my complaint and have asked until April 15th to respondI'm not happy about further delays since this has been going on for many months, however, I will allow them the opportunity to do the right thing and I will take no action pending their detailed response

We need your company, Global Efficient Energy, to understand that we are not the same people who sat down with your sad excuse for a salesmanYou did, indeed, get personal with us when you asked if anyone else was living with usThat is none of your business! We also, do understand that we have to send months of utility bills to be compared before your company will even consider compensating us on re-imbursement of overpayment of energy billsWe KNOW what we were told at the first meeting with that salesmanI will NEVER forget that meetingBy the way, his name was *** ***, and he is the worst salesman I have ever had to deal with in my working life as well as my personal lifeI did purchasing for over years and he would have never been allowed back in my offices, after I realized he was as unworthy at his words as his is at his promisesSo, *** informed both my husband and myself that we would save at least $a month on our energy bill and that if we should choose to use your company's products, the loan note would probably be about the same amountTherefore, we would not be out of pocket and not notice any extra money being used for electricityNot knowing him as we do now, nor your company for that matter, my husband decided to go with the plan *** offered, against my better judgement. Needless to say, since that time, September 2014, we have been living in a nightmareYour company used us as guinea pigs for new workers installing your productsDo I need to go into that? Check our files to see how lovely that was for usIt wasn't until December or January of this year before everything was completed and approved by the city of Denham Springs that we were allowed to use the panelsThen we only have panelsWe asked upon installation what happened to the other panels we were told that we were getting? They evasively said that all they had orders for were four. Please tell me why and how other companies here in Baton Rouge area can charge only $25,for 24-panels and we are having to pay $16,for panels ...and oh yes, insulationStill does not add up to me! How can you justify that??? Bottom line is this, we have EXCELLENT CREDIT...NO PROBLEM...BUT, if it takes me RUINING our credit to get you to do the RIGHT THING BY US, I AM READY TO DO IT!!!What we want from your company for the last time, is for you to do right by usGive us what we were promised! If you can not do so, then kindly please remove your products from our home and all will be forgottenThe monies that I have already paid in on the first loan, keep it as a lesson we had to learn from a company like yours

We understand your concerns, a shade study analysis was performed at your home prior to installation to determine the best location At the time of installation did you not address any of these concerns with our installers? We do not understand if you had these concerns previously, why was this never discussed at installation We are not by any means saying anything is your fault sir, we are only trying to figure out the entire details to determine what the fair thing to do Again sir, we apologize that you feel it is our responsibility to both install your equipment and handle your landscaping duties as well We do not offer landscaping or tree trimming services We have ceased all operations in Louisiana, this is one of the main reasons you have not been unable to get in contact with our staff there We do apologize for any inconvenience and Global will honor any and all warranty or contractual obligations that may still exist We have requested any additional documentation you may have to help resolve this matter if possible If you could share any additional information with us that may help we would greatly appreciate it

***, I wanted to reach out to you in order to absolve any confusion with a goal of resolving your complaintYou mentioned that you were given an estimate of the Federal Grant/State Grant and that you would only finance the $2,through GreenSkyI’ve attached documents that show your
signature acknowledging you were financing a total amount of $18,We cannot guarantee any Government issued grants, we can only give an estimate based on their requirements and your systemBased off your system, you should have been eligible for the two grants but again we cannot force the government to issue the grantsThis is almost similar to Financial Aid, a school can tell you that you might be eligible for up to $5K in Federal Grants but the school can’t force the government to give you that amountNor can you go back and demand that the school pay for the portion of your loan that you expected to pay off with estimated grantsWe did however fulfill the rebate that GEE directly promisedIn regards to your statements and interest, if it is true that you were on a deferred interest plan then you are correct in that no interest would be due UNLESS you did not pay it off in the time frame agreed uponHowever, even though you are not technically required to make payments during the deferred payment time GreenSky will still send a statement but this does not mean you have to pay it nor does it mean that you will be behind if you don’t… until the promotional period of no interest/payment is overIf you can provide documentation showing that you signed a contract agreeing that after the promotional period you would only be paying 6.99% interest, I will be happy to reach out to GreenSky and figure out why they charged you the 17.99% interest insteadAlso, please make sure that the documents include any offer of deferred/no interest payments and the time frame offered as well The sooner you can get me the documents corroborating your claims the sooner I can move forward and hopefully resolve your concernsI look forward to speaking with you As a side note, I applied White Out to the sensitive information contained on attached documentsShould you need a copy of all the information contained on those documents I will be happy to send them to you directly *** **
