I am rejecting this response because: I sent a release form to *** ***, Credit Specialist, and the total was $ I crossed off the Revdex.com because I had called them and asked several questions I don't understand how the total is reduced by $ Furhermore I was never informed that I would be charged for the taking down and putting up the panels I was told that the company would do that service and they would check the panels, i.eclean if necessary, at least once a year, which has never happened

They are now asking that I pay them more moneyThey charged $to a fraudulent loan. They refuse to address that issue by investigating the terms of the loan that were recorded on their lines Nor have they sent me an invoice telling me what they used the $for. This is all after me speaking again to their representative; this time *** ***, Customer Relations Specialist, @ *** *** *** *** ,on her recorded line getting all my information and dates. She tells me she will be sending it to their Vice President of Operations, *** ***, since she would need to find where the contract call was located and expect a call back in hours. Wonderful, I am thinking. I even sent her a copy of the bill from Green Sky, as she request via her email. However, it was their lawyer who called me, the last name of *** requesting more money within hours of me speaking to ***Again no one seems to know about a recorded contract or the terms of my loan, which is what I am saying is the foundation of this fraud. *** *** had not listen to the recorded contract and told me he would get back to me after he heard it. What is so outrages in my phone call with *** *** is his request for more money. He said he wants get paid for his solar fans and goes through a list of items that I assume are from an invoice list, and says, I quote, “obviously you don’t owe $for solar fans.” Yet, he wants me to pay more money. ***’s response to the Revdex.com saying I would not pay for fans and that I owe them for the fans, as if they are out of pocket money. I think this just reiterates the level of deception and fraud. The audacity of them requesting I owe them money in addition the $they fraudulently chargedI would like to note, *** ***, VP of Operations to whom I was assured would be calling me has not called me. *** *** has not called me backI still do not have a contract from Global Efficient/EnivSmart or an invoice detailing what was charged to my account.If their intent was not to defraud, then it would not be months in and no answer to my questions Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:Conveniently, there never was a contract The only contract was a verbal contract that if there was not a 40% reduction in electricity usage, I would get my money back So there never was a demand for "Savings Assurance" portion of your contract that all bills had to be mailed in by the 15th of each month by certified mail in order to qualify for the savings assurance.
That explains why the attached emails AND INVOICES were so thankfully accepted I dont know what further is expected from me

Although they sent three different young men to our home to inspect their own work and equipment, I would not expect their own employees to disagree with their own company against themOf course the foil insulation is finally done right in our attic after at least visits to our home with at least three or four different crews coming in , not to mention on the first day that someone fell through our kitchen ceilingI do not see a response to the $check owed to us for the new meter we paid for and have been promised to be reimbursed for now for at least to monthsEven if their products are in working condition, it does not mean that they are working for OUR HOME CORRECTLY...THAT IS OUR POINT!! We need answers to our problems and all we get is we appreciate you working with us on our issuesThat is not good enoughI want either more panels on my roof or either the company to come remove everything from my home! End of storyWe CANNOT PAY FOR TWO LOANS FOR INSULATION AND PANELS TOTALLY OVER $16,PLUS ENTERGY BILLS OVER $A MONTH! We were told the bills would go down by at least half of the total bill and the difference would be the loan paymentsTHIS IS AN ABSOLUTE LIE!!!! I am on disability and my husband is soon to be on disability, so if it means it ruins our credit by not paying these loans for not enough income to survive , then so be itI'm going to pay my house note, utilities, and buy food before I pay for something that does absolutely nothing for my home. I want to thank the Revdex.com for giving us a chance to express how we feel we have been treated by this companyWe feel that we have been taken advantage of and used by a salesman that does not care at all for his customers and then passes them on to people in the company that also, do not care how they are treating their customersGoing from the business world to being on disability has truly opened my eyes on how people on disability are taken advantage of everydayAll we want is to be compensated for all the wrong doing of this company and not by paying me off to keep my mouth quite about all the problems they caused usEither take the products back and forget everything or add more panels to compensate for the high entergy bills

On the busiest month of the year, my household utilized kw per dayWith the amount of solar panels recommended by *** ***, we were guaranteed up to 50% deduction in kw usage by purchasing panelsA month later, Jason convinced us to add additional panels in order to get 65-75% in kw usage based on our electric billed evaluated by MrFrancis
That would mean that my solar panels would need to produce/generate kw per day to provide us with half of the amount of usageIn our evaluation, my current solar panels are underperforming by providing only 15kw per day
Therefore, the only resolution to this problem is that GEE provide us with enough panels to generate up to a minimum of kw GUARANTEED TO US AT THE TIME OF BOTH PURCHASES, or A FULL REFUNDWe have reviewed our case under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, and think we could have an action under this law

As previously discussed with Mr***, Mrs***, and Mr*** - GEE has fulfilled terms of the contract by reimbursing you with additional panels after your one year with the system installed. Additionally, we previously offered to pay $towards your balance transfer loan which we are NOT required to doDuring your conversations with Mrs***, she advised we would be willing to pay half of the transfer fee for you on the refinance for your productYOU chose to obtain a loan for refinancing in the amount of $20,which is well over the amount needed to refinance your loanEven though we should not be responsible for the additional money you chose to obtain, we still stood by our word in offering the $reimbursement. At this point, we have installed additional product at your home, and offered to reimburse you per above with signature on a mutual agreement since we have extended every offer we can possibly think ofGEE feels we have went above and beyond to try to please you, however we regret to advise we are unable to meet your expectations which do seem to be unfair

In your response you mention that per our agreement, based off of the data, anything less than my expected savings will be directly reimbursed to me, however, the salespersons with your company that I have talked to say they will only pay that difference times three to cover the next three years of my energy usage which is not what I was promised. I did not buy solar panels to be on my roof for a lifetime and only expect to get a reimbursement for charges for three years worth of the energy costs savings that was promised then have them sit there and do nothing. There WERE several months in which my energy bill was lower and several months when it was higher. There were no changes made in my house other than an old dishwasher being replaced by a new energy efficient dishwasher which should have benefitted me on energy usage These KW fluctuations were contributed to weather patterns due to extremely rainy months or lower temperatures in which I did not have to run my AC system almost at all. That being said, I was also told numerous times that any savings resulting from the solar panels and the system that handles that energy would show up as an energy credit on my bill so that I would see those savings that resulted from the solar panels and not just from less KW used on my part. I have seen no energy credits or itemized notations that I received any reduction in my bill due to the solar energy that I absorded into the system I will send you Novembers statement when it comes in to conclude the month survey but am still extremely disatisfied with the system and the results. I will wait to hear your response in order to reach a resolution that meets your company's guarentees and my satisfaction

I have a very simple questionWhy were my solar panels installed under the shade of 50+ year old oak trees? Did your professionals not see this being a problem in the summer when the sun would be at its strongest? Do you believe I would've accepted this in any way shape or form? SHOULD THE PANELS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED WHERE THEY ARE OR EVEN AT ALL? Why would any client agree to being responsible for trimming foot tall, 50+ year old oak trees at a huge expense in addition to an already huge amount of money for the panels and everything that goes with it? An electrician named *** came out to assess if my equipment was even functioningThat's how poorly placed my panels were in AugustHe said it wasn't doing much of anything because of the tree coverageHe went to his truck and came back with a device that saw where the sun would be passing over my house that time of yearHe said the trees were the reason why nothing was workingHe said the trees would need to be cutHe contacted the necessary people and I never heard from him again nor does he return messagesI then got in touch with *** *** and copied *** ***This was on August 31stI finally spoke to *** *** on September 8thon September 29th, *** *** told me she was waiting back to hear from the tree trimmer(I have an e-mail showing thatI can easily copy and paste screen shots of those e-mails.) NOTHING has happened since*** claims to be traveling a lot and has done nothing to resolve thisI even received an e-mail from *** *** on 10/saying he needed to know who I was dealing withI told him that very day that I was dealing with *** ***I have not heard anything back from anyone sinceAnd here I am today finding out That my tree trimming was denied(Shouldn't any client be notified of something like that even if it is a fair judgment?) I needed to supply proof that someone said my trees needed to be trimmed(Why does that fall on the client when someone came to access my equipment and saw the issue was something other than the equipment? If that person didn't follow through, why does that fall on me? I'm not holding the employees hand while doing their job.) and I am responsible for dishing out more money to pay for tree trimming for a foot oak tree under which solar panels were installed by YOUR PEOPLENo one in their right mind would agree to anything like thatSo what is the next move? I've dealt with people who have disappeared off the planet, who have offered ZERO help and now your company is not doing anything unless I initiate contactHow professional is that? All that's being done is you receiving $from me per month for something that was installed in a terrible place underneath trees that have existed for decades and I'm the one at fault? PLEASE explain to me how anyone with a conscious can think this is fair and morally just.

I emailed her on 7/19/and told her that I never received my check nor has anyone ever contacted me to come out to check my panels since they seem not to be working properly.She did not respond until 7/25/16, when I filed another complaint with the Revdex.com. She then said on 7/27/that she had double checked on the status of my check and it will be mailed out next Friday, which should be tomorrow! So I guess we will see if it comes.On July 25th, *** also emailed me that I should be receiving a call tomorrow to schedule someone to come out and look at my panels. No one has yet to call and schedule anything. I emailed her yesterday letting her know that no one has contacted me and she has not responded.My contract specifically states that these panels are under warranty with Global for a year and after that it is a manufacturer warranty.
