Mr *** *** is correct in his letter responseYes, he did offer my husband and myself, $2,as a settlement offer, but we would still have to pay off $16,loanWe did not accept the offer. We understand he is trying his best to make a decent offer to us, but we feel this is not in our best interest,The four panels do not supply the savings that we were told we would get from the salesman, *** ***, and Mr*** *** has agreed with us on this issueThe salesman should have never made that commitment to us in the first placeWe are all in agreement on this issue. We have tried to have two other solar panel companies come out to our home to give us quotes on applying solar panels to our roofBoth companies refused politely to come out, once they googled our homeThey both said that solar panels could not be applied to our roof unless we cut down our treesWe would not agree to cutting down our treesThey both also said that the four panels should not have been applied to the front of our roofWhether they were correct in quoting that or not, we can only say that our electricity bill is not showing the savings of to 50% as quoted by salesman, *** ***.All we want to do is resolve this issue once and for allWe do not want to pay $16,for solar panels that are not giving us the savings promisedThe solar seal in the attic MAY BE where we are getting the 17% savings as quoted by Emily Brooks, in accountingWe would gladly pay for that product in our atticWe realize labor was involved in this processGlobal needs to investigate in our case and just see how many times we had LABOR come into our home to get the attic done correctlyWe lost count after times!! The very first time, a laborer fell through our kitchen ceilingOf course, it was repaired, twice! Please take into consideration all these facts and do some refinancing on your end to come up with a new figure just to cover expenses for the solar seal our attic.Although Mr*** *** is trying very hard to compensate for all our troubles, we just want to be done with it allNo more work to be done on the houseHe has been kind enough to offer new appliances, windows, and possibly a new ac unitIt's not that we don't appreciate the effort he has made, but we have been dealing with Global since September, It's time to settle it all.
Regards,
Robert & Kathy ***

Mrs***, we apologize for any confusion Global Efficient Energy and GreenSky are two separate entities Any complaint made to Greensky will be handled within their process not GEE I am confused on why equipment would need to be removed and the account refunded. Please let us know your thoughts

*** I referred to below is actually *** She scheduled me for someone to come out on June from 9-11am They were going to conduct a system check on my installation and see about adding panels Guess what, no one showed up I texted *** at 9:am Saturday morning to ask if contractor would be calling when on their way She didn't reply I tried to call her at 11:am to find out why no one showed up but she didn't answer I left a not so nice voicemail but haven't heard a word from them

Revdex.com:
I am not pleased with the answers that I have received from Global Efficient Energy I have asked them to call me and they will not I am going to close this complaint, because I do not feel that this is going to be the venue to resolve the issue Thank you for your assistance

This is an OUTRIGHT LIE!I declined to pay them their proposed
settlement of $15,for a solar system that is a joke and doesn't
produce $a month in solar energy and would never produce enough electricity to fulfill the promises GEE made to make a sale. I talked directly to Mr***
and he told me GEE was going to go ahead and remove the system and would fix any damage
to my house. This call took place on Thursday, March at 2:pm
(local time), which I have in my cell phone call log. During the call,
Mr*** tried to deflect blame for the lies and promises of GEE
onto the sales person and also onto the company that provided the
foam. Mr*** stated to me he would be calling me back on Friday, April 1, to provide a different settlement figure for the installation of the attic foam. HE HAS YET TO CALL BACK or email me and today is April 5! I
find it utterly amazing, while reading all the Revdex.com complaints about
GEE, their responses continue to be the same, "we didn't get the phone
message, we didn't get the email, we can't get in touch with the
customer, we didn't received copies of the utility bills, etc., etc This is typical of GEE tactics.Additionally,
Choice Electric called me immediately after the phone call with Mr
*** (certainly not a coincidence) and told me he needed to come
"tighten the connections" at the electrical panels. After Choice left, I
went outside to look at the system to see if it was producing energy at
an improved rate and I discovered Choice had reversed the polarity on
the net meter, so that rather than show "solar production," it was
running the opposite direction, as in "energy consumption." I shut the
system off completely at this time. GEE must think people are total
is or completely gullibleI an also emailing this response to Mr*** and *** ***, as well. Maybe they will receive it....***y ***

Mr*** has spoken with our customer service managers, who have worked with him in reviewing his contract documentation. Upon review, his contract properly indicates that a federal tax credit, not a rebate, may be available to eligible solar customersWe cannot and do not guarantee
those tax credits, but do explain that there may be one available to them, should they choose to go with solar We are unaware of any documentation outside of Mr***’s contract promising a tax rebateWe will work with Mr*** to attempt to resolve his complaint

I have reached out to Mr*** *** who advised he would be giving you a call within the next hoursThank you for your patience

***, I wanted to reach out to you to address the concerns listed in this complaintYou mentioned that we need to conduct business with honor however you posted an email from *** *** explaining that we would be happy to research the possibility to adding panels but we needed to complete
a Savings Analysis firstShe explained that we were missing bills from you to do soIt is in your contract that your bills must be sent EVERY month for the following months by certified mail (requiring a signature) to qualify for the Savings AssuranceYou failed to do soWe cannot move forward if you do not provide the documents we requestIt is clear in the email that you copied from *** that we were more than willing to work with you, we just needed some cooperation on your endTo date, we have not received the documents we requested so we have been unable to move forward due to lack of cooperation on your endIn regards to your upset about not being on a plan that buys back excess energy, this is not always the best option for every customerElectric companies will sometimes buy back excess energy but at a costThey will raise the rate they charge you for usage and buy back your energy at a lesser rate, therefore you would end up paying EVEN MORE if your system isn’t capable of producing enough energy to outweigh the usage rate increaseI have to assume that it was deemed necessary to keep you off a buyback program because it would not be beneficial to youI hope this response clears up any confusion there was, please do not hesitate to let me know if you have any questionsI truly appreciate the time you took to address your complaints and look forward to hearing back from youThank you *** R

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below
Regards,
*** ***
We have provided the company with all of the documents that we haveThey have not offered a solution to the problem of nonfunctional solar panelsThey know quite well that their employee, *** *** made representations to clientsThat is why they fired him We want the panels to be removed and our credit restored.
Revdex.comMESSAGE:
Consumer informed the Revdex.com the loan has been cancelled

The paperwork I received and signed was only from EnerBankUSA waiving/forgiving the loan balance. No where does it state GEE was involved in any manner, since they had previously sold/transferred the loan to EnerBankUSA The agreement for the loan amount was between me and EnerBankUSA and no one elseWhile I am not expecting to get something for nothing, to date there have been ZERO energy savings. In fact, and I have provided the electric utility cost data (since the installation of the foam) to *** ***, my electric bills have been higher every month since they removed my batting and cellulose insulation and installed the foam insulation. I was told I should see a percent savings from the foam alone! On top of that the "powermizer" was supposed to provide a 15% savingsI have all the the original text messages from the individual who sold me this crap, with all the promised savings figures. The company also provided a guaranteed assurance of no less than percent savings on my utility bills - again there has been ZERO savingsSince I do not trust this company at all, until we come to a fair settlement on the cost for a system that has delivered ZERO savings results to date, I will not close this complaint

I have never decline anybody to come and check the equipmentthey came times already and they all came to the same conclusionif you need to schedule to come and check the system again I wouldn't have a problem with thati initially decline ***'s offer but when I talk to *** *** I told him that have change my mind and I was taking ***'s offer of panels and the $ cashthen you stated also that after the year has pass they will review the bills and pay me if still not saved what you guys promisewe can keep this up forever but that's not what I wantif you want to come and review the system do it and get the issue resolve

*** ***I want to sincerely apology for the frustration you have had. I know I have worked personally hand in hand with your wife *** to acquire the batch numbers that were needed for your warrantyGlobal Efficient Energy has very strict policies and procedures to
follow, and I know that we would not use an unauthorized company to add any products to a home It was brought to my attention that the batch number was sent to you on September 11th. I will call to confirm if you did receive thisI will continue to take every step necessary to make sure this gets resolved as quickly as possible. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. *** ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:We sent the info to the company and have not heard back from them about the data they requestedThey did send an inspector out but he said he could not do anymore than he had done before which was put a meter on the wires to see what the panels were producingHe did agree that we should be seeing better performanceHe stated that he had done measurements to see how many more panels we could use to bring our performance upThis would be agreeable to me alsoIf they would put more panels on to bring the performance up
Regards,
*** ***
