Mr*** has spoken with our customer service managers, who have worked with him in reviewing his contract documentation. Upon review, his contract properly indicates that a federal tax credit, not a rebate, may be available to eligible solar customersWe cannot and do not guarantee
those tax credits, but do explain that there may be one available to them, should they choose to go with solar We are unaware of any documentation outside of Mr***’s contract promising a tax rebateWe will work with Mr*** to attempt to resolve his complaint
Revdex.com:
I am not pleased with the answers that I have received from Global Efficient Energy I have asked them to call me and they will not I am going to close this complaint, because I do not feel that this is going to be the venue to resolve the issue Thank you for your assistance
Mrs***, we apologize for any confusion Global Efficient Energy and GreenSky are two separate entities Any complaint made to Greensky will be handled within their process not GEE I am confused on why equipment would need to be removed and the account refunded. Please let us know your thoughts
*** I referred to below is actually *** She scheduled me for someone to come out on June from 9-11am They were going to conduct a system check on my installation and see about adding panels Guess what, no one showed up I texted *** at 9:am Saturday morning to ask if contractor would be calling when on their way She didn't reply I tried to call her at 11:am to find out why no one showed up but she didn't answer I left a not so nice voicemail but haven't heard a word from them
This is an OUTRIGHT LIE!I declined to pay them their proposed
settlement of $15,for a solar system that is a joke and doesn't
produce $a month in solar energy and would never produce enough electricity to fulfill the promises GEE made to make a sale. I talked directly to Mr***
and he told me GEE was going to go ahead and remove the system and would fix any damage
to my house. This call took place on Thursday, March at 2:pm
(local time), which I have in my cell phone call log. During the call,
Mr*** tried to deflect blame for the lies and promises of GEE
onto the sales person and also onto the company that provided the
foam. Mr*** stated to me he would be calling me back on Friday, April 1, to provide a different settlement figure for the installation of the attic foam. HE HAS YET TO CALL BACK or email me and today is April 5! I
find it utterly amazing, while reading all the Revdex.com complaints about
GEE, their responses continue to be the same, "we didn't get the phone
message, we didn't get the email, we can't get in touch with the
customer, we didn't received copies of the utility bills, etc., etc This is typical of GEE tactics.Additionally,
Choice Electric called me immediately after the phone call with Mr
*** (certainly not a coincidence) and told me he needed to come
"tighten the connections" at the electrical panels. After Choice left, I
went outside to look at the system to see if it was producing energy at
an improved rate and I discovered Choice had reversed the polarity on
the net meter, so that rather than show "solar production," it was
running the opposite direction, as in "energy consumption." I shut the
system off completely at this time. GEE must think people are total is or completely gullibleI an also emailing this response to Mr*** and *** ***, as well. Maybe they will receive it....***y ***
Mr *** *** is correct in his letter responseYes, he did offer my husband and myself, $2,as a settlement offer, but we would still have to pay off $16,loanWe did not accept the offer. We understand he is trying his best to make a decent offer to us, but we feel this is not in our best interest,The four panels do not supply the savings that we were told we would get from the salesman, *** ***, and Mr*** *** has agreed with us on this issueThe salesman should have never made that commitment to us in the first placeWe are all in agreement on this issue. We have tried to have two other solar panel companies come out to our home to give us quotes on applying solar panels to our roofBoth companies refused politely to come out, once they googled our homeThey both said that solar panels could not be applied to our roof unless we cut down our treesWe would not agree to cutting down our treesThey both also said that the four panels should not have been applied to the front of our roofWhether they were correct in quoting that or not, we can only say that our electricity bill is not showing the savings of to 50% as quoted by salesman, *** ***.All we want to do is resolve this issue once and for allWe do not want to pay $16,for solar panels that are not giving us the savings promisedThe solar seal in the attic MAY BE where we are getting the 17% savings as quoted by Emily Brooks, in accountingWe would gladly pay for that product in our atticWe realize labor was involved in this processGlobal needs to investigate in our case and just see how many times we had LABOR come into our home to get the attic done correctlyWe lost count after times!! The very first time, a laborer fell through our kitchen ceilingOf course, it was repaired, twice! Please take into consideration all these facts and do some refinancing on your end to come up with a new figure just to cover expenses for the solar seal our attic.Although Mr*** *** is trying very hard to compensate for all our troubles, we just want to be done with it allNo more work to be done on the houseHe has been kind enough to offer new appliances, windows, and possibly a new ac unitIt's not that we don't appreciate the effort he has made, but we have been dealing with Global since September, It's time to settle it all.

I am rejecting this response because:Conveniently, there never was a contract The only contract was a verbal contract that if there was not a 40% reduction in electricity usage, I would get my money back So there never was a demand for "Savings Assurance" portion of your contract that all bills had to be mailed in by the 15th of each month by certified mail in order to qualify for the savings assurance.
That explains why the attached emails AND INVOICES were so thankfully accepted I dont know what further is expected from me

Although they sent three different young men to our home to inspect their own work and equipment, I would not expect their own employees to disagree with their own company against themOf course the foil insulation is finally done right in our attic after at least visits to our home with at least three or four different crews coming in , not to mention on the first day that someone fell through our kitchen ceilingI do not see a response to the $check owed to us for the new meter we paid for and have been promised to be reimbursed for now for at least to monthsEven if their products are in working condition, it does not mean that they are working for OUR HOME CORRECTLY...THAT IS OUR POINT!!
