Hi *** Hope you had a good holiday.*** and *** *** just called me regarding my Revdex.com complaint He told me that Global Efficient Energy is no longer in business and they have taken over the accounts that were left behind He said that since I actually made a complaint through Revdex.com that he is able to offer me a $settlementHe said there is not a budget for him to "make it right" for meIf I accept the $1000, that will effectively close out my complaint He did say I could look into suing GEE but I would fall in line behind many others and if he received a call from an attorney that he would tell the attorney the same thing he told me. I haven't accepted as of now Need to think about it.*** ***

We dispatched a crew to your home in March when you made the initial call From our understanding *** *** the original installer made this visit and re-caulked the window in question Since Mr*** has not made himself available to re-visit We have spoken with the manufacturer
NT Windows which has agreed to send another tech to your home and attempt to warranty any repairs that may be needed I believe you have spoken with either *** ** *** regarding this issue Please call NT Windows tell them your installer was *** *** and you need another installer for a warranty service call, you can reach them at ###-###-####

In regards to your statement that you suspect that someone else is living in our home, how do you determine such a thing? There is only myself , my husband and our four dogsEven if there were, how is that any of your business? I do want you to know that we did receive a check for $last week from your company in regards to payment for the meter we had to pay for in January from the entergy companyThank you for your prompt payment once I stated that we never received the check per say it was sent 7/11/I need an email address to send the latest entery bill to, pleaseI had called the Baton Rouge office (***) and left a msg for her to call me back with an email address, but as yet, no return call has been made back to me. As far as ***'s threat made to me over the phone, when I told her how dissatisfied I was with your company and I was willing to take it further with an attorney, she told me to go right ahead but it would do no good because we would not get any satisfaction out of it Others had tried, but to no avail bc I need to wait for my months to be up before I can make any charges stick with my attorney From my talking to other people who have solar panels on their roofs, it is a total joke that we thought panels would do any good for usSome of them have as many as panels on their roof and only had to pay $25,for all of themWe totally got ripped of! I will do everything possible to find a way to make this situation right for us, no matter what it takes...we are good people who do not money to pay for services that do not work for us! All we want is for your company to work with us and do what is right! Yes, we have been in touch with a representative from your company almost on a daily basis, MsEmily Brooks, and she has been the only highlight of this entire situationWe had our conference call with Mr*** on the 17th as scheduled, but with NO resolution to speak of yet in sightHe was to speak with a higher authority about our decision changing on the resolution we want from Global Efficiency Energy and call us back on the 18th We have not heard from him yet. I must tell you that we called TWO well known solar panel companies here locally and tried to schedule appointments with them to come out and give us a quote on installing solar panels on our roofNEITHER of the salespeople would come out to see us once they googled our home and saw what we hadThey BOTH told us the very same thing without even knowing that I had called the other company! We were told that there is NO WAY TO INSTALL SOLAR PANELS ON OUR ROOF to SAVE US ANY MONEY BECAUSE OF THE LOCATION OF THE TREES AND THE WAY OUR HOME SITS ON OUR PROPERTY! Now, can you please tell us WHY YOUR SALESMAN, *** ***, could not be that HONEST with us??? From this point on, the only resolution we will consider is for your company to remove your products from our home and realize that we have been served an injustice by your salesman and your company long enoughWe do not deserve to be treated as though we have no rights as to what goes on or in our home! This issue has gone on long enough and we have been MORE than patient with your companyThe next phone call we receive from Global should be an apology for all the inconveniences caused by Global and arrangements set for removal of your products. Be thankful that we are not asking for monies already applied to first loan!

Ms***, In order for GEE to sufficiently analyze your savings, we would need to start the analysis from the month your system was turned onWe will review the kWh usage statements monthly until that months is up to determine a reimbursement if necessaryShould you not reach the savings amount quoted, we will then either add additional product to help you reach this amount of reimburse you the difference in kWh usage via a checkWe have many, many homeowners who do in fact see the savings quoted and will do everything we can to ensure you receive this. While I do understand your concerns, GEE and yourself had an agreement that once our products were installed and your system was turned on that we would then make payment arrangementsNowhere in your contract does it state that you must first wait to see your savings, and then payOur process has been explained multiple timesWhen the initial conversation began in regards to your concerns, we have since then worked with you to ensure we are doing everything possible to get your system up and running properly, at which is isI'm sure you can understand as a business we must be paid for our products and services that have been installedWe will perform your savings analysis once the months is up to determine if a reimbursement is necessary
