I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute
Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.*** *** I am attaching my Excel files for electric and gas bill comparisons. I am also attaching an invoice from another company that I had to have remove and reinstall my solar panels to have my roof replaced. This is something that Global Efficient Energy was supposed to do once at no charge to me. I could not wait any longer for my roof to be replaced. I had water leaking in my living room. Initially I was quoted for the remove and re-install, but was able to negotiate the price to 700.00. With this reduction the new total that Global would owes me is $

***, I am truly sorry that you felt that I was being rude and tacky, that was never my intentionWhen we began speaking, you were in agreement that something wasn't right with your bill and I still believe that there isI have spent some time replying back and explaining why, I wouldn't
have done that if we were just some scam of a company that didn't care about your concernsI DO care about your concerns, but I cannot fix what is being doneI understand that the rep sat down with you and went over every charge but that doesn't change anything about the error with your billAs I mentioned, on your bill for consumption it says "D" for delivered meaning they provided that electricity to youThen below that there is "R" for received meaning they RECEIVED energy from youWhen I originally spoke with the representative from the electricity company because I was concerned about it, he told that it was because you're using it before it can be bought backThis IS something that happens, however that is not what is happening in your caseThe problem with him statement is that if you were using it before it could be bought back, then they never would have received itYou do not have the capability to store the electricity your panels produceEvery day you produce energy, if you use kWh's but produce kWh's, then that would be kWh's back to your utility companyThat is what you receive credit for, the kWh's that went back to themThis happens every day, therefore the electricity your utility company receives is not just what you produce in general for the entire monthNow, if you were using the electricity before it could be bought back as they say, then they would never receive itIf you use kWh's one day but produce kWh, you are not going to get a credit for thatYou can't physically see it as a number on your bill but instead of receiving credit for kWh's, it will just show that you only used kWh's of the utility company's supplied energy since the remaining kWh's came from the panelsThese are hypothetical numbers of courseIf a person had panels that produced kWh's a day, but they used kWh's a day, they would never see a credit because no electricity went back to the utility companyYou only see your bill, I see hundreds of bills a week and this is how is works everywhereThe utility company is not a free monitoring systemThe kWh's your bill shows as "Received" is not the total kWh's that your panels produced, this is the total number of kilowatts that were excess throughout the month meaning it went back to the utility companyTherefore, they should be giving you credit for thisI am not lying, I am not trying to pull one over on youI know it is extremely frustrating to have two different sides denying any wrongdoing but I cannot fix this situationThe only ones who can is your utility companyAdditionally, your utility company is the only company I've ever seen that charges a $fee for a secondary meterBecause of this, there will ALWAYS be $more than any bill you've had previouslyWe had a talk with them about this and told them that it was ridiculous and unfairI will be happy to speak with them about it, however I am nothing to themThey are not going to want to credit you back for all the months they haven'tI have been told by customers that they had to escalate it beyond the employees answering the phone for them to get it resolvedWhen I speak with the representative from the company, and they argue that you're using it, and then I explain in depth how you're not but they won't listen to me because I'm not a customer, then what? If we were in the wrong, we could definitely talk about rectifying the situation but we're notThis is not meant to be rude but it's not logical that we would have to pay back your loan and pay the labor & gas to have the panels removed because your utility company will not give you credit for what you're giving themRegardless though I will be happy to speak with themPlease email me their contact information and I will contact them on Tuesday the 7th, once I return from out of townI hope this message finds you well and that your family has a great weekend.Best Regards,*** *

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute
Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.I have received the reimbursement for the two months that we were paying on the panels before they were ever turned on. I appreciate Jessica for making that happen.I still have not received a phone call about looking at the panels that seem to not be functioning correctly. *** does follow up with me on this, which I greatly appreciate. And I know she is trying, but the issue is still there. Since the panels are not producing much, it is like paying electric bills when I pay the power company and the loan payment for the panels. Regards,

Please do not close this case, the *** has not solved or contacted me with any better communcationPlease tell me what to do about this company

Mrs***, I do believe we have the ground mount that was ordered previously for your projectI do apologize that you will not be able to claim the tax credit this year as your project began in Please be advised the delays in this project were due to several items, several being out of GEE's hands unfortunatelyThe Texas weather can sure be a challengeIt looks like we are on the right track to get everything completed in a timely manner at this point. As far as the financing goes, I would be more than happy to contact your lender to see if they would work with us on the same as cash start datePlease continue being patient, I will have an answer for you on Wednesday, Feb 10th in regards

Dear Revdex.com and Mr***, We are more than willing Mr***We have scheduled him for a conference call with our Project Manager to go over the results on 8/21/Once completed we will discuss options to resolve the concerns that you are having with your solar panelsI will follow up
with our resolution to resolve and close out this matterPlease let us know if there is anything else that is needed

We would like to reopen customer *** ***’s complaint and issue the statement that follows:“Mr.***,We are glad that we were able to settle this matter privatelyWe will continue to move forward as discussedPlease feel free to contact me should you have any questions.Best Regards,*** *.”

We would like to reopen customer Matthew ***’s complaint with the following statement:“Mr***:The following is the timeline of events:A Global representative visited your home and promised you a 40% savings if Global installed certain products onto the homeA contract was signed on that dateThat contract made no mention of a potential pool installation or a savings benchmark that exceeded the 40% promised by Global at that point in the company’s history. Global installed those products onto your homeIn that same period of time, you installed a pool onto your propertyBecause of the installation of the pool, you experienced no savings in your kilowatt consumption, at which point, you complained to Global about your lack of savingsEventually, you were directed to a Global executive at the company’s headquartersThat executive explained to you that homes with pools use almost fifty percent (50%) more electricity than homes that do not have a poolYou were provided with multiple sources of support of this matter ***); and, it was explained to you that, but for the pool installation, the products installed by Global onto your home would be saving you more than forty percentAt this point, you claimed that the Global field representative told you that the products to be installed would save 40% on top of the proposed pool kilowatt consumption, which essentially equals a 90% savings, even though there is no written evidence, either before installation or after, to support your positionThis is particularly germane because the contract and accompanying documentation makes no mention of a pool or a 40% savings after the installation of the pool; and there is a specific clause in your contract with Global that requires any modification to the contract (including for additional savings) requires a writing signed by both you and Global (no such writing exists). The company asked for any type of credible proof to support your claim that Global’s field representative made took such a position of a 90% projected savingsTo date, you have produced no credible evidence to support your claimIn fact, to date, you have produced no evidence that would even be considered legally colorable in the State of TexasIn light of the lack of any credible evidence, Global evaluated your claim, and determined that you would not be able to meet the standards of evidence promulgated by the legislature of the State of TexasFurther, the company refused to negotiate with you any longer, as your claims lacked merit and were not supported by even a scintilla of evidence, other than your claims of a verbal representationIn other words, the Company contends that, because you can produce something other than your own self-serving statements, you would not prevail at court, especially since you are bound to the four corners of the contract with Global“*** ***

We
will complete a full savings analysis for you upon the full months
as our internal process/procedures entailI am well aware of the
difficulties and issues you have faced thus far, however GEE has made
necessary repairs in order to get your solar system working and have
also completed installing all products and servicesWe had an agreement
with you that we would REFUND your bank loan until your system passed
inspection, which it hasI am unsure as to why you feel you should be
entitled to the products/service on your home at no charge as that is
not what we agreed uponWe ask to review months worth of data so we
can sufficiently analyze/compare data on a month to month basis compared
to the previous yearNot April compared to March, etcOur in house
counsel, Mr*** *** will be calling you Monday next week to discuss
further with you
First off, I never spoke with anyone at GEE regarding the loan forgiveness/waiver. That is a falsification of facts on GEE's part. I only spoke directly to *** *** at EnerBank USA, and EnerBank USA made the decision solely on their own, to my knowledge, to waive the loan due to the incompetence of GEE and the failure to fulfill their promises. I also have never stated to anyone at GEE that I should get the system for free and I've never indicated this in any way either. What I have repeatedly stated is GEE will meet their obligations to my guaranteed satisfaction as stated in the paperwork (Dear new Global family member) provided by GEE during the sales pitch, which states exactly that. Specifically, "we guarantee your total satisfaction. If you find your aren't completely satisfied throughout your entire experience with our energy efficiency experts,we'll work with you one-on-one to find a solution that meets your needs." Second, yes, the system is installed and working, but it is not working according to your guaranteed percent energy savings or projected percent savings. Please explain to me why there was no savings whatsoever in the months after the foam was installed in my attic and, in fact, my bills were higher than the previous year. I asked the question before and I still haven't received an answer. Waiting an entire year to do an internal analysis doesn't change that fact now does it? I've sent *** *** copies of my bills from the year prior to the installation and for every month since the foam was installed and also since the system went live, so don't try to imply I'm asking GEE to compare different months to gauge the results. You have detailed information and a spreadsheet to look at. Don't talk to me like I'm stupid. If I was, you'd have already been paid and I'd be living with the results of your promises. I'm not paying for products/services that don't produce the guaranteed results. If they fail to perform as guaranteed, my complete satisfaction will only result from GEE coming get ytheir equipment off my roof and to remove the foam from my attic space, since it has failed to produce any savings whatsoever.Third, please do not attempt to intimidate me by stating your general council will be calling me. He/she is welcome to call me at at any time. It is my firm belief GEE used fraudulent inducement to sell their services in Nevada well knowing they didn't have licensed contractors/subcontractors available, they didn't familiarize themselves with Nevada building/electrical codes, and they believed they could swoop in and make some quick money and then leave the state with no consequences. The also sold services without the means to deliver them (i.eThey didn't have own a truck to install the spray foam in the attic at the time they sold the services because it had yet to be built!). On top of this, they broke their own contract by utilizing tradesmen not licensed in the Nevada to install and work on the systems. See your own contract item 6, Use of Subcontractors"Contractor shall only use subcontractors that are also appropriately licensed in with the Nevada State Contractors Board." I requested a list of the contractors/subcontractors from you, their NV contract license numbers and their contact information and you have produced/provided nothing. Explain to me how the electrician you brought in to fix
the electrical box wiring, which had failed multiple inspections and who admitted he was from
Shreveport, Louisiana, is licensed in Nevada! Fourth, I am aware of other home owners in Las Vegas and have been told that GEE has abandoned them and not completed their systems, as well as the fact they, too, are not
getting the guaranteed savings promised by GEE. I am also aware that several of GEE's prior sales employees are owed thousands of dollars in commissions. Both of the aforementioned groups stated that their phone calls/emails are never taken/returned by GEE. Does any of this sound legal to you? Of course it doesn't, because it's isn't legal. My proposal to GEE is we amicably settle on an amount based on the performance of your "energy efficiency" package, I pay you that amount in full, and we NEVER EVER have deal with each other again, until death do us part. Other than that, you can come get your equipment and I'll be completely satisfied. I await your response!

I apologize that you have not been able to reach anyone in regards to the tax documentation needed to complete your tax returnPlease contact the District Operations Manager, *** *** to complete your requestYou may reach her at ###-###-#### OR ***rg.co
- Please let us know if you need anything further or if you are unsuccessful reaching VanessaAgain, we are sorry for the delay and inconvenience

Expectations were definitely not metWe were sold a product with a guaranteed savings of 65-75% reduction in our electric billI have attached the sales pitch analysis where we were guaranteed a savings of 50% WITH PANELSMathematically one would think solar panels equal 50% wouldn’t equal 100%; however our sales person said that was not the caseThe savings was 65-75%ONLY AFTER our salesperson left Global is when I was inquiring about the reduction percentage to your other staff because I wanted them to see what our salesperson had put in our filesI know he left before he could update his information because the additional panels almost fell through the cracksVia email January 2015, we were so wrapped up in the funding part of the project that we never touched back on the subject of savingsThe customer service I initially complained about was after Jason left and our project basically diedAs you can see even in January I was inquiring about the additional savings with the extra panels
I did compliment your staff after everything was installed and completed because of the exhausting emails I would go back and forth with to stay on top of the projectHowever, this is not the underlining issueIf we were guaranteed 50% savings with panels as you can see on the attachedOf course why wouldn’t we want to purchase more panels to INCREASE the percentage of reduction in our electric billThis is the reason we proceeded to purchase additional panels at $7,We would have never purchased additional panels to remain at a savings of 50%
The main issue here is even with the panels installed; our electric bill is STILL not at a 50% reductionI have forwarded all electric bills for and directly to *** *** on 7-29-At that time *** mentioned that Global does have several options for instances when people find themselves with no savingsWhat are these options? There are some months where the savings is only negative $and another where the savings is negative $Please see my chart showing the comparison of electric bills from and

When you purchased your system we provided you an estimated savings amount based on your estimated consumption and your prudent use of energy in your home Based off that estimated savings amount we offer a savings assurance If the system does not save the estimated amount, the savings
assurance covers any less amount The data you have provided us shows your system is producing and is saving you money on your electrical bill, however not to the full estimated amount We have attempted to deliver your reimbursement check for the less amount and we were told to leave your property We have attempted to honor our agreement and you have declined our service Our energy auditors have a copy of the written savings assurance which is reviewed at the point of sale, months later you did call into our office and request a hard copy of that document which we provided you The terms and requirements are clearly stated on the written assurance We stand by our agreements and our equipment, which is why we have attempted to complete the savings assurance reimbursement per our agreement Please let us know how we can help further

We have been trying to call that number they listed and have not been able to get in contact with anyoneSo today my husband called the number we have called before to find out once again the people we were previously communicating with no longer work thereAgain he told them we want these removed from our home and they refuse! I don't know what to do? Get an attorney? The company is no helpThe person my husband spoke with today told us it is 50% savings a year and we were sold on "savings greater than 50% a month and in summer months no electric bill" we have that on voice recording and she still said that we are wrong
