I have not received the referral check that was supposed to be sent 11-20- Today is the 10th of Dec

The statement provided by the company is mostly correct. I have been in contact with them, however, I have not received any contractual agreement that outlines the scope of work promised which was bloinsulation, LED light conversion throughout my entire house and solar screens for my windows. In addition to the previous mentioned solutions that have only been orally discussed the agreement is supposed to include "scalability" (company's wording) for additional solar panel installation in the future. If I receive a contract that is agreeable which meets the original guarantee of at least a 40% savings in energy costs and provides some assurance that I will be able to have future additions to my current solar panel system, then I this complaint can be considered satisfied. I have not received the agreement as of April 01, 09:35am

I have waited patiently for a response for three weeks since Mr*** and the other representatives came out to my house. I sent an email Monday morning February 15, at 11:11am asking for a response. On Monday February 15, at 11:48am, I received this response from Mr***, "I sought authority to address meeting your savingsI should have the answer in the next day or soThat happened last week." I will try to initiate contact this morning but if an attempt to contact me was made by your company then it was sent to the wrong number or email address.
