Dear Mr*** and Revdex.com,After making contact with Mr*** earlier this afternoon, the proposed offer was made in order to address the customer complaintMr*** claims that the solar system installed is not workingAs a part of the savings analysis process we suggested a
system check, so that we can verify that all panels are functioning, Mr*** refusedIn addition asked Mr*** to provide us with his electric bills for both years of 2015-2016, which he stated he has, however, we do not have recordIn discussion we let him know that we have not received these bills and can not conduct an analysis with out themHe then said " I will not be sending those bills since I have sent them to Joe previously." We would like nothing more to resolve this complaint but that requires cooperation from both partiesPlease let me know how we can proceed

The mutual release has been emailed to Mr***Once he has returned it signed, the check will be immediately overnighted and shipment tracking provided to Mr***We do apologize that he never received the mutual release when it was originally intended to be sentThat was an oversight on the part of our customer relations departmentWe know that expediting his check won’t be enough to make up for the delay, but we hope that he will consider the resolution satisfactory once the check has been received

In regards to reimbursing you for savings not achieved, that is something we do but is something that is done at one yearIn April, when this was going on there was no way we could forecast how your panels would perform throughout the remainder of the yearWe do the Savings Analysis at one year so it includes a full months of data, this will show us what you saved when the panels were doing their best and when they weren't performing as well such as in the winter monthsYou are still not due for this analysis as it hasn't been a full yearSince this hasn't been done yet, I know I will be told to perform this analysis before we move furtherThe analysis will show us how much you have saved and will help us pinpoint any issues there may beTo do this I will need year of bills prior to install and one year of bills after installSo, February all the way until February It will need to be the actual bill and not a summary, it needs to include the usage and price per kWh that we paidIf you do not have these handy your electricity provider will give them to you, you just need to ask and make sure they don't send the summaryIt hasn't been a full year but has been pretty close so I can compare the bills up to now and see remotely what has been going on so farSince you haven't spoken with anyone since March, I know that we don't have any bill from you so please send them to *** or you can fax them to *** also you can mail them to *** *** *** *** *** ** ***I apologize if I was misinformedI do not have access to your loan account and was relying on information from previous contact where you DID altogether quit paying for the panelsI was not aware that you had resumed payingIf you could please submit to me the proof that you paid the lender and how much I will discuss this new information with my superiors and determine what we are able to do to get this resolvedYou can submit the information to my email, ***

One of our customer relations representatives got in contact with Mr*** today to request his energy billsHe has agreed to send them in at his earliest convenienceOnce we have the appropriate bills, we can perform a savings analysis which will take approximately two business days to completeThis analysis will show us how much or how little money his panels have saved him on his electricity bills since they were installedOnce the analysis is complete, our customer relations representative will call Mr*** again to discuss the results and determine if any actions need to be taken at that time Regarding his concern about refinancing, one of our credit representatives has reached out to him in the past, but has not been able to get hold of him to discuss his refinancing optionsWhen we call Mr*** to discuss the results of his savings analysis, we will be happy to transfer him to our credit representative following the savings analysis discussion Once his savings analysis has been performed, the results discussed with Mr***, a resolution agreed upon, and his refinancing options explained to him, we hope he will consider his complaints satisfactorily resolved

I am contacting you as your employee, *** ***, has informed me that you are the person with whom I must discuss my issue with Global*** has sent me a Global release form which I am to sign prior to your company reimbursing me for saving promised but not receivedAs you well know I have questions and issues with your proposalI am again requesting that you call me so we might discuss this matterI will summarize some of my concerns: You have sent me a release form which you did not signI, therefore, have no assurances that you will sign it or will reimburse meIt is your proposal, why didn't you sign it? For some reason, your company has chosen to reimburse the lack of savings for three years for a system that is warranted for ten yearsWhy not reimburse for years? As a side issue, your sales pitch makes a big issue that utility rates will go up 25% every three years, so why doesn't your reimbursement pay for that inflation? Lastly, I have experienced a lack of response from your companyThe history has been that each time this issue is addressed I am referred to a point of contact that fails to respondYou are the fourth new contact I have been referred to and you have yet to respond to my callsI have left many phone messages requesting a call starting before Christmas and have not received a responsePlease contact me as soon as possible

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.Mr *** did contact me on 3/31/where is inferred that he had an offer similar to the terms Ms *** indicated below in this complaint For some reason he was unable to send it to me, but suggested I would get it on 4/1/ Late in the day on 4/1/2016, I had not received anything so I sent Mr *** and email asking if he would respond today He said he had an issue obtaining "relevant documentation", and if he could resolve it he would call me on 4/1/2016, otherwise I should expect a call on 4/2/ I have left a voice mail, and sent an email, neither of which have been returned the last three days.I must clearly reject this position from GEE, as they have clearly not provided me anything upon which I could make a decision.I am more than interested in coming to a win/win resolution for this issue, whether is is accepting an offer from GEE or providing a counter offer I just need a commitment from GEE to provide an offer

We have received a quote both from a contractor of Ms***' choosing and from the contractor we usually use for roof repairsWe will have a customer service representative call Ms*** tomorrow to discuss the two quotes and work on coming to an agreement with her on getting the roof repaired

having with Global Efficient Energy Your husband at first denied my assistance He also mentioned to me that he had in writing your "%guarantee of estimated savings." He then back tracked and said he did not have it in writingI am asking for anything that will help in your favor He also mentioned that there was a leak in your roof, to him I said that if it was from the panels we would be more than happy to assist with that And I received no response regarding that issue.The process of doing the savings analysis, and asking for all of the utility bills I requested is to help you and your family Whether it be a monetary reimbursement or the other options we provide here at Global Efficient Energy Typically, we do not even preform savings analysis up until a year post installation with the product on your home But I had noticed you were having some problems and wanted to step in and try to assist you, if given that opportunityI will be confirming with your husband, once I receive all requested documents.Please let me know how you would like to move forward Thank you ***

I have only been contacted by phone by a QA person from Worth Electric, LLCHis suggestion was for us to contact the manufacturer by phone, which we didThe manufacturer passed this on to an installing company, which we did. We have not heard any reply from the installing company.The responsibility for the warranty service should fall back to the original Installing Company, since the installation and parts were used by Global Efficient Energy. We have been told to chase down our own repairs and hope that the warranty is covered by companies that did not do the original installing.Another feature that was not installed by Global Efficient Energy was the Enphase monitoring system which was in our contract. I want our solar system fixed including microinverters and monitoring system which includes the "Enphase System includes the microinverters, the Envoy Communications Gateway and Enlighten, Enphase's monitoring and analysis software".

I do understand the process and no we have not discussed it SEVERAL times. Additionally, at no time was I ever told I would have to wait a full months to see if any savings "materialized" and I would then receive reimbursement. You have also avoided addressing the "quoted" savings that have failed to materialize with the installation of the foam in the attic space. I was told that this foam would better insulate the house keeping it cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. I have already provided you some statements from and to compare that show there has been zero benefit from the foam, and in fact, an increase in the electric usage for the same months. You have still not provided an explanation as to why the foam is failing to perform. I don't need to wait months for you to explain to me why the product is not producing the results that were promised during the sales pitch. As you well know, the foam was installed in August and the system was not completed until December due to the failures of GEE, so there is a 4-month disparity in "completion" dates between the two product completions.As far as GEE ever returning to my home to install additional products, this will NEVER occur. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. As I've experienced, you failed to research the building and electrical codes for the state of Nevada and properly install the materials according to those codes - it took times for you to get it right. I do not wish to have a long-term relationship with GEE, which will be required according to your explanation (if the savings never materialize). If it would be something GEE would take into consideration, I would prefer to calculate what the projected long-term savings should be and gain that as a credit toward the cost of the "system." This would alleviate any fear of GEE filing for bankruptcy and leaving me in the lurch with a system which fails to deliver. It would also mean, we never have to deal with each other again

I do sincerely apologize for the troubles that you have had with Global Efficient Energy We do have a process out team is supposed to follow, IE: one of them is to scan in every document, utility bill that we receive So that there is no confusion However, those team mates are no longer a part of GEE And I will admit that we receive hundreds of bills dailyThat is threes years of bills for each and every one of our customers.We are trying to change the process of our job, so everything runs a lot smoother, and also to find more ways to be efficient for our customers.I understand that is it stressful to have to send in all of your bills However, I need those bills from (year prior of install and year post install), so I can compare your savings before and after you have received the the solar panels and products installed on your home.If you could please send me those years worth of bills, I may myself will make sure I expedite and also complete it today I will have an answer for you by the end of the day todayI do apologize and I ope I will be given the opportunity to fix the issues that we have.Thank you ***.please feel free to send in the bills to: ***
