I am rejecting this response because:Allow me to recap my original complaint and dissatisfaction with this company; the company did not meet its advertised commitments. First, other then provide a solar panel installation, the company did not provide expert installation or contractors; the panels were removed and reinstalled. Secondly, the company has not served our needs in solar or other green technology installations; the rush to sign up a customer and the poor judgment they made based on aerial views of my home result in monetary and degraded the efficiency of my residence. These two, additional facts are what the company advertises on its 'Global Efficient Energy' website. However, most importantly as I stated in my first reply, this is a well know tactic used by this company to avoid accountability for their gross handling of the job they preformed at my home. In the company's first reply of my complaints they asked my to provide a 'shade analysis report' (which I NEVER received) now they state it was suggested in the report (which report?) to prune/trim my tress and to 'add injury to insult' they state, from an 'aerial view my trees look groomed'! Finally, this company states, in short; I signed off on the task which is why they sent in for payment. The Global Efficient Energy representative known only as ***, verbally stated that the 'paperwork' was not going to be submitted until the job was finalized. The only reason he sought my signature was because of his workload and he wanted to have 'everything ready'. But, he assured me that 'NOTHING would be turned in until that time came'. The company acknowledged this grave error and sent me a check to cover (their error) the over payment and my loss of month of 'interest-free' financing. Their is city and personal documentation that the submittal to the finance company was wrongfully and prematurely submitted.All facts as they stand have been submitted and document for your knowledge; copies of pictures and documents are recorded and available. This matter is far from closed.

I am rejecting this response because:When a business and its customer are able to have dialogue, it is the first decisive step tending to redress means to a remedyIn regards to to your claim that I expect Global Efficient Energy to pay for my roof repair is simply not true and is an unworthy description of a high valued client on whom the survival or profitability of a business depends, and could result in a bad reputation or worst due to clients negative experienceHence,I say emphatically, I do not intend nor expect Global to pay for my roof repair! I will pay for my roof surface area deteriorated shingles and any damage wood to be replaced at zero cost to Global, as I do have a roofing contractor in place to provide that service and need to move forwardAdditionally, I do anticipate Global to honor Their contractor's specific performance guaranty whereby removing solar panels to allow roof replacement work to be done and re-install same within two days when finished, at zero cost to myselfAfter reading Ernesto Alamos of your company by email on tuesday, December 13, 2016, saying: "We do not offer that service in Shreveport." And "We have no one in that area that can perform That service." I was a little disheartenYet, I"d like to believe your business model is one of positiveness and based on core fundamental principles that client satisfaction is very valuable to a businessIt provides quantitative good will and transforms a negative experience into a positive one, making a client an advocate as I have been when interesting Brian Cichowski to purchase solar panelsI look forward to hearing from you

I am rejecting this response because:We spent $10,with the understanding we would be guaranteed a 40% savings on our monthly electric bill, today and for the remainder of our life in this housewe have experienced zero savings therefore request to have our $10,investment refunded in its entiretyA $1,refund only covers year so why would we pay the remainder of the investment which equals $8,612, when our electrical bill remains the same?We have documentation of communicating to GEE during the initial months concerned over the lack of savings we were not seeingGEE continued to explained we had to wait months so in June we asked for a review again and over the course of the remainder of the year we never received an appropriate response other than ' you are right you are not getting the results' and confirmation from the outside consultant who they hired stating our house would never see the savings promised with the equipment installedWith agreeing to utilizing GEE we received a loan from Enerbank, their preferred financial partner, which we have also contacted stating our lack of satisfaction resulting in filing a complaintWe appreciate a prompt resolution of a refund in the amount of $10,212.Regards,

Mr***, Thank you for your responseI do want to clarify that I know you're not asking us to repair your roofYou are requesting that we remove and reinstall the panels free of chargeI stated in my last response that unless you have this included in your contract or have a written agreement elsewhere we cannot do thisThe cost of removing and reinstalling the panels is not a cheap expense so we cannot go based off your wordThere was a point in time when this was included in one's contract but it became problematic so we no longer offered and determined it would be best to go through your insurance instead. Again, if you can provide me the documentation proving that this was part of your package I will be happy to make sure we uphold our end of the contractMy intentions are not to upset you in any way but I must make sure that everything is justifiedIf you have this documentation I urge you to please send it to me. The business has not addressed the complaints and I did was not contacted today by their representative as indicated by their message 1. Reimbursement of $+ for Envoy for computer program they were to install and didn't.. I installed 2. Issue regarding comment by sales person relative to removal and replacement of panels etc in case of hail damage to the roof and it needs to be replace. His comment was that Global does this as a courtesy to the customer. They failed to confirm and placed in writing. 3. They have not completed the Oncor rebate program and I have not received my check

I have been in communication with the company and they have indicated that there will be a restitution payment; however, I do not consider the complaint to be resolved until I receives such payment

The company indicated it would respond in five business days, which was September 6, Would you please inquire with the company whether or not it has a response to the complaint? I have received nothing directly from the company and there are no new communications in the portal. *** ** ***

We understand the delay of a reimbursement can be frustrating We do process a very large amount of reimbursement or rebate checks typically on a bi monthly basis, typically the process takes 6-weeks to issue and mail out your check Sometimes the Oncor rebates do take a little bit
longer process depending the means of payment Regardless, we do understand your point of view and we will be certain your Oncor rebate is issued to you as soon as possibleThank you again

This is my 2nd complaint with the Revdex.comI thought that they were going to work with me on correcting the issues we have with them, but to the day, nothing has been resolvedI have been threatened to be sued as of Tuesday because I told them that I would not pay the total balance due of $16,The reasons are numerous! The company had incompetent workers come into our home & work on our roof for four months , to begin withThis job was to only take a couple of days! Every time the workers were called back because of sloppy/unfinished work, it was new people! One person from the first crew first day fell thru our kitchen ceilingTook two different people & inconvenient times for it to be repairedNot one single person from SEVERAL different crews that had to be called back to TRY to complete the jobs, ever came back a second time! The company has since then shut down their location here in Baton Rouge, LaWISE DECISION! The City of Denham Springs had to come back a couple of times, before they would pass the inspection of the work done by this companyWe were inconvenienced over the four months numerous timesAt last count, over times in our homeAs far as the solar panels, they had to keep coming back because they kept failing inspectionAlso, we were mislead by the salesman as far as the solar panels goWe have only 4, when we were told we would get at least SIX SOLAR PANELS! Now, the company is telling us that we would need at least SIXTEEN more panels to get the 50% SAVINGS PROMISED by the salesmanThey have done a financial analysis and they KNOW that we are NOT getting the promised 50% savings, but refuse to work with us on resolving the issues to satisfy our needsWe do not want this company ever to set foot back at our homeThey do not meet your expectations that they promise you as they promote their company's customer service to youThey do not have a customer service department worth talking about! In fact, I have yet to speak to them!TranslateDesired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Other (requires explanation)selectDesired Outcome:All we ask is for them to accept the tax refunds we received from as payment in FULL! We issued and mailed your $reimbursement check on 7-11-and I apologize if you did not receive it We have cancelled the original check and sent you a replacement check on 9-11-15, please let me know if you have received it While they are our crews, they are professional installers, if there were an issue on their shift they absolutely would be responsible to identify and report it After their visit their report stated you were satisfied with their inspection and report Per our agreement on the first visit from our sales representative our savings assurance states we will reimburse you once we have months of usageAgain another major concern for us and yourself as well is the fact that your meter malfunctioned and provided and or inaccurate readings for your home, which is out of both both parties control Neither party can accurately compare your usage as the meter read your usage wrong for how long, how many months before did it produce data Even with the inaccurate data that drastically changes your usage we again are still working with you and doing our best with a unique situation Once your months are up we will complete your savings assurance and discuss options I show that something might of changed in your home as well i.eadditional equipment was added, additional residents have moved in, has there been any changes to the occupants or equipment in your home, could you please share details? I am very confused and concerned regarding your statement 'Sara threatened you on what to expect'?

The calculation confirms the savings is only 12%Reimbursing $is hardly compensation for spending $14,and NOT receiving the guaranteed savingsThe only acceptable resolution is to make good on the promise by adding more solar panels at no extra cost
