We have looked at the records on this account and see the week was never used and the week has been placed into the MFRP and they will receive a refund of *** on the maintenance fees
As for the request for

We do offer a rental program or a maintenance fees reimbursement program , that you used for youruse year and received a refund of $You can also use the rental program, by calling customer service at ***. Missouri law requires that all tours are gifted the day of tour and the tour you agreed to stated a minimum of minutes. Again you had a full five day right to look over the contract, ask any questions you may have had and even cancel the contract with a full refund. At this time you have stopped payment to the lender and are close to being in default of the contract, if this happens you will forfeit all moneys paid to date on the contractYou have used the unit every year since your purchase and used the MFRP to receive your money back on the maintenance fees and it has all worked well for you. Dear Sir, We have looked into this matter and I do not find any letter that we received, I am not sure who it was addressed to, so I will address the issues in this complaint The purchase made in is for an Even year use, so the first year of use is for The maintenance fees are
billed very year for 1/of the next use years feesAt this time the maintenance fees are outstanding in the amount of $365.21, once they are paid you can set a date for your week at *** *** or exchange the week and travel to some other location We do offer a first right of refusal in our contract and yes at some point in time we will buy back units owned by our ownersIt is hard to say just when that will be as we are still building at the resortThe buyback program is for owners at this time *** *** is still paying on the contract to the lender so he is not the owner until it is paid in full and deeded *** *** states he was rushed into signing the contract, he did not state that he had five days with no one looking over his shoulder to read the contract and cancel with a full refundHe also did a trade in on one of his other contract and it was done with no problems as he was told We will not cancel or refund this contract based on this complaintWe will be more than happy to help *** *** to better understand the purchase he made and agreed to by calling customer service at *** anytime for help Thanks for your time and concern with this mater, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at 417-332- *** *** Compliance Officer Summer Winds Resorts

We have looked into this and find that in the contract Mr*** agreed that the resale was not guaranteed, the resale acknowledgment clearly states this fact
The listing with VSI was good for one year and would have
expired in NovemberWe will be happy to contact VSI and have the listing extended until the unit is sold at no cost to the ***'s
We will not cancel or refund this contract based on this complaint

I cannot refute the statement of Mr *** regarding the fact that the VSI sale was not guaranteed and it gives him a good place to hideThe fact remains, from our perspective, that the sales agent adamantly proclaimed that the sale of the HI timeshare through VSI was a no brainer and would occur very easily in 4-months; leading us to believe that it was a good deal to purchase a Branson timeshare from SummerwindsMr*** completely discounts this falsehood and does not answer the claim satisfactorilySummerwinds hides behind a contract that protects the falsehoods"It ain't right, but it's legal"!
I have little faith that VSI will sell the Hi timeshare, but will accept the listing until the unit is sold as Mr*** has offered
