They can also have a week every year back to Stormy Point Village by paying a

We have no control over the available inventory for other resorts or the pricing of the weeks, as per the contract the extra week run from $to $and they are unlimited

that he understood the resale policy
As for the billing received for the maintenance fees, The HOA will send a bill every year for half of the amount of the maintenance feesIf Mr*** want to pay half now, he can, or he can wait until November of and he will receive a new statement for the full amount of the fees

We have looked into this matter and find the purchase that was made was for our Explorer Program
This package is sold to people that are not sure if they want to purchase a timeshare, it allows them to try out the resort with a
week at Stormy point and years of services from the Summerwinds travel
and cruise
Interval International is a big part of the sales pitch for the ownership, owner can exchange weeks with Interval and go to other locationsIt is not part of the Explorer program, as they have nothing to exchangeThe Summerwinds travel has extra weeks that Explorer members can purchase the same as II and travel as often as they wishNew weeks are listed on the site every Monday evening and at any time we have over resort weeks listed
If the ***'s decide to become owners they will be given a one year membership to II at that time
Nothing in the Explorer contract states anything about an Interval International membership, just the
Summerwinds Travel for the year timeframe
We will not cancel or refund this contract based on this complaint

No, that is absolutely not what was communicated during the saleThere was no differentiation between Interval International travel options and Summerwinds travel optionsThere was no explanation that participation in the Explorer program was only for Summerwinds travelIt was communicated to us during the sales pitch that the Explorer program is an abbreviated version of travel through Interval, as a trial period in order to determine if we wanted to become owners laterThis trial period included a stay at Stormy Point in Branson, AS WELL AS travel to Interval International destinations, which included week long stays as well as getawaysAnd that if we did want to become owners, our investment in the Explorer program would be applied to ownership in Interval InternationalWe were only shown hours of Interval perks and destinations, never were we sold or shown any Summerwinds destinations, or even told that there was a difference between Interval and SummerwindsIt was communicated to us that Summerwinds had the right to sale Interval ownership and packages, as if Summerwinds was an extension of Interval, with the same perks and destinationsHow would one ever know that there is a difference between Interval and Summerwinds if this information was never communicated to the customer? We have been trying to get our money back from Summer Winds . We filed a complaint before that we were lied to by the salesman. Mr*** says we signed the contract so therefore we weren't lied to. We were told that they would sell our other timeshare the same way we bought it with a presentation and a salesman selling it. That isn't the way it went. They put it on the internet and that is all. We had witness's to this fact. Also he brought up places that we could go and when we looked after we received our number there wasn't anything like what he showed usThe salesman is no longer with SummerWinds either. We did talk to Mr*** yesterday and he said the letter we got wasn't the right one. But why did they send it to us telling us we no longer owned there. That we were no longer responsible for anything at Summerwinds My wife called right away after receiving the letter and then he called back. I think if we hadn't complained about that it would have went that way. We are not giving them $dollars without getting somethingWe haven't used the timeshare and would like our money back

I received a phone call from Ms*** the represntative that sold us the last contract XXXXXX on Tuesday morning, October 6, I informed her that there were several emails that were sent to *** *** the Customer Service Representative that we were told to contact regarding our concerns and none of them had been addressedShe stated that she looked over our concerns with their "legal department" and that the original contract could not be terminated, however they could revert us to that original contractMeanwhile she maintained that she had given us a very good opportunity and that her intentions when she sold this contract to us and now was to give us an alternative to lower our paymentsThis is outlandish considering that the contract she sold us increased our financial obligations by $per month for years with an interest rate of 15.9%, this is no where near saving us money nor did it lower our financial obligationIn December we went to the Stormy Point location to address the concerns that we had regarding our original purchase contract XXXXX and that fact that Danny's overly confident promise that our Bluegreen ownership would be sold within months of our original purchase in October had yet to come to fruiton, we felt that we have better luck speaking with the resort face to face regarding our concernsNow Ms*** gave us the same song and dance regarding VRI's ability to sell our Bluegreen ownership and in turn sold us another package at a huge discount of over $30,000, again with the promise that we could pay off this mortgage as soon as the Bluegreen property sold and we would not have to pay for maintenance fees until we used our timeshareMs*** also denied the fact that she told us that Stormy Point would buy our Bluegreen contract from us if VRI was unable to sell it within a yearDuring the remainder of our phone conversation she stated again that she could revert us back to our original purchase and that Stormy Point could reimburse us of our maintenance fees and the monies we paid VRI to list our Bluegreen ownership, at that time I let her know that I needed to discuss this further with my husband and she was to call us back on Monday October 12, Ms*** has not called us back and this is yet again the same pattern of behavior we received from Floyd *** for monthsI feel that Ms*** not only was very pushy in our phone conversation but that she also contradicted herself multiple times throughout our conversationShe has shown the same pattern of behavior that we have experienced through out our ownershipOur request still stands that we are not interested in the ownership because the basis of our purchase was solely on the sale of our Bluegreen contract and that has not happened; therefore we do not except their offer to revert us back to our original contract

The issue here is not about maintenance fees or the costs related to the selling of our timeshare property, although we were lied to about these alsoThe issue is that the salesman for the Summerwinds Resorts/*** Village told us that he could sell our old Bluegreen timeshare for $18,which we could use to buy the *** propertyHe said this would happen within one yearIt has NOTWe subsequently found out after looking into the situation that timeshares are not selling anywhere close to their value, if at allThe salesman knew this and he lied to us to sell his timeshareObviously it is our word against his and we did sign a contractBut we had no reason to believe that salesman like him would be dishonest and lie to sell somethingIt was not something we could investigate before signingIt was now or neverIt is time the Revdex.com and the Attorney General stop this deceit in these business dealings and help innocent trusting people from being harmedWe are retired people and for us this has become a financial headacheOne would expect this behavior in 3rd world countries, but it is very sad that this is happening in AmericaThis company is certainly a BLACKMARK on our country and should not be allowed to operate
