When our owners are in Branson they can purchase show tickets from us at a discount, most of the time we have about shows that are listed at half price

We have looked into this matter and find the owner had use in 2014, they had set date for July to the 5th and then canceled the reservationAt that time they banked the week with Trading Places for use at a later date
Reservations can be set up to one year in advance and needless to say July 4th week is a big time in Branson, most owner set reservations for this time a year in advanceMr*** didn't call until March 2nd to book the July 4th date
All reservations are subject to availability and a first come first serve basisMr*** can call Trading Places and be placed on a wait list for the dates he wants and if they get a cancel or we place a new unit on line he will be able to get his reservation

We were told we were purchasing week every year (instead it turned out to be every other year);
Your sales person told us that we are purchasing excellent investment and represented that we can sell this ownership any time we want if we do not want it anymore and make a profit because we were purchasing a returned unit from a divorced couple at half pricePlease read our original complaint about the details on that
On the third point of airfare, we were told there is a significant discount for flights which was reiterated and emphasized by your sales rep but that is not true because when we called to the travel agency we were told they do not even handle air faresIn your partial response to our claim, you say that it's hard to understand how one would pay $17,to get discounted airfareHere is what we were told at the time: we are getting lifetime long deal and international flights can easily be $for round trip tickets for each family member so we figured since we fly many times internationally this would represent significant savings Your response was that there is "no place in the contract is it stated that owner gets discount airfare and it's not part of a program." None of the details of the travel agency services are explained in the contract, but it is reasonable for us to assume that your travel agency handled airfare since Mr*** specifically told us he used the agency for air travel frequently which is a blatant lie
Also we ask you, Mr***, to bring this to attention of your upper management that in case if we do not get our claim resolved to our satisfaction it is our strong intention to bring this matter to the public, i.econtact Office of Attorney General of State of Missouri as well as use all the possible legal remedies including arbitration and mass media to put stop to this deceiving business practice
As a former oil and gas lawyer, I know fraud when I see itThe contract was based on these three misrepresentations and shows bad faith by your company, therefore we demand cancellation of the contract and a full refund

We will pay any exchange fees for an owner that want to exchange with *** *** or ***
The Summerwinds Travel offer the extra weeks that can be purchased for *** to ***

We do the rentals for our owners, they must contact us to receive a contract for the rentalAt this point the maintenance fees are outstanding, once paid we may still be able to rent the unit out before the end of the year
As for extra weeks purchased they are subject to availability and no location is guaranteed to have availabilityThe week can still be purchased from the Summer Winds Travel or Interval International
If Ms*** and Mr*** with to try to rent out the unit for they must call customer service at

every Monday with new weeks
The purchase of this contract is for a Triennial use, that does not keep the owner from using it if off years like Time is purchased as needed by the night or week as stated in the VIP charter
nights can be purchased for *** per nt for a bedroom or *** per nt for a bedroom
Extra weeks are the cost of a current maintenance fee also stated on the VIP charter (copy enclosed)
We have no free time all nights or weeks must be purchased
Mr*** has not received his *** *** membership just yet, this will allow him to book extra weeks with them as well and weeks can be found on the II site further out in time and some are listed for the *** price
As for the unit upgrade fee, the fee was increased this year and I am not sure that sales had the information as this is not something they address very oftenIn an effort to meet Mr*** needs we will note his account that he will only have to pay *** fee to upgrade his unit for if he want a bedroom

Yes, I did speak with *** ***No, I am not satisfied with his responseYes, I did sign a contract but I was assuming that everything in it was covering what was told to us by the sales repI also know that I am now stuck with a timeshare I would not have paid *** for if I had known what we were really purchasingI already had a timeshare that I was using but based on the information given to us by the sales rep, which I now know was completely false, traded it in for a better opportunity

I was double checking this to see if Summer Winds had responded and saw that I accepted the response from them.. However, when I was reading this, I did it from my phone and I never actually saw his response until just nowI thought I was accepting the message from the Revdex.com that they had forwarded my complaint to a different area. I think it may be because I was clicking on it from this email link. I never did receive an email that said the business that responded. Is there a way to open this back up? When I read the message from Mr *** just now, I contacted him, but have not gotten a response and I would rather have the communication go through a different source in writing than a phone call. (given the circumstances) At this point, I am not satisfied with the response as I am certain he will ask me to spend more money to get what we thought we were purchasing originally. I would not be opposed to paying the maintenance fees each year, but do not want to have to pay to 'upgrade'.
