I was double checking this to see if Summer Winds had responded and saw that I accepted the response from them However, when I was reading this, I did it from my phone and I never actually saw his response until just nowI thought I was accepting the message from the Revdex.com that they had forwarded my complaint to a different areaI think it may be because I was clicking on it from this email link I never did receive an email that said the business that responded Is there a way to open this back up? When I read the message from Mr [redacted] just now, I contacted him, but have not gotten a response and I would rather have the communication go through a different source in writing than a phone call (given the circumstances) At this point, I am not satisfied with the response as I am certain he will ask me to spend more money to get what we thought we were purchasing originally I would not be opposed to paying the maintenance fees each year, but do not want to have to pay to 'upgrade' Please let me know if there is anything I can do to leave this open until it is resolvedOr change it to an unacceptable response until I hear back from him?Thank you, [redacted] ***

I tried numerous times to find a place in Wisconsin to trade our week for(Because our "salesman" said there were several resorts that would be available for us to book in Wisconsin.) From the time we got our time share and the ability to log in was at least several months and then every attempt to log in failed (password [redacted] to us was incorrect?) at that time I attempted to contact Summer Winds via their website and received no response EVER 3) I have not seen anywhere in our papers where it shows that our Tri-C "yellow" season 2Bd cottage is listed as only the first weeks of the yearIf we were actually told that we would NEVER had even considered the purchase of this time shareWhy on earth would someone from Wisconsin even consider purchasing a time share that would be used or required to trade for someone else to use in January or February in Branson? That is insane!!! 4) When I did talk to someone to talk about a trade they said that someone would have to want our week before we could trade for the place and week that we wantedWhy would anyone want our week?
