I was employed by Wendy's in Ripley, WV and was issued a money network total pay cardOn March 6, the account was locked due to a customer service representative trying to upgrade my account without my permissionWhen I called to have my account unlocked I was told that the only way to unlock it was to fax in my ID and SS cardTo my understanding they cannot ask me to fax in that information, but they insisted it was protected under the 'patriot act'I asked to speak to a supervisor to discuss another option but once I was denied to do so I was informed that I could fax in a statement saying I wanted to close my account and that I wanted a paper check mailed to my house with the remaining funds on itI faxed in the statement on March 20, and was told it would that it would take 7-business days to get my check in the mailThrough these 7-days I called multiple times to ensure that I would receive my check, and I was told by multiple customer service representatives

I met with Wells Fargo Merchant Services, oversold, and ended up signing a lease agreement for payment processing equipment for my new business The equipment lease is through First DataI quickly realized that this was much more than what my business required and called to reverse the transaction even before the equipment arrivedThe equipment showed up I have not opened the equipment nor set it up and have continued my efforts to nullify the lease agreement
Called Wells Fargo representatives, twice with the sales rep and once to a "supervisor." Told they would "reach out on our behalf" to First Data and then after over a week after each attempt, they contacted us to say there was nothing they could doContacted First Data in between these attempts and was told to contact the local representatives to resolve the matter I have been a ping pong ball

I have tried multiple times to resolve my issues with Clover support I am locked out of my web dashboard, they have been charging my account an extra dollars per month on top of their other chargesThey are actually stealing my money without any recourseI have been on the phone being transferred several times then they disconnect the line

A Customer Service Representative insisted that there is 'no predetermined amount of time that a customer whom has disputed transactions made with the customer's *** as unauthorized, can expect that provisional funds will be posted to the customer's account; & that the Bank is under no requirement to initiate any investigation into the claims made by the cardholder until the Bank has recieved the signed statement back in the mail from the cardholder, even though it takes as many as five business days from the time the cardholder orally disputed the charges he/she claims to be unauthorized over the telephone, for the cardholder to receive the statement requiring the cardholder's signiture that then must be promptly mailed back'The customer service representative then went on to deny that 'the bank was under any obligation to provide provisional credit within ten business days of the date the cardholder disputed transactions as unauthorized when the customer had notified

I have made many attempts to receive a full disclosure of *** breakdown of our actual rate we are paying, per transaction per day The do not send me a full statement, only a batch
As a company, we need a breakdown of our rate per day per transaction I do not understand why its so hard to get
In addition, the average wait time is over min to wait for someone who can help I have spent more then an hour several times to get to someone

Deceptive sales practices and refusal to resolve issues unless you pay them off
When I signed on with first data/Card Connect(1/2/15) I never recieved copies of a lease, never knew what was in the lease ,
or that I even signed oneonly that it was everything that I needed to be EMV compliantI was missled from the beggining, the machine
never worked as far as the chip reader that was to put us in compliance with the new rules
This is why I switched and signed with first data/Card Connect so I would be in compliance and after a year the chip
reader still would not work.I made several calls trying to resolve this issue but was told I would have to
wait on programingWhen I signed I was told everything would work and I would be compliant, this just isnt
true! So I went to another company and everything is fine with themnow I canceled my service with first data/card connect
only to find out that they are two different companies and that card connect sells the lease to first

I have been with this prepaid company for years and I've filed dispute before and never have I went through what I'm going through I'm out $from Carolina Best they denied my card without permission on October 20th so I called them they refunded my money the same day it went through on October 23rd at 8:56AM Money Network says they don't see my money one supervisor put me on hold for about minutes can't back said I see a refund from Carolina Best coming in but no amount told me to call them have them resume with an amount and call money network back takes to another supervisor that said they have no way of tracking anything I filled a dispute never record a form so I had to hand write it now they are saying it takes 45-days to get my money back when several times they said days after dispute was filled

I hired somebody to make me some graphic design stuff, they did not deliver, PayPal could not refund because I sent via " friends and family " so I contacted money network, the person on the phone was very helpful and said it would be about days, I waited, then I received a letter in the mail saying my dispute was denied because of " previous contact " with the sellerWell yes, I did contact the seller previously, to hire themThe reasoning behind my request being denied made no sense, I paid for product and did not receive it, hence I should be entitled to a proper disputeThank you for your time

I was an interested customer in Clover system that First Data Leasing managesI was working through Bank of America to talk about trying out the terminal for my businessThey said that I was able to try the product with the ability to return it if it does not satisfy my business needsOur business is very intricate and the Clover system was a hassle instead of a solutionI notified my Clovee account manager that I wanted to return it but I got redirected to several different people to find that I was stuck with a $4,dollar product that I had to oay up front if I did not want to returnI mean come on how do companies operate like this? I showed them the day grace periyin the contract and they said that it does not matter when the first payment starts, which was days not 30.What a scamI am a local owned family business operating for yearsThis is not how you treat good people who wanted a business solutionI am going to make sure they get justice this is probably n

**Stay Away - Avoid at All Cost **
These criminals operating from Marietta, GA are total scamThey are operating under the First Data/Payeezy/CloverFirst they will charge you $for their Payeezy gateway They will offer you a good rate of 1.89%, then within a few months it goes up to 4.5% They will tell you as long as you fill the PCI compliance questionnaire, you won't get charged, yet you will see $monthly charge for this and they will say that you failed to pass the questionnaire even though you point out to them that your PCI is perfectly compliant
Then, after they stiff you for a couple of months, they terminate your merchant account without notice or cause; and without giving you a grace period to try to find another credit card processor for your business As such, your business will suffer and you will lose sale and end up with tons of bills to pay without any revenue
And to add insult to injury, they charge you $for account termination, even though the agreement says that this charge is applied if you terminate the account and not if they cancel it on you But of course, they will stiff you no matter what
These people are inhumane, they should be prosecuted for stealing from hard-working small businesses Everyone who suffered from them should complain to the Revdex.com and the Attorney General of the United States They should go out of business, they are totally rude and their customer service is absolutely abysmal Not only they are the worst, but it's like dealing with thugs from third-world countries

What a complete scam of a company..If your considering using a credit card processor I would strongly urge you to look somewhere elseThis company will lock you into a lease on their c/c processing equipment and refuse to let you out even when you lease another one of their machinesScam company..Dont use

INSTEAD ON JUNE 4th MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED $59.97, BUT I DIDN'T REALIZE IT UNTIL JULY 2ND WHEN THEY HIT MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT THE 2ND TIME FOR $SENDING IT INTO OVERDRAFT AND CAUSING MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT TO BE ASSESSED A FIRST RETURNED CHECK FEE!! THEN I SPOKE TO *** AGAIN ON JULY 5TH REGARDING THE HOLD AND FEES! HE AGREED THAT THE ACCOUNT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ON SEASONAL HOLD AND THERE SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN ANY FEES ASSESSED! "When you initially received your Money Network payroll card you received a fee schedule However, Money Network has not been applying those fees correctly to your account The purpose of this notice is to inform you that effective 1/15/you are now being charged $for each Account Maintenance according to your fee schedule."
