They have charged my business for months even though we canceled the service
We canceled the service months ago and they continued to charge usWe didn't notice until recently and we called and they said that they never received our cancelation letter which is a lieWe canceled the service and started processing with another business months ago
We called in January and canceled it again and they refused to reimburse us for a monthly fee even thought we have been using another Credit Card processor for over a yearOnce I canceled the service in January I demanded they sent me an email confirming that they have closed the account
They charged my bank account AGAIN in February and when I called they said that I hadn't canceled the serviceI forwarded them the email that they had sent me in January confirming my cancellation and then they said that I called a few days later to reinstate the service even though that isn't true and its ridiculousWhy would I reinstate a servi

6/12/- I called Clover to ask for assistance with the contract terms andAfter speaking with the representative I asked to speak with Supervisor to see if my issue could be resolvedI have had my clover system for yearsI have paid with no complaints even with me not using the system for awhileI find myself moving out of state to Arizona where Citibank in not locatedThis means that I will not be able to use the Clover at allI find myself having a machine that is uselessThe value of this machine is not what I have been paying forlease # is***I was told that I would have to pay $to keep the machine or return it and pay $and some change!!!
