funds hold my account number is XXXXXXXXXXXXthe risk department put a hold on 100,dollars in septemberon oct I spoke to the rep and was informed that they will deposit 50k into my account and hold the other 50k for dayswhen I protested and told him to reverse the transactions and I will collect the money from my customers some other way he told me I have no choice that my account has been closed and must have my money locked away without interest for daysToday the days were upwhen I didnt see the money in my account I called and was told that he must have been in a good mood but he will now hold the funds for an additional daysthis is unacceptable

On or about April 18th I was contacted by POS (first data) by a rep named [redacted] , after a few discussions and emails & documents sent to me via email to auto sign, we decided it would be financially beneficial to switch to their company, after we did so I was discussing other issues with [redacted] and she convinced me, during a phone conversation to switch to what she explained to me to be a smarter option to buy out the machine, she sent the docu-sign document, I singed it & there was no mention during that conversation of a non-cancelable agreement either on the document or verbally by [redacted] We have sent letters & phoned and explained to them that we do not have to abide by the agreement as it was not honest nor explained properly let alone at allOnce they sent us the actual paperwork at the top of the contract it reads; non cancelable ?? they also stated that their is a voice recording of me authorizing such a contract but I know that it is not for the latest N

Deceptive sales practices and refusal to resolve issues unless you pay them off When I signed on with first data/Card Connect(1/2/15) I never recieved copies of a lease, never knew what was in the lease , or that I even signed oneonly that it was everything that I needed to be EMV compliantI was missled from the beggining, the machine never worked as far as the chip reader that was to put us in compliance with the new rules This is why I switched and signed with first data/Card Connect so I would be in compliance and after a year the chip reader still would not work.I made several calls trying to resolve this issue but was told I would have to wait on programingWhen I signed I was told everything would work and I would be compliant, this just isnt true! Overcharges, and poor customer service I have used First Data for my credit card processing services since I started accepting credit cards at my businessWhen I contacted First Data, I assured them that I could not pay expensive processing fees because I am a small business, and I that I did not make sales everydayAfter explaining this, I was given a SET percentage of how much I would payI have yet to pay just that set amountThe percentage raises every monthEvery year I have this same issue and I contact themThey blame the issue on their compliance which I complete yearly before the due date and still be be charged a ridiculous rateEvery time I call, I am told that the percentage for every card charged would go down after them resetting some security settings in their systemThis never happens

Unethical business practice Contacted company years ago regarding a pay off for point of sales systems Was told it was a five years lease and could by out at end of the term Lease term ended 10/1/and no notice where sent from company regarding buy out Finally got curious and contact company regarding the continual withdraw from checking and was told we did not exercise or option so they kept on charging usThey immediately offer a lease buy out one year later at $249.72, I reluctantly agree and paid One month later another charge appeared 10/5/contacted company again and was told we only paid off one lease and there is another one still in effect????
