On 8/29/2018, I received a call from [redacted] at First Data regarding a sales inquiry that I submitted on First Data's websiteBased on the information that he provided, I selected First Data as my credit card processing company for my online sales, and I enrolled in their Clover Flex POS solution for my offline/in-person transactionsUnfortunately, several of the fees/charges to be assessed were either misrepresented or omitted by Mr [redacted] , causing me additional unexpected delays and expenses Additionally, reaching out to Mr [redacted] (or anyone at First Data's Customer Service phone number) only resulted in more misinformation, runarounds, and non-responsesAs a result, not only has the launch of my online store been delayed by over months, but I have been assessed hundreds of dollars in fees by both First Data as well as my bankSince First Data has repeatedly refused to resolve the issues that they've caused, I've been forced to close my accounts with them and seek a

The company has been charging and processing orders, even when the account was closedHowever, we received no payment into our bank account On January 3rd, I requested a seasonal hold put into place until April 5th, I then requested a permanent closure of account on April 3rd, Both were confirmed to be filed by my account representative, [redacted] However, upon inspection of the bank statements, I was being charged the monthly fee during these dates of seasonal hold (which a customer service representative said would be waived during seasonal hold), and customers were able to somehow process transactions, even during seasonal hold A customer then had a chargeback for $1,061.08, during this seasonal hold period, despite this money never arriving in our bank accountEssentially, this money was magically subtracted even though we never received it In summary, First Data has been collecting monthly fees of approximately $and processing transaction

I purchased a credit card machine from Clover over a year agoI agreed at the time of purchase that I would pay Clover 3.95% fee for every transaction I makeI am an attorney and having that service was convenient for my clientsA month or so went by where I didn't have any clients, once I did obtain a client Clover took $of the $she paid me for feesA couple days later Clover went into my bank account and took an additional $I disputed that transaction with my bankA week later a client paid me $600, to pay for court fees, Clover held that clients money and did not release it until I agreed to pay them the $ Product_Or_Service: Clover credit card swipe machine

Relentless rude sales team continues to harass and call daily This company calls daily, trying to sell credit card processing We have no need for this service, so I tell them that we are not interested This has been ignored and they still call daily Once I start to tell them that we are not interested and to be removed from their list, every single sales rep hangs up on me!
