Was informed at time of signing contract that we could get out of our other lease However, this is not the case When we signed the lease we were informed that we could cancel our other lease but found out that it was only the processor not the lease of equipment We received the same exact equipment as we currently were leasing We were told that Performance Merchant Service Alliances would pay the cancellation fee for CPN When I spoke to [redacted] (customer service rep) on 7/27/I was told it would cost us $4,to terminate the lease I left several messages on our sales reps voicemail to no avail We want to return the new machine and us the old machineHe did not return our phone calls

I have been charged $for an April bill on an account that was closed effective 3/15/After numerous calls this issues has not been resolved I have contacted this company numerous times to discuss merchant account XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXI am constantly being put into a call back queue to receive a return call within hours, this never happensAs I call the company again the next day I am told that I have be placed back in the call back queue again due to all the reps being busy, this has taken place over times with not one return callI have called several times within one day and still can't get this resolvedMy bank was debited $on 5/2/for an account that was closed effective 3/15/

I was employed by Wendy's in Ripley, WV and was issued a money network total pay cardOn March 6, the account was locked due to a customer service representative trying to upgrade my account without my permissionWhen I called to have my account unlocked I was told that the only way to unlock it was to fax in my ID and SS cardTo my understanding they cannot ask me to fax in that information, but they insisted it was protected under the 'patriot act'I asked to speak to a supervisor to discuss another option but once I was denied to do so I was informed that I could fax in a statement saying I wanted to close my account and that I wanted a paper check mailed to my house with the remaining funds on itI faxed in the statement on March 20, and was told it would that it would take 7-business days to get my check in the mailThrough these 7-days I called multiple times to ensure that I would receive my check, and I was told by multiple customer service representatives

We are stuck in a contract with them for credit card machine processing. The fee was withdrawn from our account on the first of each month until we had some fraudulent activity on our account and closed that account and reopened a new one.I contacted the company and notified them that I would be sending a payment in for the missing payment for February, the late fees, other fees and March payment. I asked them to begin sending me monthly statements. I was told that 70.52 was the Feb balance. I mailed off a check for the $70.52 and added the March fee of $59.83 with it. The check for $130.35 was cashed on Feb 2oth. I have a scheduled payment for April and May being mailed to them from my bank on March 22 for two months worth of fees. I was tricked into getting a service with this company in which they will not let me return their equipment, and are saying they will ruin m credit. I called to get information on returning their products and they said that not only after returning their products, but I would have to continue to make payments for another 2 1/2 years or pay the balance

First thing first the representatives sent to my business forged a signature and pressured me to resign the document without reading it after the signature was questioned ny higher authority, took advantage of the language barrier between myself and them to seal the deal and told me I could cancel at any timeupon attempting to cancel I was told I could not and am stuck paying for equipment I have no use for even though I have canceled the services!

I've made several attempts to cancelled my agreement with First Data on the basis that I never used their credit card machine that they provided
Since I've opened my business account in the year 2014, First Data has been charging a leasing fee for their credit card equipment I never usedAlthough I offered to return the equipment being that I did not have a need for it but they said that they will have to continue charge me because of the agreement I signedI now no longer operate the business and I am still being charged a leasing feeThis seems to me to be very unethical especially after making several attempts to return the used equipment that is still packaged in the box

Money Network/FirstData customer service lied about how to get my full acct balance in transaction then limit my options to obtain it
Unknown to me, my employer dropped my direct deposit infoWith no account on file, they set up a "Money Network" account for me via First Data (***) and began to deposit my paychecks there
I did not discover this immediately and by the time I took steps to recover my money, they had over $16,sent to that account
Having now dealt with the First Data's "Money Network" trying to recover my pay, I must say their services are absolutely subpar and not acceptable
1) There is no way to transfer your balance lump sum to another bank(They are not a "bank" but a "direct deposit institution" so it cannot be doneSeriously?!)
2) You can only transfer a maximum of $2,per day - and there is an associated fee to do so with each transfer!
3) I was told by their customer service to send a request with my name, address, phone

Apparently, in 2015, this company allowed someone to open a CC machine under my name and SS# w/o my permission or knowledgeyears later the IRS sends me a letter saying that I owe them $17, for unreported income that I received from this company in total of almost $26,I have been trying to contact them for almost weeks and cannot get it resolved In the beginning I kept getting passed around from Deptto deptbecause no one can find the accountThey cannot look it up by SS#, even though it is attached to my SS# When I finally get to the right dept, they never answer their phone As of today, I have left them messages on their general mailbox, messages on the person I spoke to in the securities dept and no returned callIRS, of course says they can't change anything until I get a clearance from this company verifying I never received this moneyI have sent emails to the person I initially spoke to and she does not respond to the emails either And the IRS de
