First Data use lies as their sales practice to get customersI was repeatedly mislead to get me to sign with them My business called its credit card processing company to report an inadequate processing speed of the terminalI was told the technician would give me a call regarding the slow terminal at 4:I received a call at 4:from Issac who ask about my slow terminalHe then told me it was an outdated software on the terminal and that to eliminate the problem, I would need to go wholesaleHe told me about lower rates I would be paying and no lease agreementsHe said by going wholesale, I would be paying the lowest ratesI then ask him what the rates had to do with my slow processing speed of my terminal and he said it was the outdated software on itIf I went wholesale with the new software it would run much fasterI told him I was not interested in leaving my current card processing company because of high termination fee and he told me I wasnt changing card processin

My web site used First Data?s product called easywayordering for ecommerceIn July 2016, they informed me that they would no longer support the productThis meant that my website was a dead duck without the ability to take online ordersI stood to lose thousands of dollars in lost online salesFirst Data did not provide me any solution to help meSo I had to scramble and get a new web site built along with a new ecommerce engineAfter countless hours spent with a new web site company and the ecommerce engine, I got a new website launched in OctoberIt cost me nearly $to get the web site built, not to mention over hours over months I had to spend on it, distracting me away from running my business Product_Or_Service: First Data/ easyway ordering

Company is billed for merchant account twice what was quoted by the sales agent I esigned a merchant account with [redacted] on 5/26/with the understanding the total billing for this account would be less than $per monthI was unable to print a copy of the paperwork I had to call transfirst after I received the first bill to gain access to the documents since they were no longer availabe on the esign document site I didn't received the equipment until the middle of June and it has not been set up as of this date The equipment has not even been taken out of the box My bank account was charged fees for June including monthly services fees, breach coverage fees, wireless monthly fees, fixed acquirer network fees, and transaction network access fees as well as lease fees I was shocked to find the fees were almost triple the amount discussed with sale agent and the equipment had not even been taken out of the box I have emailed [redacted] many times with not respons

They refuse to release my money after I cancelled a transactionI ordered some things from Macys order # [redacted] I cancelled the orderMacy's supervisor stayed on the phone with me on a way call to give the authorization and Money Network refused to release my money and the supervisor hung up on me

I was not fully informed of my terms of my contract and rates After months into my contract, my rates were increased I have emailed [redacted] numerous times to question all of the fees that I have been charged and explain to me the fees with no response I have also tried calling I have never heard a response months into my contract, I was notified that my rates would be increased I called to inquire and still no response I was not informed about all of the fees After some investigating, I found that other companies charge 50% less for the same service I am requesting they allow me to cancel my contract and not bill me a $fee for the cost of the lease I am canceling due to being misinformed of the fees, the sudden rate increase and poor customer service

I was given a 60 day trial of the Clover Station and an IBM Printer. Our rep, Greg Masood stated that if we wanted to end the trial to "let him know and he would get us out of it". A few days before the end of the "Trial" we notified him and he never responded until AFTER the trial had ended. We then were referred to First Data Merchant Services. After several calls over 60 days and 10+ reps involved we were told that they would let us out of the lease because of the situation. We were given shipping labels (call tags) to ship our items back.
