The company I worked for used payroll services through this company, they closed my account without telling me and I've spent two months trying to get them to send the remaining balance to me, they finally sent me a check, and no one will cash itI've made at least ten phone calls and waited on hold for a total of about eight hours trying to speak to a supervisor

Sent in letter of Dispute to First Data Merchant Services asking to verify this debt on April 11th VIA Certified Mail with proof of signature dated on April 14th First Data Merchant Services had days to verify this debt and mark my credit reports as disputed however I received no response from them and credit report was not markedI am demanding that this item be immediately be removed from all credit bureaus for failing to provide validation of debt

I signed up for Wells Fargo Merchant services last year and was subsequently entered into a leasing agreement with this business for the credit card terminal I needed After only two uses and about months of payments which far exceeded the credit card revenue I collected I tried to cancel It was then that I wa told I could either continue to pay full price every month, pay in full in one lump sum, or go find someone myself that needed a terminal Ohh, and even if I found someone that needed a terminal, I would be responsible if they didn't pay for the next two years! Wow! I sold cars for a living and even with cars if you transfer a lease you have transferred the lease This company has a very unfavorable contract towards businesses and the vendor they used in this case, Wells Fargo, hid the terms very well The least this company could have done is helped me get this to another business to use and take over the payments Now I am going to just blast my story across the internet and if I can impact so much as one lease, it cost first data more than it was worth to choke me out

First Date Merchant Services terminated my terminal for credit card processing but continue to draft $twice a month from my business checking account Now after many conversations with First Data representatives they are refusing to credit the illegitimately drawn funds back to my account One representative would agree and say week for a refund and *** senior specialist replies after month, " Sorry there's nothing I can do" I have taken legal action at this point because First Data is refusing to hear logic They now owe my company $140.00+

First Data was our cc processor for more than yearsWe called to terminate service early september 2017, returned leased equipment and since that time they have taken monthly payments from our account even though we're not using themOur contract was fulfilled, The leasing department also tried to bill us for equipment not returned, we were able to supply the delivery time, date and signature of the receiver so that attempt was thwartedSubsequent calls to First Data have been fruitless Seems to be that this is outright fraud

FD refuses to move my account from a business bank account I am closing to my personal bank account, causing me unneeded and burdensome expense
I leased a First Data (FD) FD credit card terminal through my bank for a tutoring franchise business over a year ago My merchant ID with FD is *** under the name of *** *** dba *** or *** *** ***The business was not successful, and I ceased operations this winter
I need to close the business bank account, because I am being charged $14/mo, along with other possible charges, as an unnecessary financial burden
Because I owe a substantial amount on the balance of the lease (>$1K), which would be an extreme hardship for me to pay off in one lump sum, I asked via a March 21st email message for FD to start taking the automated monthly payments of $from my personal bank account instead, or propose a more reasonable payoff/return offer

First thing first the representatives sent to my business forged a signature and pressured me to resign the document without reading it after the signature was questioned ny higher authority, took advantage of the language barrier between myself and them to seal the deal and told me I could cancel at any timeupon attempting to cancel I was told I could not and am stuck paying for equipment I have no use for even though I have canceled the services!

Hi I have a problem with a business called WakeUpNow it's no longer an active business but,yet I still receive chargebacks and bills through them they work with Ignite Payments LLC I had to close my account and open a new one because they were taking money out of my account every month I just now received a letter from Ignite Payments saying that if I don't pay that it could possibly have an impact on your personal credit score could you please help me?
