The agents lie to the customers and things are not handled in a timely mannerThey tell you they will do something and they don't get it done

I was with this company for two and a half years, not realizing that they were not living up to what was agreed to in the contractThey promised me that if I signed up with their company that the money I earned would be in my account within hoursThis never happened my money would take days to show up in my accountThis kept happening until I decided that enough was enoughI found out that this company was taking over dollars a month from my account so I ended my service with themNow they are telling me I still have to pay them more money each month even though under terms an conditions they liedThey have been harassing me and make slight threats and I'm fed up,I advise anyone else not to trust this company

First Data/Global Leasing misleading credit card terminal leases
Signed up with First Data credit card processing through Sams Club in September of Sales Rep promised me there were no cancellation fees for anything if I was unhappyAfter 1/years of being unhappy with the company and cancelling First Datas processing contract with me I was informed my lease for the credit card terminals was with Global Leasing not First DataWhen I tried to call them 25-times and waited on the phone up to an hour each time before I hung up I finally spoke with a repVery rude and unbudging he told me I had a month lease for the equipment and I could NOT get out of it unless I paid $to end the contractEven though I have paid $a month for years they want $more for the terminalsThe biggest reason I cancelled First Data was because I needed to upgrade the machines to take chip cards and these were not compliantI was told by First Data/Global Leasing when I called i

We purchased a small business in June of this year and had a terminal provided by MonerisAbout a month ago I was contacted by First Data to try their service, that it was much cheaper than Moneris and I would be under no obligationI could hook it up and try it for or days to see what I thought Upon receiving the terminal we called in to activate it we were told we had to make an appointment to have it activated we had already disconnected the old terminal at a convenient time for us and were told we could call anytime My husband was not impressed by the customer service and we realized that the way our store is wired, we could not use it, no matter what we tried, the whole system would need to be rewired and it would cost us a lot of money We contacted FIrst Data to inform them that we needed to return the terminal but its not that simpleI have been on the phone for the past two weeks, I have the account closed but apparently the terminal is leased from FIrst Data Glo

I purchased/leased a POS Clover system Fist Data and Sam's Club My sales person was Extremely helpful thru the whole process as it was my first venture into POS systems Part of the deal was to use first data as our merchant sevicesHe set us up and walked us thru the set up and learning One of the main reason in going with this company was the personal attention to our individual needs for our business and the other selling feature was that if anything should happen to the equipment it would be replaced free of charge This was repeatedly said to us as I worried that one of the areas the we would place a unit was a high traffic ares He again said (in front of many witnesses) if anything should break it would be replace at no charge as we were leasing the equipment and all up dates to the system would be included in the price we are playing

I have had the "pleasure" of dealing with Money Network for the past days trying to come to a resolution with ZERO results! Customer Service was THE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! My call was escalated to multiple "supervisors" who refused to even listen to the concerns or the problem I went as far as to go to my personal bank to have management from there attempt to contact Money Network to help me obtain access to MY FUNDS! NOTHING!! The local news station will also be hearing about this with hopes that they can figure out how a company with 87+ negative reviews and THOUSANDS of complaints can have an A+ rating?!?!

Clover Mini credit card processor - lease
First Data is conducting unfair business practices as I am able to change my credit card processor, but have no means to use the terminal with another vendor like TSYS, for there is proprietary encryption and this Clover Mini can only be used with First Data (never explained to me), therefore the equipment (Clover Mini) is useless if I should leave First DataI am locked into a years lease with a credit card processor that I cannot use beyond First DataI am not in a contract with First Data's processing, but I am locked into a lease with equipment that cannot work with their competitorsVery unfair
