My paycard was compromised (at a gas station I presume) This has been the WORST EXPERIENCE I have encountered in getting my funds back It will be approximately weeks until I have recouped what was taken from my account If this had been from my financial institution it would have been caught (I would not have had to figure it out on my own) and it would have been taken care of Instead, I have to wait for a dispute form to be mailed to me as they can't email it to me or get it to me any other way Then I need to mail it back and then they will investigate ADP is using this company based in Atlanta and Nebraska to manage their paycards I do have accounts at local financial institutions, but thought this card would be easily tracked for deposits and expensesThe customer service is outsourced to the Phillipinesyears ago, I would have expected this type of experience

We were accepted as a customer, we began processing transactions but money has been withheld for over days with no response or explanationOver 200K in funds have been withheld, with no response to myriad outreach and inquiries from our business and the Citi Bank

I was with this company almost years and I have been getting charged for fees that I don't even know what they are for
I was using first data for my small retail business On 11/11/I canceled my service with them because I was noticing on all my statements that I was being charged for fees that I was not even aware off Example of the fees:

When I called on several occassions to have them explained the charges I never received a resolution I also asked for re-imbursment and was told that they could not do that I am extremly upset because I was getting charged all these "hidden fees" that First Data was not able to explain them
When I call to cancel service I was told that they felt so bad for me that they would be waiving the $cancelation fee that I was supposed

On November 14, I applied for an account with First Data for my moving company for them to supply me with a credit card reader and to process my transactions from the readerWhen I did the application, the sales rep *** *** informed me of the cost of the device and nothing furtherI was told to wait til the application was approved and after the application was approved I was expecting for *** to call me back to discuss further the approval or denial of the application and to discuss processing feesOn November 15, I received several emails notifying me that I was approved and other information on how to start my account and login informationafter not hearing back from ***s I decided to call him to get a number on how much the device would cost me and I was advised that I would be charged for the deviceI was upset because ***s didn't call nor email me prior to moving forward with the purchase or let me make a final decision on if I wanted to move forw

Worst possible customer service and technical supportHard to contact a real person in a timely manner, especially when having technical issuesNo option to speak with a real person, all I had was a simple question that I am sure I will have to wait forever for a response

This company has lied to me to get me to sign a contract then they added many extra fees that I specifically asked aboutnow im stuck in contract

We used First Data for years as our merchant service company In March of 2016, we were informed by our software company that they were no longer going to support the gateway we were using for merchant services long story short, we had to change providers I made several calls in April for refunds to customer credit cards as double entries took place I cancelled our account telling the customer service rep we had to change
I have called First Data several times as we keep getting withdrawals out of our bank account for their fees I have called and called and it still happens every month
I finally spoke to a supervisor *** *** in *** *** *** that told me there are no notes on my account and they can refund one month of fees
They have not processed for us since April and have charged us monthly for processing zero transactions They refuse to refund our money I want a refund for every month since April

Clover is a fraud there is no other way to put it about every twelve months the clover mini resets the way debit cards are taken defaulting it to no pinWhen you don't use a pin it charges you a higher fee when processing cards it has happened twice now and they don't tell you anything about it the machines just turns off the PIN number options and essentially starts processing everything as a credit card which means higher processing fees asBusiness owner I expect things like this not to happen as I am too busy worrying about more important things but clover loves doing that and they do it to mess with you it says it trips on its own I call that a fraud no one changed the settings in the machine they just want you tu run with it until u catch on they want more fees

They took money from my account by mistake and keep giving me the run around about putting it back in my account I have been hung up on several times and get a different answer each time its going on weeks and still nothing

***, my son, worked his very first job for*** in Hays, Ks He was set up by the company to be paid through Total Pay Card, Money Network, Meta bank He worked there for months His last paycheck was supposed to be issued to him in Feb It was finally issued to him in August and everymonth they take a fee out for administrative AND, they won't let him cash it out He and I have called numerous times, faxed the info the asked for and can't get the money no matter what we do I sent them a letter that they are a scam and they ignored it It seems that they will just keep taking the fee until there is nothing left If they do this to a million kids across the nation with first time jobs, who can't get their final checks, then they have one hell of a racket going

This company sent me a collection letter but I've never done anything with them and do not even have a point of sale I called in to ask where the letter came from and the lady told me if I didn't have it not to worry about it and hung up on me

This company has the worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!
