Review: On Dec.10 2013 I registered for an online auction site www.hotcloseouts.com, my visa debit card was charged $99 in advance even though the web site stated registration was free. I was sent a confirmation email with my login name and password, but when I tried logging on it didn't work. I contacted customer service my email at the address provided in the confirmation email and got no response. I have since sent 3 additional emails requesting a refund and that my registration for the site be cancelled. I have yet to get a response.Desired Settlement: I want my $99 refunded.

Review: I registered online with Zbiddy for their auctions and during registration had to provide credit card information. In assumed that was to be used only to pay for a winning auction,same as how ebay works. I was sent an email receipt for my $99.00 registration fee. I immediately sent emails demanding a full refund and cancellation of my registration. I was not aware of the fee and informed them I would not be using their service.I have had no response to the 4 emails I have sent demanding my payment back.

Review: I purchased zBiddy iPad auction [redacted] October 25 at 6:42 AM and confirmed and paid for it immediately. I received a zBiddy confirmation email 2 minutes later stating it was "on its way" and I should receive a tracking number "shortly" and the iPad within 7-10 days. On October 26 my credit card was charged $23.31 for the winning bid and $18.99 for shipping. I have never received the tracking number nor the iPad. I have contacted zBiddy customer support five times on October 28, 31, November 4, 12, and 19 each time being told to just wait a few days. zBiddy Terms of Service state the item will be sent 5-7 business days after payment.

On November 16, 2013 I found zbiddy web site. I purchased bids from them to bid on items in their auction. They charged my credit card for the bids. I was bidding on an I pod 16G when the timer hit 0. A pop up on website told me that I was the high bidder. My high bid was $29.00. I expected to hear from them. There was no communication from them. Review: On 1/8/2014 I won a 16gig iPod touch, on 1/17/2014 I won a second 16gig iPod touch. I paid for them immediately upon winning. I was then required to verify my mailing address, which I did, via the emails sent to me by zbiddy. I was told I would receive them within 7-10 business days. Today is 3/12/2014, which far exceeds their claim. I've spent upwards of $1,000.00 on bids to win these items. I saved all my receipts of the purchases of these bids. I have also had 3 separate live chats with their representatives. Each response was to let them have a few more days, which went nowhere. Review: I had join this on line bidding company and I had won a gift card and with it there came a $100 gas gift card which I have never received and I have contacted them on several occasions but with no results. First they said that it was a $100 gas voucher and I told them no that it stated it was a $100 gas card and that is what I want they told me that they would send me a voucher to send back to them each time I got gas and they would send me a check for that amount along with another voucher for the next one but that never happened either I only got 1 and I still haven't got a check from them for that receipt that I had sent them over 8 months ago and everytime I sent them an email to see what is going on I never get a response from them and it has been about a year now since I have heard anything from them all I want is my $100 gas card or they can send me a $100 gift card to walmart instead. But when I input my credit card information, it billed me $79.01 saying I purchased a Bid Package which was not the case. The ONLY thing in my cart was the Kmart Gift Card when I input my information but when it actually billed, then it showed the Gift Card AND Bid Package. Review: When looking at the website, you are required to register to look at auctions. It ask for a cc number. Upon entering the information, you next see a page saying you have been charged $99.00. There is not a page that gives you a chance to accept or decline the charges. After complaining, I did receive a credit of $ 45.00 back to keep the service. I participated in some auctions, winning 4. These charges were in the $ 4 to $6+ range. When I looked at my bank statement I have to date 13 charges to my account. Some as low as $ .03. I can understand being charges one charge for the item and one for the shipping, but 13 charges for 4 items is very excessive. In the items I have won, the advertise that you will receive X amount in grocery money. After winning and reading, you have to sign up to yet another site and request the coupons. The coupon I received for the gas is even harder to redeem.Desired Settlement: I would like my money less what I spent on auctions, refunded to me. I would like the site to put in a page allowing potential customers to accept or decline charges.

Review: I made a purchase 11/29/13, this compaany took money out of my bank account on 12/02/13

I tried to contact this company via email twice and got no response both times.

I live chatted with "[redacted], she was rude, she would not give me a supervisor or complaint department nor could she find my information in their system. I have emailed this company explaining that I would be filing former complaints, after my emails, this company erased my email information so it would seem like I never had an account. I gave Helen the transaction numbers and all my personal information, she then told me that I would have to call back after 24 hours, then I stated, why should I have to call back, shouldnt the company be in contact with me? I was to receive a copy of the chat but funny thing happened, it stated error after I stated I would be complaining about this matter. This company is ridiculous, rude, and a scam. It is now July and I've called every month and I have not had any certificate sent to me to redeem for free dining nor has there been any other resolution provided. Every time I call I get the run a round, saying someone will get back to me or that they will send it to another dept for resolution. This never happens. I think this is a scam or something. Review: Zbiddy is an auction site in which I bid on items and paid in full for the items already but have not received them nor have they even been shipped and when you attempt the live chat no one responds and when you email no one responds and there is not a phone number other than the warranty number to phone. I have tried contacting them over 5 times and no response. I purchased a kindle fire and have not received any notice of shipment to this date there is something absolutely wrong about the way hey do customer service ...very misleading and fraudulent to state live chat 24/7 and no one ever responds weird.Desired Settlement: I just want what I paid for ....
