Review: I received an email from Zbiddy.com with free tokens for auctions. I won one of the auctions and proceeded to check out at their site. They did request billing information which I assumed was to charge me for the one cent item that I won. There was no option to review my invoice prior to being charge $79 for 235 more bids. I do not wish to have more bids with them and do not even want the one cent item that I "won". Had I known I'd be charged for bids I never would have bid. There wasn't even an option to "purchase" more bids, I was just billed for what they felt like. There is nothing on their website stating that I had to purchase bids in order to use the "free" tokens nor is there anything about how much these additional bids cost. The site just charged me.This reeks of false advertising and shady operations.

Review: beginning on 8/7/13 thru 10/12/13, I bid on, won the bid, & paid online via credit card for various eBOOK packages (5 eBooks, 25 eBOOKs, 50 eBOOKs, 100 eBOOKs, & 200 eBOOKS), plus transaction fees - a total of 14 separate packages. the activation codes for each package were to be sent to me via e-mail "within 14 days". to date, I have only received the activation codes for only 4 packages. on 9/22/13, I bid on, won the bid, & paid online via credit card for an iPod Touch - to be shipped to me "within 14 days" - I still have not received it. on 10/10/13, I bid on, won the bid, & paid online via credit card for an iPad w/Retina display - to be shipped "within 14 days" - I still have not received it. I made my first call to zBiddy's customer service (877-924-3390) on 9/9/13 to find out what was happening. I was told they were having shipping problems & should send them in 7-10 business days, & would pass my complaint on to administration. I made additional calls on 9/20/13, 10/2/13, 10/4/13, 10/18/13, & 11/8/13. I was told the same ole "B.S.". I also sent an e-mail on 10/10/13, from which I never received a reply. on calls beginning 10/2/13, I also inquired about the iPod - same ole "B.S.". on the 10/18/13 & the 11/8/13 calls, I also inquired about the iPad - same ole "B.S.". I've asked to speak to a supervisor - never able to talk to one - given more "B.S.". i've received absolutely no satisfaction !!!! - except for 4 activation codes. still need 10 activation codes, the iPod, & the iPad !!!!Desired Settlement: I expect to receive the iPod & the iPad !!!! - no refund. for the 10 activation codes, I prefer to receive a refund of the amounts paid for them, plus the transaction fees, & plus the cost of the bids used to win each bid. thank you.

Review: On saturday 11/16/2013 I went on amazon.com, and typed in ps4, in search prompt. I scrooled down the page and found sponsered links, I clicked on black friday deals, and hotcloseouts2013.com popped. thinking I was still in amazon I wanted to browse the sight. I followed the prompts and the next thing I knew, the sight said I would receive a email to confirm.I never received that email, but found that my bank card had been debited,$99.00. I searchedthe websight to cancel and found nothing. I had an online chat with amazon and was told, sorry. so I goggled zbiddy and found numerous, complaints about zbiddy taking $59.00, $69.00 $99.00, up to $159.00, from unwary consumers who never agreed to allow this action on behalf of zbiddy. since it was a weekend day I could not reach zbiddy. whose address is florida, yet they said the phone is in the central time zone. Review: On 11/30/2013 I received an email advertisement from zbiddy.com for its hotcloseouts2013.com site. The site offers bidding on items such as, ipads, kindles, ipods etc. The website is deceiving, it asks you to bid on items but you must register first. I registered to gain access to the bidding process. It asks for credit card information but leads you to believe that you are giving this information so that if you win a bid you can be charged. Nowhere in the registration process does it imply that you are purchasing bids. zbiddy immediately charged my account $99.00 for the purchase of 200 bids. I immediately tried to contact the customer service to say that I did not consent to buying "bids". There is no phone number available to call and speak with a customer service representative. The only way I could contact them was through a reply email after they sent me a congratulations email for purchasing the ability to bid. I sent them 6 emails over the next few days asking for a refund. I explained that I was not aware that my credit card was going to be charged $99 to bid on these items. I never got a response or a refund from zbiddy and have never attempted to bid or use there website.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded $99. The website is very deceptive and scammed me of my money. I have never used the website to bid on any items.

Review: I had been bidding on Zbiddy.com Auction's. I have won hundred's of auction's but have not been able to use not one auction I won. All the phone numbers for help or customer service are not working. I have even tried emailing them numberous times, however my emails come back saying they are unable to deliver them. Know matter what I try, there is no way to get a hold of themDesired Settlement: I would a t least like to use the gift certificates and action prizes I won. If that is not possible, I am requesting a full refund.
Review: On 04/17/2013, I made an accidental purchase on Zbiddy.com. I immediately wrote Zbiddy and explained my situation. They agreed to refund only half of my money, but also promised me $100 in gas certificates. On 04/18/2013, I received an email with instructions for receiving the gas certificates. I completed everything in the allotted time for my certificates. Over the next couple of months, I emailed Zbiddy three times about my certificates, which I never received. On 06/25/2013, I sent another email to Zbiddy stating that I would contact the Revdex.com. On 07/04/2013, a reply was sent asking me to call. When talking to the Zbiddy representative, she asked me to wait another week to receive my coupons. It has now been more than a month since that call and I STILL haven't received my coupons. Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund
I either want all of the gas coupons promised to me or a full refund of the rest of my money.

Review: On 10/28, I was registering at ZBiddy's website to bid for items. They asked for my credit card info which I thought are future for bids payment if I actually win. Upon clicking "submit", I was informed that I had been charged $99. I wasn't given any summary of purchases or any of those sort during my registration process. I contacted ZBiddy explaining the situation and requested that my credit card be refunded since I have never agreed to purchase anything. The customer service tried to haggle me around with different deals of gas voucher and other sort of incentives. I persistently wanted my full amount refunded back and after some time, ZBiddy eventually agreed to refund me $85.50 and and direct quote "that's the best they can do". In an attempt to at least get some money back, I have no choice but to accept the deal. After much thought and research later, I learned that many people like me had been scammed by ZBIDDY in the same way during their registration process. I would like to be refunded the rest of my money which is total $13.50. I told them that what they did was wrong but they told me to have a great day.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund
I would like the rest of my money totaling $13.50 be refunded back to me. This company should be shut down.

Review: I joined Zbiddy.com because my friend's aunt had won a few gift cards from the site. I initially only won bids and resturant.com gift cards, that I can't use in my location. I finally won a $25 gift card for [redacted] on the 6th of July and a $25 [redacted] card on the 11th of July. On the 16th of July, I won an [redacted]. I have contacted Zbiddy.com several times during the following weeks the over the phone and three times on their web chat service. The first few times they stated that they were rated "A" with the Revdex.com and that the items I have paid for are caught up in the shipping department (23rd of July) or the items are on back order (26 of July). I asked for a member of management and got a supervisor that stated she could not and would not resolve the issue, but would contact upper management and the shipping department and to wait and additional 3 to 5 business days for a response. This is ridiculous. I can obtain all three items within thirty minutes of leaving my house and yet for Zbiddy.com they are on back order? This was my first experience with penny auction websites and will remain my last. This site has a horrible problem with the truth and with customer satisfaction. Anyone that deals with them are better just buying the product and not wasting their time.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive e-gift cards for all the items I have won but are lost in their processing department emailed to me:T[redacted] $499.99+46.16 (tax) =$545.16orA total refund for all purchases on the site: bids, worthless vouchers etc. in the amount of $617 dollars. Review: I 'won' bids for ebooks. The first time I waitied for my codes to get these ebooks for over a month and still not codes. Each time I would call it was 3-5 business days for me to get an answer and still not received. I had to get ugly and they refunded most of my money. I decieded to try again. I've 'won' more codes and are approaching another month, I've spoken with several customer service rep. The last two I've spoken with said that they would put this issue at their highest level of importance but will still take 3-5 business days to get an answer. I just want what I purchased not a refund. If this is a fraudulent company please let me know so I can get my money back and 'loose' the site. But I really want my ebooks.kind regards,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I just want what I have purchased. thanks

Review: I went on this company's website on 10/31/13 and submitted my info, including a credit card information. I DID NOT KNOW ANS WAS NOT TOLD NOR DID IT SAY ON THEIR SITE, that they would immediately charge my credit card in the sum if $60.00. I believed my info would be stored in their system in the event I wanted to use their services in the future. I immediately contacted ZBiddy to request a full refund. However to date I have only been refunded $30 despite my written request for a full refund. I am NOT interested in using their services. EVER. THERE ARE PAGES OF COMPLAINTS AGAINST THIS BUSINESS THAT IT IS A SCAM THRU GOOGLE!!Desired Settlement: At minimum I am asking for IMMEDIATE INVESTIGATION INTO THE FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES CONCERNING THIS MATTER AND ZBiddy to respond with an appropriate response to my concerns including, at minimum, immediate issuance of credit back to my credit card or the issuance of certified funds in the amount of $30.00 made payable to [redacted].

Review: I came across Zbiddy, and it looked interesting. I received 25 FREE bids, bid once on an walmart $5.00 gift card and was instantly told I had won the bid. The site asked for my credit card information. Thinking I was just paying a penny, I gave the information. When I hit enter to accept the information, I was thanked for my order of $79.01. It said I had ordered a bid package. I did not. I immediately sent an email to their customer service.3 e-mails later I still have not received a response. I have contacted my bank but they said I have to wait for the transaction to process then I can file a complaint, now, in the mean time, I do not have enough money to buy groceries at all until this gets settled. This type of scam just should not be allowed to continue. They are nothing but theives

Review: On 11/20/13, Hotcloseouts2013.com owned by zbiddy had a offer in other site that sounded interesting so I bought bids that I thought cost .99 cents. My bad, the actually cost was $99 dollars. I used a debit card for this purchase that only had $1.14 on it. I was unaware the card was set up to pay more than what was in the account. My bad. On 11/21/13 I sent 3 e-mails to hotcloseouts13 that went unanswered. Then I found the zbiddy site and contacted online chat support. The woman was not support, she was a salesman who refused to cancel the transaction or refund the full amount. After an hour or so I began asking for a phone number. When I finally got a number I called it and was told I was refunded for the full amount and that I would receive an e-mail to that effect. I have yet to get the e-mail or the refund. Lesson learned.Desired Settlement: I would just like the full refund of $99 dollars that I was promised.

Review: I was in my email when one of them had an advertisement for a penny auction site. I decided to see what it was. It required a credit card number but promised great items at a fraction of the price. I put the card number in and it took me to the site. Once at the site I saw they had given me 200 bids. I did a spin and got two free spins. I started bidding but they seemed to constantly reset with each bid. I went to ask how to win a bid when I saw one had ended for less than I had bid on it. When I tried to send an inquiry it kept saying my email address was invalid. I went to my email and there was an email from them giving me my user name and password (even though I was already in the site doing bids). A few minutes later another email came in charging me $99 for the bids! There was NO mention of them taking any money. I went to ask questions again and nothing works. There is no way to contact them. I called my bank and they verified there is a pending withdrawal for $99. They gave me the phone number on the withdrawal. I called many times today. I kept getting the message that all circuits were busy. Later they said the account was blocked. Tonight there is nothing. I did send an email to their support email but there has been no answer. I did get a third one saying I need to sign into the site within the next 24 hours. They provided links. The links don't really do anything. They still said my email was invalid. I have cancelled the card and as soon as the charge is no longer pending I will file a dispute at my bank. My next step will be to go to the police and file a report. I pray I get my money back as I'm currently on disability and this was the money for my electric bill.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and people to be made aware of this scam. I have heard of penny auctions before and haven't heard complaints. I'm just so upset with myself for falling for this scam.

I did receive a refund but only after filing this complaint and filing a dispute for the charge through the bank.
They said they operate a customer service line. There is NO active number on their site. There is NO way to get ahold of them. I made many attempts to address this issue with them and received no contact back from either their email address or the phone number given to the bank for the charge. None of the links on their site work. The only links that work are the ones telling you how to use the site. If you try to link it to facebook you get blank pages. Same with twitter, secure site, etc. When I did try to chat no chat line could be found. When I attempted to send them an email it kept saying my email address was invalid. Their story doesn't add up. I want to several rating sites and there was story after story of them taking money and never giving the item won, if anyone did win, and no responses to any complaints. Person after person said they took $99 from them. One lady said she tried to only buy $40 worth of bids and they charged her $99 and $40! This company is not what they say they are. Keep watching them. Look them up on rating sites and you will see. Too bad I did't do that first. At least I got my money back but I had to go through too much to do so.
Review: I registered on Zbiddy.com to see what it was all about. I was asked to enter my credit card number for future use in case I wanted to bid on something. However, when I entered my card number it charged me 99.00 AND I did not get a any coins or credits to bid on anything. I have sent them a total of 3 or 4 emails asking about my money. I have yet to get a response from them. I had some one else tell me that they have experienced the same issue with the same company. I would like to file a serious complaint on this company. I am beginning to think they do not exist.Desired Settlement: I would love to have my 99.00 back.

Response:
if I had not contacted the Revdex.com, I would not have known that I was issued a refund because as I mentioned before I never got a response. I checked my account and the refund was there.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Review: I went to this website to check into their products and was told to register for free. Once I registered, my account was charged $99.00. I did not approve that charge. Furthermore, any attempts at contact via e-mail or chat time have been ignored. I want my money back. This website is a total sham.Desired Settlement: A refund to my account.Thank You

Review: I went to this website to see the conditions of bidding on an item, I did not select to join this company to bid which the site did not disclose up front that there was an entry fee for $99. It does not give you the option once you enter your credit card to tell you the total or what it is for. the response is thank you for your purchase. I will never do this again. I sent an email to the company to request a refund immediately. The web sit list that you can live chat but it is not active. It's just a picture. There is no phone number listed to contact them. I do believe that this company's former name possibly was Commission Breakthrough which has the same address.Desired Settlement: I want my refund back to my prepaid Mastercard that was usued.
