Review: I came across Zbiddy, and it looked interesting. I received 25 FREE bids, bid once on an walmart $5.00 gift card and was instantly told I had won the bid. The site asked for my credit card information. Thinking I was just paying a penny, I gave the information.When I hit enter to accept the information, I was thanked for my order of $79.01. It said I had ordered a bid package. I did not. I immediately sent an email to their customer service.3 e-mails later I still have not received a response. I have contacted my bank but they said I have to wait for the transaction to process then I can file a complaint, now, in the mean time, I do not have enough money to buy groceries at all until this gets settled.This type of scam just should not be allowed to continue. They are nothing but theives

Review: I had filed another complaint on this company before and after coming to an agreement it had been resolved. Some of the money that zbiddy illegally took from my account has been returned. However, I was also supposed to be receiving a $5 walmart gift card as well as $100 in gas vouchers to be mailed to me in $10 increments weekly after sending in the previous one. I received my first $10 voucher and sent in the required receipt with the voucher and have not received another one since. One of the rules that come with using the vouchers is that you have to complete all ten $10 vouchers within a 27 week period. However, if they don't send you them there's no way you can do that therefore they don't have to pay you. I have sent numerous emails inquiring after this very thing and have received absolutely no responses.

Review: When signing up on this site biddy.com to bid, you are asked to enter a credit card. no where before entering the information does it ever state that there would be a charge. once the information is entered a $99.00 charge to processed on the credit card. I have made numerous attempts to contact this compant by telephone and I am never able to reach anyone. I have tried to go into the account I set up and its stating that my information is incorrect. I requested a new password several times and have yet to recieve a response. I have not been able to contact anyone at this so called company.

Review: On Thursday 11/28/13 I was on the Walmart site looking at the electronics. I clicked the button for the ipad mini's thinking that I would get a description of the ipad mini and the price for the one hour deal. I was then directed to another site that asked for my card information and 133.00 was taken from my credit card. I requested a refund on several occasions as I already have an ipad and I never bid on anything due to a bad experience from ebay. I sent several emails 5 mins after I noticed that money was removed from my credit card. I stated that I did not know how I got on the site but I want a refund. Review: This site is a scam. I was initially given a few free bids and won a Restaurant.com card for $2.99. When I went to pay with a credit card, they added bids and the total purchase cost me $82 without my knowledge. When you click pay, they have it rigged to automatically charge you for more bids without your ability to see what is being charged to your credit card until you click pay and it is final. They do not tell you this!!! I disputed the charge with my cc company, and the company that checked out the transaction sent fraudulent information to my credit card company to cover themselves. It had some other name on it and not even the correct price. After 4 chats, emailing, and sending correspondence via the postal service, I have yet to receive my money back or get the item that I won. They keep telling me to be patient, that there is a problem with the vendors. At this point I do not believe them. It has been two months and NOTHING. I recommend anyone with any sense at all STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM SITE!!!

Review: First I got a spam email which I didn't know what that was afterward and clicked on this email link advertising products at very low prices. It was an online auction. I had to register first and afterwards I received an alert from my bank that I got charged $99 from Zbiddy.com without my authorization. I emailed them through their contact us page and never got a reply. Their phone number does not work or exist. So after I got charged and got this bids package from it I was like why not use the bids and auction to win. That was the biggest mistake I have ever made in my life. I have spent over $2,000 on Bids packages and auctions I've won. it got very addicting and regret even continuing auctioning on this fraud website. Now the website had not been working since around February 2014 and now the online website auction site does not even exist. I had over 1,500 bids which I cannot use anymore worth around $400 and the last auction I won I never received my $25 gas card that I won. I contacted them via live chat and said they were going to fix it and never did and even said were going to give me 25 free bids which I never got. I contacted them about 2 more times for that and said same thing and afterward about a couple weeks later I got an email from Zbiddy Billing Department stating a refund for the amount of $16.07(which I paid for the winning auction of $25 gas card)has been processed but checked my bank statement and never received anything from them. I believe this website was a total SCAM from the beginning. They're thieves stealing innocents people money and nobody deserves this. I should sue them. Review: This company advertised as a bidding site and charged my credit card $99.00. It did not make it clear that I would be charged. Within a couple minutes my card company called to ask me if I authorized a 99 dollar charge and I told them no. My bank gave me the number to call and dispute. I called within 20 minutes of the purchase to ask for a refund since the site is not clear about the charge. I got a huge run around and was told that I could not get a refund and they would be willing to give me back 49.50. Bottom line I paid 49.50 for nothing! I researched their name and found they are actually ZBiddy and hundreds of complaints have been filed on numerous sites. By looking at other complaints I doubt I will actually receive the 49.50 back to my card. This site is a scam.Desired Settlement: A refund of my $99 dollars would be my desired resolution. Review: I visited Zbiddy.com and had to sign in to see the site so I signed in and I was not able to go to the bidding site. so the next day while I was doing some banking I noticed that they had billed me for $99 for a bidding package that I did not buy and 79 cents for something else. I never got to the bidding site. They sent me an email saying that I must open within 24 hours to confirm my account and I did not open it. I sent them an email and contacted support with no return calls or emails. Note: Although I am happy that my money was refunded, I, along with MANY people stand by our position that Zbiddy does not make it clear on their site that the user is being charged $99.

Review: I was charged $99 when I was trying to set up an account with zbiddy.com. I was entering my registration data and I was entering my credit card information, read the terms of service fully (which no where states I am getting charged for buying bids, etc) and I clicked enter. Upon doing that I was sent a message thanking me for my $99 purchase. A purchase I have not agrees to. Upon contacting the company via chat, I was offered lots of things but no full refund. They claimed that in the mix of boxes on the site when I registered, that there was one stating 250 bids for just $99. It never told me that is what I was purchasing. I can send you a transcript of the conversation per email as I have it emailed to myself and I have a printed out copy.Desired Settlement: $99 fee I was charged unknowingly refunded to my credit card. Review: I bought an Apple I Pod from Hotcloseouts2014 online bidding on 2-2-2014 and I have called to check on my item several times and told wait 5 days to hear from shipping. I have not heard from shipping either time. I was given a number 877-924-3390 to call and I did several times no results. I have contacted Hotcloseouts2014 customer support numerous times and no results. I paid for this item with my Mastercard. I think this might be a scam. The company name of Econ interactive was gotten off of the info online. There is no phone number to call direct to shipping and no email address. Zbiddy, which is part of Hotcloseouts2014, will not give me an address or phone number to call shipping. I do not want a refund, I want my I Pod. Review: Zbiddy.com is an auction site and I've won items an had them shipped to me. This time I won an iPad on 2 Oct 2013 and my credit card was charged for my winning in the amount + shipping of $324.78. I have talked online through emails with customer service AND the shipping department about this and they keep stating that the shipping dept is doing all they can to ship my item out to me. They cannot ship to my address and I annotated another address in the states that they can ship it to and it still as of this date, 14 Jan 2014, has not been shipped to me. I also told them if they don't have the item I won they could give me a similar one they are auctioning off currently or return my money as well as all of the bids I used on this item or pay me cash for my bids. Almost 3 months and zbiddy still hasn't sent my item to me.
