ZBiddy.com Online Auction Reviews (371)

Review: Last year (2013) I bought bids to participate in auctions on ZBIDDY. I did not win any of times I during the time of the auctions. Initially I bought 250 bids for the amount of +- $100,00. Suddenly they stop the auctions without any notice. Actually I have about 1,150 bids of credit.I called many times at the telephone they provide in my application, but nobody answer my calls. I left messages( a lot ) but I did not get any answer from then. I sent more then five e-mails and also no answer. It is funny because their site is still on.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund As I didn't get any answer from then, I want my refund for amount of bids I have.

Review: I went on this site called Zbiddy on or about 10/25/2013 This is an online auction site. The next thing u know I am being charged 79.00 for a bid package. They said they give you so many bids free if you sign up.I called them for a refund and they instead gave me a promotion for 100. gas redemption which I followed the rules to no avail. Now I can't even get on their site zbiddy.comDesired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund

The only thing I want is a refund of money paid.

Review: I was checking out their site on 9/18/12. They ask you to register (no big deal) and ask for your credit card info which I entered THINKING it was for possible future bidding, and as soon as I hit submit is said, 'Thank you for purchasing the $99 bid package'! NOT ONCE did it mention ANYTHING about bid packages, and I certainly would not have bought a $99 package as I have NO CLUE how these auction sites work, I was simply REGISTERING on the site, or so I THOUGHT, to check it out! I contacted them immediately through their support chat (as I couldnt find any kind of phone number to contact them) & infact, have part of the chat printed out verifying some of the conversation along with all the run-around I was getting. I tried to go to their website today (7/7/14) to use my so-called bids and am unable to find their web-site. I want them caught so they dont do this to others and I want my money back.

I want my $99 back!!

The company does not respond to any emails. When you go to Zbiddy website it says, "click to register" when you do, you are redirected to "debzees" website. When I contacted "debzees" they said that they have never or currently are associated with "zbiddy." They further stated that they have no idea why when someone clicks on the "start bidding" button or any hot link, you are immediately taken to the "debzees" website.

Since they closed down, I have also sent several emails inquiring about the company's disposition and about prizes I have won. Not one response was received.

Money has been invested to obtain prizes and they have been won, but no merchandise has been received.

Review: Clicked on this website and did a membership, charged me $99 just for that but did not say anything about charging me. Tried sending request forms to talk to a customer representative but nobody have yet to get in contact with me. this is a rip off!Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back and for them to get rid of my information and account with them!

Review: I signed up for zbiddy because it said it was free. It then ask for my card information and I entered it because I thought it was in case I wanted to buy something. It then charged me 99 dollars without my consent. Nowhere on the sign up page did they had something stating it would charge this amount. If that was the case I would have not did it. I have tried to contact them over and over by email but I got no answer and there chat is not available. The website does not list a phone number and when I found one on yahoo it is not a working phone number. I just want my refund from them and I have no way of getting in touch with them.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of 99 dollars back.

Review: To begin - the email I received was from "Overstocked Auctions" - at a glance I assumed this was Ovestock.com, which I know is a reputable business. However, the next page was for buylowauctions.org, which is somehow related to biddy.org, both of which have a common company name of Ecom interactive LLC in Wilmington, DE. Their website does not list a phone number or a fax number. (I have since found a number on other websites for zbiddy.com. That phone number is 888-406-6509). I registered to use the site, with the idea that I may choose to bid on an item. You could not see the actual items until you were registered. The registration process requires a credit card. Unfortunately I supplied my credit card information. The terms of agreement do NOT state anywhere that there is a charge to register or that the credit card will be charged for anything until the bids and/or items are bought. I became suspicious of the website and checked the Revdex.com as well as other sites. I found out that MANY others have been scammed in this manner by this company under various names.I checked my credit card and the amour of $99.00 had been approved.just hours ago. I called the credit card company and they advised me that they could not do anything until it posted. That would take about 3 days. At that time I would have to file a dispute of the charges. I have tried to contact the Ecom interactive company with the phone number for "biddy" but it is answered by a machine with no ability to leave a message. I did send an email to buylowauctions.org through a link on their site.I now know that this is a scam, much larger than I originally thought. Please help in getting my refund back.Desired Settlement: A refund of the $99.00 charge is requested. Others have posted that they have been offered a gas card or other alternatives and these items are never received. I do not want anything except a refund for the total amount.

Review: This began when I inquired about an ipad 2 from a craigs list ad. I got an email back that the item was sold but that I should buy one from the auction site that this person did. So I went to the website and decided to "register", part of which included giving them shipping info and a credit card. The page was cluttered with stuff so I did not see any information that indicated I would also be purchasing a $99 bid package until after I completed it and got the email right after. So, I immediately went to the site and was concerned that there was no phone number listed and the only contact is by web request. So I did the web request filling in all the requested info and asked for cancellation and refund. I never received a response, so I posted another request and after no response I called my bank (Huntington Bank)and discovered the $99 charge came internationally and that the bank also charged a separate two dollars for it because it was international. I reported the transaction to the bank as non-authorized and filed a claim in person the next day at my branch. However, I just received a letter from the bank denying my claim because they determined that by default I had authorized the transaction by giving my card information based on the websites terms and conditions. I was outraged and looked for another way to report this deceptive and fraudulent business.Desired Settlement: Refund $99.
