Review: I recently signed up with zbiddy a website that is supposed to offer items at a fraction of the costAfter I signed up I realized they had withdrawn a $fee from my accountThis was a charge that I was not aware of at the time of signing upI called and the customer service lady offered me a $coupon for free gas and half of my sign up fees backI agreed to this and got the coupon for the gas and sent it in within the seven business days that I wad supposed to send it in byIt has now been three weeks since I sent in for the gas coupon and still haven't received itThat's just one of the problems that I have had with zbiddyThe bigger problem is that I won some of their auctions and after winning them I purchased and paid for them on the exact same day that I won themThe first one that I won was on August 27thThe website says that after paying for the item I should receive an email with the codes for the ecards within to ten business daysI waited patiently for over two weeksI then called customer service and they informed me that they didn't have the codes yet and I would be moved to the top of their priority list and I should have the codes sent to me within three to five business daysThat was last MondayI still hadn't received any emails, so I called on the following week on Tuesday to inquire again about my winningsI got the same exact answer as the week before about how they were working on my case and I just needed to wait and check my emails periodicallyI then asked to speak to billing or shipping which they informed me wasn't possibleI then asked to speak to a manager and they put me on holdThen, when the supposed manager got on the phone it was actually the same women that I had just been talking to acting like she was the managerI then started chatting with someone in customer service and she said that zbiddy was a member of the Revdex.com, which I can't find proof of eitherI'm very upset and need to know what to doPlease.Desired Settlement: I would either like the items that I purchased from this company or a full refundThe refund would have to be for the full amount that I spent on the sign up fees and for all the auctions that I have purchased from themAlso, they should be required to pay me for all the time and frustration they have caused meI feel like I've been getting the run around from this company and I'm tired and upset about it

Review: There is no contact info available for this company. The phone number that was listed (no longer listed, only a fax number) does not work. There is no email address only an online contact submission form which goes unanswered. The products they sold me don't work and one is a complete scam. I have contacted them via website and nothing. I won/purchased a bluetooth speaker that did not work when I received it. I tried contacting the them but got no response. I also won/purchased a vacation voucher on this site that is managed by [redacted] There appears to be no valid number for [redacted] to pursue any type of vacation deal. I was on hold with an automated system for nearly 40 mins before the call disconnected on their end. The website for [redacted] has an online "vacation certificate" that does not work. There is an error message after it asks for a payment method.Desired Settlement: $36.12 is the total amount that I spent on bids and "processing/shipping" fees.

Review: "Free Registration" is NOT free

I was directed to the website retailbidday.com via an email from someone I thought was selling an item through Craigslist. To view any items on the website I had to register which I thought was free, however, I had to enter my credit card information which I assumed wouldn't be used unless I purchased something. When I 'registered' I was redirected to hotcloseout2013.com. I then received an email thanking me for my $99 purchase of 200 bids. I tried repeatedly to contact the company the same day to cancel the account associated with my name and credit card and to cancel any transactions involving my credit card. There is no phone number for customer service on the website, but I was given one by the representative I talked with when cancelling my credit card [redacted] - I called this number several times only to get a busy signal. I tried submitting several email help forms to which I have not heard any reply, and I waited over an hour for a representative from the zbiddy.com website to do a live chat with me. No reply from anybody no matter what way I tried to contact them. This happened on 12/30/13 and the order number I was given for "purchasing" 200 bids is [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want the account and credit card associated with my name completely erased from the website and any other website associated with this company and I want the refund of my $99.

Review: To begin - the email I received was from "Overstocked Auctions" - at a glance I assumed this was Ovestock.com, which I know is a reputable business. However, the next page was for buylowauctions.org, which is somehow related to biddy.org, both of which have a common company name of Ecom interactive LLC in Wilmington, DE. Their website does not list a phone number or a fax number. (I have since found a number on other websites for zbiddy.com. That phone number is 888-406-6509). I registered to use the site, with the idea that I may choose to bid on an item. You could not see the actual items until you were registered. The registration process requires a credit card. Unfortunately I supplied my credit card information. The terms of agreement do NOT state anywhere that there is a charge to register or that the credit card will be charged for anything until the bids and/or items are bought. I became suspicious of the website and checked the Revdex.com as well as other sites. I found out that MANY others have been scammed in this manner by this company under various names.I checked my credit card and the amour of $99.00 had been approved.just hours ago. I called the credit card company and they advised me that they could not do anything until it posted. That would take about 3 days. At that time I would have to file a dispute of the charges. I have tried to contact the Ecom interactive company with the phone number for "biddy" but it is answered by a machine with no ability to leave a message. I did send an email to buylowauctions.org through a link on their site.I now know that this is a scam, much larger than I originally thought. Please help in getting my refund back.Desired Settlement: A refund of the $99.00 charge is requested. Others have posted that they have been offered a gas card or other alternatives and these items are never received. I do not want anything except a refund for the total amount.

Review: I signed up for zbiddy because it said it was free. It then ask for my card information and I entered it because I thought it was in case I wanted to buy something. It then charged me 99 dollars without my consent. Nowhere on the sign up page did they had something stating it would charge this amount. If that was the case I would have not did it. I have tried to contact them over and over by email but I got no answer and there chat is not available. The website does not list a phone number and when I found one on yahoo it is not a working phone number. I just want my refund from them and I have no way of getting in touch with them.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of 99 dollars back.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

The company does not respond to any emails. When you go to Zbiddy website it says, "click to register" when you do, you are redirected to "debzees" website. When I contacted "debzees" they said that they have never or currently are associated with "zbiddy." They further stated that they have no idea why when someone clicks on the "start bidding" button or any hot link, you are immediately taken to the "debzees" website.

Since they closed down, I have also sent several emails inquiring about the company's disposition and about prizes I have won. Not one response was received.

Money has been invested to obtain prizes and they have been won, but no merchandise has been received.

Review: This began when I inquired about an ipad 2 from a craigs list ad. I got an email back that the item was sold but that I should buy one from the auction site that this person did. So I went to the website and decided to "register", part of which included giving them shipping info and a credit card. The page was cluttered with stuff so I did not see any information that indicated I would also be purchasing a $99 bid package until after I completed it and got the email right after. So, I immediately went to the site and was concerned that there was no phone number listed and the only contact is by web request. So I did the web request filling in all the requested info and asked for cancellation and refund. I never received a response, so I posted another request and after no response I called my bank (Huntington Bank)and discovered the $99 charge came internationally and that the bank also charged a separate two dollars for it because it was international. I reported the transaction to the bank as non-authorized and filed a claim in person the next day at my branch. However, I just received a letter from the bank denying my claim because they determined that by default I had authorized the transaction by giving my card information based on the websites terms and conditions. I was outraged and looked for another way to report this deceptive and fraudulent business.Desired Settlement: Refund $99.
