Review: I had join this on line bidding company and I had won a gift card and with it there came a $100 gas gift card which I have never received and I have contacted them on several occasions but with no results. First they said that it was a $100 gas voucher and I told them no that it stated it was a $100 gas card and that is what I want they told me that they would send me a voucher to send back to them each time I got gas and they would send me a check for that amount along with another voucher for the next one but that never happened either I only got 1 and I still haven't got a check from them for that receipt that I had sent them over 8 months ago and everytime I sent them an email to see what is going on I never get a response from them and it has been about a year now since I have heard anything from them all I want is my $100 gas card or they can send me a $100 gift card to walmart instead. I don't believe this is how a business should be run they seem to be doing it to a lot of people.Desired Settlement: I will except either a $100 gift card to a Sunoco gas station or a $100 Walmart gift card.

Review: ZBiddy. com charged my credit card account $79.01 without authorization. I was on their web site and entered what was supposed to be a free bid for a $10.00 gift card. I bid $.01 and allegedly "won" the bid. The web site requested a credit card number, ostensibly to pay for the winning $.01 bid. My credit card now shows a $79.01 charge. I did speak with a ZBiddy.com representative by telephone and she agreed to refund $69.00, which they have done. I have not received anything from ZBiddy.com. I do not want anything now other than a refund of the remaining unauthorized charge. I have written them 3 times via email and they have failed to respond to any of the messages. I did NOT authorize a charge for anything other than $.01. They seemingly hid some language somewhere on their website allegedly allowing them to add $79.00 to my account. At no time did they alert or advise me that my "winning" $.01 bid would become a $79.01 charge. This was fraudulently charged. I want a refund of the remaining $10.00.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Replacement

Review: Z Biddy advertised for free registration which I was all for. The next thing I know I have charges of $99 to my debit card account. I have emailed and emailed with no response and I have read through the disclosure statement and it says no refunds! I expressed my concern through email that neither my daughter or I realized this would happen and would not have subscribed to something like that! Again no response!I am trying to recover my money because I feel like the fraudulently lead people to believe that you are registering for free and then they charge their card! I have read through other complaints against this business and other people have had the same problem and have eventually, with the help of the Revdex.com, gotten their money back!

Product_Or_Service: 250 bidsDesired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund

I would like to be refunded in full as I was mislead into thinking that I was only registering and allowed my information to be provided in case I would like to bid. I had no idea that I would be charged 99 dollars.

Review: I won bid on Z-biddy on-line bidding. Received an e-mail telling me that my payment had been received and approved. Was told in the e-mail that I would receive my winning in 7-10 days. The bid was won and paid for on 11/14/2013, to date I have received nothing. I have sent emails to them about 5-6 times with no response. The last email I requested a refund of money paid. I was charged an international fee as well as the amount of the winning bids. At this point I want a refund of money paid because if they respond with the item won, it may not be any good. Apparently they are not an honest business, and I don't want to deal with them anymore. I JUST WANT A REFUND OF ALL THE MONEY THEY TOOK FROM MY ACCOUNT.Desired Settlement: REFUND OF ALL MONEY

Review: I read about this retail bidding web-site December 9, 2013 in an article. I got online and provided my credit/debit card information thinking that it was needed in case I won a bid. I DID NOT know that I would be charged $99.00 for registration/bids to hotcloseouts2013.com. They did not have my permission to make the $99.00 charge on my credit/debit card for that purpose. I requested a return of my $99.00 and to cancel my site registration the same date after seeing that money was taken from my bank account. The refund request was made on their "Contact Us" section. I had no response.I repeated the refund request December 29th and with no response again.FYI, This message is posted on their home page:"Penny Auction - Free Bids happybidday.com Unlimited bids till you Win. Most Trusted Site. Revdex.com A Rating."It appeared as if the site had an "A" rating from the Revdex.com. That's the reason I trusted the site. Stupid me, I should have checked but I was in a hurry.Desired Settlement: I want my $99.00 returned to my bank account.

Review: I received a Certificate of Origin for a vehicle on a TAoTAo scooter that had wite-out on the back and I can not use this to purchase a tag.

I received a TaoTao scooter from this company in August of 2011. A few weeks later I received the paperwork ( the certificate). The scooter has been sitting in my garage because I was going to sale it. I never looked at the certificate until recently when someone offered to purchase the scooter.

My complaint is this: I have been trying to contact this company for 2 months to have them reissue me a new certificate of origin because when the person who purchased this scooter from me went to purchase a tag for it, because of the wite-out on the back, it was not accepted. For 2 months I have been told that it would take 3-5 business days to have the shipping department reissue me another certificate.

My last call to them was on Friday, Oct 11, 2013, and after speaking to a person named Francisca, I was told that they are not going to honor my request, and she would not allow me to speak to her immediate supervisor.

All I want is a new certificate of origin for this scooter so that the buyer can purchase a tag.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a new certificate of origin for a vehicle with no wife-out on it for this scooter.

Review: I was going online to look at televisions, when this website came up and I saw the bidding for a television. I hit start bidding, and then I had to sign up. I signed up and ONLY put my credit card information because I thought it was for when you were done bidding. The site took $99.79 out of my account and NO WHERE in the terms and conditions did it say that it was going to take this amount out of my card or else I would have never signed up. As soon as I saw the total that was charged to my card I stopped right away and have not touched the website since. When I tried to contact support they DO NOT have a 1-800 number to get ahold of anyone and it does say on the website that there is a LIVE CHAT to contacting support but there is no where to start a chat with anyone! I want the money put back in my account due to these conditions. Hopefully someone can help me.Desired Settlement: All I want is my $99.79 refunded and put back in my account, with my information deleted off of this website!

Review: Between Jan 6, 2014 & Feb 28, 2014 I "won" $275.oo in jewelry, airfare cards, travel cards and 395 E-Books but have received nothing & no response to my inquiriesDesired Settlement: I would like a refund or the product I "won" in the auction.

Review: Went on ZBiddy's web sight to possibly bid on a product. I was prompted to fill in information so as to be able to bid. The sight asked for Credit card # for what I thought to be used if I was to bid on a product. I was charged $99.00 to my card to buy bids. This was never made clear. I went on live chat immediately to ask them to credit my account, I was told this is not possible. They would send me a gas voucher, that was all they could do. I am not working @ this time and the $99.00 is not something I can afford. This company has terrible reviews and many unhappy people being ripped off. I tried to stop this payment from going through, my bank stated I have to waiting for it to show up, then dispute the charges. In the mean time I don't know if I have enough credit line to cover this. this means an extra $35.00 charge.Desired Settlement: I want the $99.00 credit on my account. ASAP

Review: On Nov 24, 2013, I was looking on the internet for a laptop and that's I found HotCloseouts.com an auction business. I read their term of service, checked it off, then registered. After all these along with my credit card information submission, the next page that shows I have to pay $0.60 per bid with a minimum of 45 showed. I looked for their phone #, and an email found none. However, they have "a live chat" which is not open until Monday. They stated that I will receive a confirmation of the transaction but there is none on the email. I called my bank right a way, they already posted the sum of $60 to my account. I also used their site where if one needs support to contact them and asked that my registration be cancelled and submitted it to them. There is another address on their site: Ecom Interactive Limited [redacted] Thank you for any assistance I can receive in getting my money back. Review: On 10/31/2013 I joined Zbiddy penny auction. I was charged $99 even though I didn't realize that was how much I was going to be charged. I thought when I was entering my credit card information it would be used if I made a purchase. I guess I didn't truly understand the process. There was no screen that popped up and said you are being charged $99. I realized quickly that this site was not one that I wanted to be involved with. I contacted customer service and asked that my account be canceled. On 11/1/2013 I received an e-mail stating that I would be honored with a $100 gas certificate (Congratulations! You have been awarded an exclusive gas certificate from ZBiddy. Dont run on empty! ZBiddy wants to give you $100.00 in Free Gas.). When reading the fine print I found out I would receive $10 at a time which will take approximately a year to receive the $100 when you figure in the calculated processing time to receive your $10 refund along with the next certificate. I still filled out the paperwork as I figured it was better then nothing. I have never heard from the company again. Approximately three weeks ago I sent an e-mail to their support staff stating that I had not received anything. Still nothing, not even an e-mail recognizing my concern. I sent another e-mail today stating that I was contacting the Revdex.com due to this situation. At this point - since they were able to charge my account immediately for their fees, I want my account refunded the charges immediately as this company cannot be trusted.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $99 I was charged.
