Review: The site boasted free registration. After registering and purchasing 45 "bids" for $27.00, my account stated that I had purchased 245 bids for a total of $126.00 (200 bids for $99.00, and the 45 bids for the $27.00). After multiple attempts to contact the company, no contact can be made. The site lists no telephone number, it claims to have a "live chat" for customer servise however it doesn't seem to exist, the company doesn't reply to emails. It's as though the company does not exist.Desired Settlement: I want the $99.00 returned to me! Now that I know how the company runs it's scam I would also like the $27.00 returned as well and my account with hotcloseouts2014.com deleted.

Review: I became a member of their auction site and once I joined and got onto the website I realized it was not what I was expecting so I read their cancellation policy which stated that I needed to send them an email or a letter to cancel my membership. The following day I sent them an email to cancel my membership and refund my $79.00. I also told them not to send my Walmart gift card that I won since I was cancelling my membership. I sent at least three requests to cancel. I never got a response but I also did not receive the gift card and they never refunded my money. It should not take 3 months to receive the code for something like this I repeatedly emailed them asking where is is after the 7 days they say it will get to you. Its a shame that you have to report them to Revdex.com before they will do anything.

Review: I was issued a $100 gas voucher in $10 increments or an issue I was having with their auction site. I have done this type of gas voucher before so I know how to do it.. so I sent in the information needed on 07/18/13. it usually takes a month or so to receive anything back so I gave a couple months.. I called them back on 10/28//13, 11/13/13, 12/12/13, 12/26/13, 1/30/14, and again on 02/20/14. Each time they said they were sorry and they would send it up to their upper management and they would either call me or email me within either sometimes it was 24 hours and sometimes it was up to 1 week. However I NEVER received any phone calls nor any emails...Desired Settlement: Either $100 cash or the vouchers adding upto the $100.

Review: First of all they collect money without a clear explanation of that. Supposedly one is signing up for free access. I thought I was just checking it out and then a charge to my account. Then I bid on a few things (they do not have good items mostly one gets to bid on more bids) I received one restaurant .com certificate almost immediately but have been trying for almost 3 weeks to collect 2 others and an [redacted] certificate. Review: I saw Zbiddy advertizing for a free registration in the internet. Once I gave my information online including my credit card info, I got charged $99 for buying a bid package on 05/16/2013. I did not authorize to buy a bid package for $99. I try to dispute it with my [redacted] and I got a refund on 05/22/2013. On 06/06/2013, I got charged again $99 by ZBiddy and my [redacted] credit card allowed the charge without my consent. Talking about common sense, why would my [redacted] credit card even allow it if they knew I already reported it as a scam site. So I called my [redacted] credit card and they gave me this run around to file a dispute again. How stupid people can be. Now I have to waste my time disputing the charge again. I got the refund for $49.50 and they tried to sell me a $100 gas card (but it's really a coupon since the max use of $10 a week to mail the receipt and wait 8 to 10 weeks for delivery). I had a 3 way conversation with ZBiddy rep, myself and [redacted] rep (capital one) on June 10,2013. The ZBiddy rep agreed to give me the full refund and was told to wait 3 to 5 business days for the $49.50. It is not July 2, 2013 still no refund. I tried calling my best buy card for a billing dispute and also gave me a run around to call ZBiddy again. I tried to explain the representative that we originally did that on June 10 but my last comment was "is there anything else we can do for you". Basically, I got shut down by [redacted].

Yes, I initially agreed on a 50% refund since I was told they are sending me a $100 Gas Card. I contacted customer support again that I did not want their false advertising $100 Gas Card since I have to mail the receipt to them with a $10 maximum refund every 2 weeks. Then, I have to wait 8 to 10 weeks to get the refund, once they receive the mail. Well, that is a waste of time for anyone. That is not a gas card, it is a coupon. So that is why I called customer support again and requested the full refund. I had a 3-way conversation with my [redacted] at the time and I was told I will be given the full refund (that should have been recorded) ZBiddy should be closed down. There are way too many complaints in the internet. Thanks.

Review: Back in December of 2013, I went on this site to see what it was about. After looking over some of the information it asked me for a credit card number to have on file incase I wanted to buy a package of "bids" in the future. It said nothing about me making a purchase at the time. I then noticed that my card was charged $99 dollars. I did an on line chat with a customer service rep. who said the best she could do is give me back half of my money and they would give me a $100.00 voucher for gas. I also was stuck with the bid package which I have still yet to use because when I go to log into my account it says that my e mail address was invalid. I can't even use the package that I purchased. I also have an e mail with a voucher number that was e mailed to me after several on line chats, for the gas card. I mailed in the registration form as requested and I was to receive a card in the mail. I have contacted them several times, via on line chat, and was told anything from it's in process to they are mailing it right out. My last contact with them was a month ago and I have yet to receive anything in the mail from them. I went to try again on the website and the on line chat feature is not functioning. I did write them an e mail but I have never gotten any replies from e mails in the past. I feel I was scammed! I have also read on line several others who have had the same sort of issues with this site. They are taking people's money and not sending the merchandise. This is theft! I feel the site should be shut down before any more people have their money stolen. Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my $50.00 in addition to $100.00 for the gas voucher that was never given to me. Review: Consumers "Register" for 'free' membership with zbiddy.com dba www.hotcloseouts.com. This registration process requires a consumer to provide credit card information. The company does not adequately disclose that upon registration, the credit card will be charged $99 fee. This fee is non-refundable.FRAUD AND FALSE ADVERTISING: I also registered for a free trial membership only to have an immediate $99.00 charge on my credit card as well as an international fee because it originated out of the country. I disputed on my card but obviously zbiddy knows how to also fraud the credit card company so that I can't reverse this charge. I have never made any bids or used their web site in any way after being notified of the charge by e-mail.

Review: zbiddy.com is a penny auction site,I had won and bought quite a few items from them, but on January 5th I couldn't pay for my wins because I had an ERROR code 200, that said that I had reached my maximum transactions for that month, I called the company and they told me that it was my bank that put a restriction on my card, when I contacted my bank they explained that I don't have a limit on my card as long as I have money in my account, so again, I contacted them and explained that it was on their end and that it needed to be fixed so that I could pay for my wins, they wanted me to pay for them over the phone but I explained that I wasn't going to call them and give them my number each time. so they said they would check into it. It still wasn't fixed, so I called again on January 27th, I talked to Nikki-306 and her manager Francesca-004, who assured me that she would investigate with the billing dept and get back to me within 3-5 business days, I asked for the billing the dept number so that I could take care of it with them and they told me that the billing dept doesn't take any calls, how bizarre is that, it has now been 8 business days, and now I get a message saying that they no longer accept this visa card and to get a different card. there is nothing wrong with my card and I shouldn't have to get a new card when they can fix it on their end. I have lost many bids from this and my won actions, they will not reimburse me for my loss, nor will they fix the problem. each time I call, I have to explain the whole issue again, and when I ask to speak to a supervisor they are always on the phone and they leave me waiting, on the 27th I waited 40 minutes before I could talk to a supervisor. I want my money reimbursed and my account closed. This online penny auction is a rip-off. Review: I received an email from what I thought was Overstock.com advertising a new penny auction. The links took me to this BuyLowAuctions.org site. I read through the terms and conditions and signed up. They asked for a credit card number which made sense to have if you won an action. When I hit enter after putting in name, address, credit card number etc., it charged my credit card $99.00. This was not mentioned in any of the terms and conditions and I would not have bought this many bids as they expire in 72 hours! I was very angry and filled out the online complaint which they have not responded to.Desired Settlement: I would like the balance refunded to the credit card.

Review: Consumers "Register" for 'free' membership with zbiddy.com. This registration process requires a consumer to provide credit card information. The company does not adequately disclose that upon registration, the credit card will be charged $99 fee. This fee is non-refundable. They sent a confirmation email which was not opened still card was charged. Sent an email immediately, still no reply. Called customer support and was told I would get a $100.00 gas card. I told them I wanted the charges stopped because they were still pending and customer service rep refused. She also refused to give me a complaint number.

Review: This Site Does not indicate that they will be charging you a fee to sign up for there website. When you sign up it asks for you name address and then your credit card information for signing up. no where in the term and condition does it state or anywhere on the page itself or on the sign up form does it state that you will be charged $99.00 dollars for a starter package of 200 bid credits upon signing up and entering your information. after you have entered all you personal info along with credit card info you click the sign up button and the next page is when you find out that they charged $99.00 dollars for a starter package you never knew about. It does not say anywhere on the sign up form that you will be charged $99.00 dollars for a starter pack doesnt even ask if you are interested no where on the site does it say you will be charged for that amount. until you have signed up and clicked on the button the next page shows a receipt for them charging $99.00 dollars from your account which then im like what in the world why did they charge me I havent bought anything no where on the site does it say a starter pack is 99 I would have left the site if I knew.Desired Settlement: I would like my $99.00 dollars back plus $200.00 for suffering on thanks giving day which I didnt have enough money to buy my family a thanks giving dinner maybe with that I can take them out to repair the thanks giving dinner due to there refund wont be given back until 2 to 3 business days.

Review: I started the account with $100.00 but never used it and will never use this bidding program. I went into my account and there is no Money in my account would like a refund. Tried to call Customer Service but number does not work. Email failed also.Desired Settlement: REFUND!!!!

Review: Could not get any response to zbiddy.com about them scaming me and taking my money and not being honest with there website and what they were advertizing. I called to get my money back the $69 dollars and they would not refund me!!! I found out that this website is fraud, and they ended up stealing my money, I have all 3 emails still showing them how they scammed me, and I never did get my money back. please help me get my money back, I tried calling them and I cannot find an accurate phone number, and the emails they sent me there is no phone number or address. Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $69, and also $500 for being scammed and lied to about this, and my money stolen, and being ripped of. I would like my money back and also apology for the hasel and being taken advantage of. A refund via paypal/money order sent to me.
