Review: I am filing a complaint against zbiddy.com because they use false and misleading guises to lure customers into hidden transactions. On 12 November I logged into zbiddy.com because there was a spam message saying that I could get 25 free bids. On 14 November I noticed a charge to my bank account in the amount of $99. I in no way made such authorization or purchase of any bids and was told that I made the purchase when I provided my debit card information. Review: It's has been awhile since I tried to log in, when I remembered I had this service today I tried to log in and it said there was no user with that email address. Also back when I actually used the service I had one a certificate for 5 books, I never received the code. Currently on their website when you click on the starting bidding tab it takes you to qbids with no links to contact someone.Desired Settlement: I would like 99.00 dollars they charged my credit card back, I find their service isn't what the advertising promises and when I did when a auction I received nothing. Which when I could get in to the website I e-mailed them about and got no reply.

Review: Back in December 2013, I was on a website which switched to Hotcloseouts2013.com. I wanted to look around to see what it was about, bidding on items, etc. I entered my information because I just wanted to look. They took $99.00 from my account. I immediately tried to cancel by calling a phone number that no one answered and I also sent emails that no one replied to. I was not the only one that got taken.Desired Settlement: Like everyone else that complained, I would like my $99.00 back.

Review: The company took the $99.00 for using to bid against items online for less than in the store cost. I bid on a item and they would accept my payment for the very card that they took $99.00 from. I talk to them today and instead of refunding the $99.00 they sent me a gas credit. Zbiddy customer service would not refund only gas credit. I got the email with gas credit but you have to buy gas, send them a receipt but only get back $10.00. I have do do this 10 times to get the $100.00. Not acceptable at all. They refused to refund my $99.00 and when ask why no response. I can not afford to just give away $99.00. Like my full money back. Thank you.

Review: This website is a fraud. I clicked on it accidentally then was enticed by this so called "free" membership. They require a credit card to be on file. With a poor decision, I fell for the scam. Next thing I know, they have charged me $82. I have emailed them 4 times this week. I tried to get the credit card company to reverse the charge to no avail. I decided to give the site a try. "Satisfaction guaranteed". However, I read the fine print - each "penny bid" costs you $0.60 and then you have to PAY for an auction that you win! So if you win an [redacted] for $188, you not only paid $0.60 per "penny" bid, then you have to PAY the $188!!!!! Ridiculous. This is a scam and should be shut down! None of my emails were ever returned. There are no phone numbers listed on the site, no way to contact them except by email - which they will NOT return!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I did not consent to this and it is absolutely ridiculous.

Review: zBiddy is an online bidding site. I purchased 250 bids for a total of $99 to bid on various items. Once you bid and you actually win something you pay the amount for the item that you bid. Problem is they don't send you what you won. After calling, emailing and live chat I still have not received the items I won which were Hotel Gift cards. The cost of the cards that I won was $66.41. So I am out a total of $165.41 and do not receive my purchases. Total scam.

Review: An unrelated site UNLOCK YOUR LUCK bounced me to ZBiDDY, which in turn requested registration information, this involved putting a credit card on file. I understand this as it is a buying site. When the information was put in the site automatically added an additional 79.00 to the invoice. I was never given an option to purchase a package, nor did I intend to. I have had a difficult time finding a phone number for the company (877) 924-3390 and when I found it, the company only works Monday through Friday Central time. This company seems to be set up to scam individuals. Making a person think they have something and really all they have is a bill to pay. Do not put any credit information into either sites listed above, they will rip you off.Desired Settlement: The practices of ZBiddy, are deplorable. Review: I registered for penny auction last nov 15, 2013 and upon registering they charged me 99 dollars. Review: I was charged around $80 on my mastercard that I did not know about for interaction with the zbiddy site. I was promised by a zbiddy rep $100 in gas vouchers to cover the $80 uknown fee. I have been waiting for months. I have record of a computer online chat with the rep promising me the vouchers. The chat was in 12/2013. Since that time, I have tried to send some e-mails and tried to correspond with zbiddy to follow up about it. It seemed like it became harder and harder to contact someone at zbiddy. Zbiddy did not answer my e-mails. Could the Revdex.com please help get the $100 (in vouchers?) that I was promised? Basically you pay for bids and most the auction items are bids or magazines, and a few trips. Review: I was scrolling your website zbiddy.com last night 10-15-2013 and we looked at different pages and products... we clicked further and instantly a pop up page appeared with you have been billed 99.00 on your cc ending in xxxx. WOW! it gave a user name and temp password. Called my bank immediately and the charge had already been processed. This is an emergency account that we only keep maybe 100.00 dollars in, because of issues as THIS! This account only had 60.00+ dollars in it, and then made the balance negative 35.00+. I phoned my bank this morning to file a fraud issue and they closed the account. I have been trying for 6 hours on the internet to find a contact NUMBER to your business with NO luck, so I did a "chat" dispute. My emails from you stated please active this link within 24 hrs to be an active member. NEVER DID! I googled zbiddy.com and found disturbing like problems. Filed a FRAUD report with the BBC in FL., and the FL. State Attorney General. I then just found a address and number in Temple AZ. Number invalid. Called the AZ BBC, the directed me to the Delaware BBC and I have been on the phone and with their help, they have directed me to this FRAUD dispute site. They state you are taking care of the mess you created, so I am looking forward to having my funds reinstated to my bank account due to this horrible site you have on line and innocent people are getting scammed from our hard earned money! FIX YOUR PROBLEMS and GET OFF LINE!!!!!!!!! This organization is extremely unethical. I thought I was "registering" for the site only to learn that the credit card information (I thought would be used for future purchases if I decided to buy something). Instead, they deducted $99 from my credit card. I attempted to contact them and found their live chat link is not a link and does not work. I submitted a request for refund and cancellation via their "contact us" electronic form and never received a response. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and today, since waiting from last November, my bank has credited my credit card account. This organization should be investigated for fraudulent business practices. I found several complaints, the same as mind listed on the internet.

Review: I signed up for a Zbiddy account, tried the bidding for a few minutes, and decided to cancel. Upon rereading the Terms of Service, I found the Section 3 titled Bid Purchasing for Online Bidding/Payment which states there is a 7 day limit to cancel and receive a refund. At that time I began my fruitless attempts to cancel my account. I addressed my requests to every type of contact number, email and live chat on their site over those first 7 days and received no response. As a last resort I filed a claim with my Credit Card Processor.ZBIDDY's response was to send the Credit Card company 2 pages out of a different Terms of Service than the one I have which shows an address, in a different section, that I should have written to for my refund. In Section 7 of the Terms of Service titled Cancellation and Rescission they refer to a 14 day time limit to return products purchased. Since I had not purchased or received any product from their service, this section did not apply to my situation.It is my firm belief that this company intentionally buried the address in the Terms of Service and did not reply to my electronic communications in order to defraud me of my $99.00.Desired Settlement: Please get my $99.00 back and if possible force them to be more honest in their communications.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Although I finally received said items, please note that the terms of purchase were not met, as the items listed in complaint were received well after 7 day delivery date and the filing of the complaint. One of the items was just delivered this past weekend. I have not utilized this service since the complaint was filed and will not in the future. Furthermore, there is no customer support number listed and the numerous emails that were sent to company were never answered.

Review: I clicked on this website thinking it looked interesting. In order to see how it worked, I filled out the registration form which did include my credit card information. I looked through the site and decided that online auctions are not something I want to do. I could not locate any place on the site to cancel my registration. Then I noticed that I had 200 bids in an account and was being charged $99.00. I hadn't purchased anything! I called the company and they said that it was part of registering. It DID NOT say anything about a fee to register. We argued for over 20 minutes. The representative continued to read the same information on a card. She said she was only authorized to return 50% of the fee and send me a voucher for gas. I did not purchase any bids, I did not click to purchase any bids and I do not want to be charged for something that I didn't buy. I feel that this website is very misleading and fraudulent.
