Review: I enrolled to bid on an auction on zbiddy.com. I bought 25 bids and did not bid on anything else. The 25 bids was supposed to be $.98 and I was charged for an additional 200 bids at $99.99. I did not order this and want my money refunded. Below are the charges I was charged. If you will notice the 200 bids do not say that I bid to get them. I was just automatically charged for them. I do not have this kind of money to throw away and I want my $99.99 back. 11/25/2013 I authorized a $27.00 withdrawal from my account. They took $99.00. After my complaining, they refunded $49.00 and stated they would send me a $100.00 gas voucher as payment for the remaining $50.00. They sent me the gas voucher form, which I filled out and returned. Review: On 10/02/2013, I clicked on a link in my email for hotcloseouts13.com. I wanted to see what it was. It was an auction. When I tried to see what was being auctioned it said I had to register. Went on the web site Zbiddy.com took see what they were auctioning. Was told that I had to register before viewing the auction. Registered as was told to do was asked for my cc #. Once information was given, I was told thanks for becoming a member and that I was charged $99. I did not have any intentions of bidding, just wanted to see what was it like. Never was told that I would be charge $99 for registering. I want and need my money back. That was part of my car payment. This is a total scam. Have been trying to live chat with them since the day the scam took place which was 12/02/2013, as well as send emails have not received a response and the live chat screen kept saying all agents are busy to please hold.

Review: When I initially subscribed to Zbiddy.com, I realized I did not want to be part of this product service and requested an immediate refund. After talking to a representative, who said He could not refund my payment, but would be able provide a $100.00 gas voucher, I agreed to receive the voucher. After fulfilling all of the voucher requirements and submitting it more than 2 months ago, the company refuses to even acknowledge my email requesting a refund follow-up. Apparently, this company cares nothing about anything once it receives its money from potential customers. It has the worst business practices, only comparable to a nefarious scamming company. Review: I registered online on a 'penny bid' site. In the registration you are requested to give a debit card info. I did. The next thing I knew, this company withdrew $99 from my Paypal account, without my authorization. If you look at their online policy, it clearly states that the only time you will spend money on their site is to BUY bids (which I did not do) and to pay for an auction that you won. Review: On Sunday, November 3, 2013, I received an email ad from ZBiddy regarding Penny Auctions. I participate in auctions on Ebay, and therefore, I registered on their website. Neither their Terms of Service nor the ad states the consumer is charged an upfront fee of $99.00 to bid on penny auctions. On November 4th, I sent an email to Zbiddy to cancel the registration and stated the reason that their ad does not say they charge a registration fee. I also initiated an online chat on and requested the registration cancelled and fee of $99.00 returned. There is no response to my emails. ZBiddy shows a Florida address, but I called ZBiddy on November 4th at 8:55 am and spoke to Grace (#177) and she verified the address of 427 N. Tatnall Street # 67128, Wilmington, DE 19801-2230 and their fax number 1- 954-671-5998. I faxed the request for cancellation and refund of $99.00. Review: I registered at this site and purchased a $10 Walmart Gift Card $.01. Upon paying for it I was also charged for a $100.00 Gas Card that I didn't order. My bank account was charged $79.01. Also, I did try to telephone them directly but I received a message saying that the phone number was not active. I also tried several message through the website that went unanswered.

Review: I joined an auction site for which I had to pay $159 for bids to use in Auctions. I used these bids in several auctions for which I won several rewards. My first reward was won on October 31, 2013 for a Choose Your Reward + 25 bids. My second reward was for a jar of Revitol cream onNovember 1, 2013. Winning an auction requires the winner to make payment (of auction closing price) for reward within 7 days of win. I made my payment for both of these rewards (totaling $27.62) on the same day of each win. I was supposed to receive my rewards 5 business days after payment. I have not received any rewards to date. I have contacted Zbiddy.com several times to no avail (they keep telling me to wait 5 to 7 more business days). When I request an immediate refund of my money, they say they can not process a refund until another 5 to 7 business days. They also claim to have an A+ rating with Revdex.com, but when I checked they are not found on any Revdex.com lists.Desired Settlement: Refund of all monies I am entitled to.

Review: On 8/26/2013 I authorized ZBIDDY.COM to debit my Visa Check Card in the amount of $5.00.On 8/27/2013 I discovered an additional charge of $79.00 which I did not authorize. I went to my bank to dispute the additional charge and discovered 4 more unauthorized charges adding up to $96.18 they charged to my debit card. I contested this with the bank and was informed that they had to wait until the monies posted.On 8/31/2013, I sent a Certified Letter cancelling my registration within the allotted time to ZBIDDY as outlined in their Terms Of Service Agreement and also explained that they did not have my authorization to debit my Visa Card an additional $91.18. I contacted Zbiddy's Support Center but to no avail. On 9/26/2013 the bank initiate an investigation and provisionally credited my account. On 10/18/2013, the bank once again credited ZBIDDY with the unauthorized funds. I have since discovered that ZBIDDY has over 192 complainst with the Beter Business Bureau and 54 Fraud Complaints with RIPOFF REPORT on online reporting agency.This company is apparently still in business and still scamming unsuspecting people out of their hard earned money.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $96.18 taken from my Visa Checking Account.

Review: on Dec.2 2013 zbiddy.com contacted my email with the name of hotcloseouts2013 on cyber monday online Christmas shopping and took 99 dollars from my debit card without my authorization on Dec. 2 2013 I emailed zbiddy.com immediately on. Dec.2 2013 on demanded my money refunded and I have proof in and printed from my computer, zbiddy did not respond. They list a phone number that does not work. They claim a live chat that also, does not work. zbiddy claims a 7 day refund guaranty. My credit union at Indiana University disputes Dept. is asking for the refund however, zbiddy will not refund even though there is proof of the email sent to zbiddy.com on Dec.2 2013 demanding a refund. I had to email because there as no other working contact information displayed that day on that web site. My bank was contacted immediately on dec. 2 2013 and changed my debit card number so that zbiddy could not take any more money with out my authorization. Review: To whom it may concern:This is about Zbiddy.comI was lead to this site by a site called Mypoints.com, Which I have no problem with. It told me about a few bids. Which is fine and I thought why not.I saw a gift card for [redacted]or $5.00 dollars so I used one of the free bids on it. I won it went to pay for it. The total was $0.00(1 cent) which I was complete fine with. And after paying for it I got a statement for it and on the statement in addition to the $0.01 (1 cent) there was a change for $79.00 dollars for a bid package...I never saw anything for a bid package anywhere. If I did I would have stopped and never continued.I do not want the bid package. I would never use it. I tried to contact zbiddy from the statement and from the site I even contacted them through their facebook page. And I have got no answer.I am contacted my bank and they cancelled my CC, so that they would not change me for anything else.
