I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I sent them, zbiddy, a reply email on 5 Feb 2014 and have yet to receive an answer. They, zbiddy, stated that they will send me three (3) refunds totalling $384.78 ($305.79 for the iPad, $18.99 for the shipping, and $60 for my bids lost on the iPad) but my credit card had been compromised and I had been issued a new card/number. And they have not responded to me in how they will refund my money! Also, the amount they are sending me for my bids are not what I wanted but what other option do I have? The only option that I do have is once I receive my refund I will never go to their website again as their advertisements do not correlate with their actions!

I used Zbiddy pretty happily for about a month, until I got my next bank statement. I bid on several items I was satisfied with (Restaurant.com certs, travel certs, video games). It was fun as long as I watched closely what the value of my item was plus the cost of the bids I'd already paid for.
What I failed to understand was that Zbiddy is located somewhere outside of the U.S. (Canada??) and they process your purchases through a bank outside of the U.S. The result was that I had to pay over $100 dollars in "international banking" fees from my own bank, AND from their Canadian-based bank when the payments were processed for the purchases to my credit card. These additional fees were not obvious anywhere on the bidding site.
I complained to Zbiddy and their reply was that I'd agreed to this when I registered. *I probably did "agree" by registering, but not reading every single sentence of the fine print. I post this note to warn others.*
Keep in mind that even if you are purchasing from their home country, there may be no guarantee you will avoid these charges either. Zbiddy informed me that they are a "global company" and they may use a bank from any of their global locations. So beware the hidden costs!

I'm writing you in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] I just rejected the resolution received by the company I made the claim on.
Unfortunately, I was only able to attach the email I sent to them on December 3, 2013. The same email that the company claims 
that they never received. As you notice, the email address I sent it to is the same as the one that is listed on the website. Also,
notice the date of the email. It is 2 days after the purchase of the bid package that I was unaware that I was purchasing. They stated
under their terms and conditions that a refund request must be made within 7 days. It was 2 days after the purchase that I sent the
refund request to them. Yes, I did in fact already dispute the charges through my bank. I stated that in my original complaint. The
reason I did so is because I could not make contact with the company. They were apparently having technical issues and that was
even said by one of the customer service reps I spoke to. They have no proof that I attempted to make contact with the company
before I disputed the charges through my bank. When in fact I did make an effort. I tried to use the live chat and got no where
with that. I then sent a customer service refund request through their customer service contact and again no response from the
company. That is why I sent the email on the 3rd of December and yet again, no response. What happen to the 100% customer
satisfaction they claim to stand by? I am attaching the original refund request that was sent to them on December 3rd.

I'm contacting you in reference to order [redacted] I have sent 4 customer support messages to
this company in the last 24 hours and have heard nothing from anybody. You state you have a
100% customer satisfaction and customer support 24 hours a day. I'm not 100% satisfied and
your customer service is non-existent. I'm requesting a refund of $99 for the purchase of the bid
package. I'm new to this internet shopping and was completely unaware of this charge. I'm an
unemployed single mother of two who is struggling and was trying to find a way to get my 2
girls something for Christmas. I seen your site and thought maybe it was the answer to my prayers.
I was devastated when I got an email confirming my purchase. I have just a little over $100 to
get a couple of things for my girls and your company took just about everything I had to do so.
So I ask please refund me the $99 you took from my account and I will not use this site. If you
have any heart at all you would accommodate my request. Please contact me back asap and let
me know if you can help. My children and I would both appreciate your help.

The company does not respond to any emails. When you go to Zbiddy website it says, "click to register" when you do, you are redirected to "debzees" website. When I contacted "debzees" they said that they have never or currently are associated with "zbiddy." They further stated that they have no idea why when someone clicks on the "start bidding" button or any hot link, you are immediately taken to the "debzees" website.
Since they closed down, I have also sent several emails inquiring about the company's disposition and about prizes I have won. Not one response was received.
Money has been invested to obtain prizes and they have been won, but no merchandise has been received.
