Review: On November 21, 2013 I was Christmas shopping on Amazon.com when I came across an item I wanted to view. Once I clicked on the item, it said it was a bidding type sale and said in order to receive x amount of free bids, I needed to register. Thinking this was something I was interested in I signed up and submitted my personal debit card infomation thinking my "free bids" wouldnt cost me a dime. HOWEVER. the instant I signed up I got an email that said "thank you for your payment of 99.00$!!!!! I had yet to even look at the item and they charged me $99.00!!!! what a scam! now after researching the sight, I see this sight is a scam. I have sent them numerous emails and have yet to hear a respond from them. I have never viewed one item on their website! I know it's only $99.00 but it's the principle, you cant do that to people!Desired Settlement: I want my $99.00 replaced and for this site to make people aware that just by signing up to view an auction they will be instantly charged $99 before even viewing anything! or at least respond to my emails. I refuse to be scammed and will take this further if necessary. definately false advertisement stating you get free bids by registering then deducting 99$ from someones account without their consent

Review: I wanted to check out the website for zbiddy, and hade to put in credit card information, believing it to be used only if I chose to start bidding. They charged my credit card for $99.00 without my authorization, then made it next to impossible to contact them about it. When I finally made contact with them (had to go to a different site to get a valid phone number), they refused to refund my money, and only wanted to send me gas rebate vouchers. Hindsight being 20/20, I wish I had researched them prior to even clicking on their website. I have since found that this is a common occurance for them to scam people out of their money.

Review: I registered for this site and entered my cc info not knowing that I would be charged just for registering and looking through the site. There was no confirmation letting me know that it was costing me $99 to register. They make you think that you are giving cc info with the intention of using for future purchases. I got an email notifying me that my card was charged--without my permission. This company is scamming many people this way (see scambook.com). They email offers of iPads for pennies but it will cost you $100 just to purchase bids - and then of course you will still have to pay whatever you bid on the product. I looked all over the site for a phone# and, of course, none to be found - even though there is a "live chat" option letting you know the hours you can call them but NO PHONE NUMBER.Desired Settlement: Return $99 to my cc account.

Review: Starts out with a website of www.unlockyourluck.com which is a site where you can win something small for .01 cent. I 'won' the $10.00 walmart gift card for a penny. You are then taken to a site where you enter your credit card number and purchase a beginners package for bids. In my case it was $79.00 plus the penny for the card. I rec'd about 700 bids to participate in the zbiddy online penny auction. I had first read in the terms and conditions that win an item is won and paid in full they will send out the item or a code to redeem online withing 7 -14 days. I won several small items.. including extra bid packages of 10 or 15 extra bids, some ebook downloads and restaurant.com certificates which you wait to get a code in your email to go to the site and redeem it, among a few other items including a vacation package, airline travel etc. The original sign up and winning of the walmart card was 10/24. Two days later on the 26th I won several other items. I am past the 14 days and still no emails or anything received. I have contacted customer service online a couple of times and after a lengthy wait was told to just give it a few more days, or they were having problems with the vendor, etc. I have written a letter to them asking for refunds on the package and the stuff I supposedly won and did not get. Unfortunately, I have 2 credit card numbers now on file with them. I am waiting to hear back from them.Desired Settlement: I want my initial package of bids refunded along with the items I won and paid for upon winning them. The total amount spent totals $95.19. They can credit it back to the two credit cards or can send me a check, either will be fine.

Review: I went on this website to see what it was all about. It says you can register for free. In so doing, part of the registration process it asks for your credit card information. It gives no warning that your card will be billed. However when you click submit to finish registering it automatically charges your credit card $99. I now have to go to the bank and cancel my credit card and get another one issued. I called customer service after looking forever for a number and I'm told I'll get a refund in 2 to 3 business days but I don't believe that will happen. Review: On 2-1-13 I Was given $100.00 in free gas due to a mixup on Zbiddy's part. They emailed me the registation and I filled it out and mailed it back the same day. I never heard back from them so I began to call. It is now July and I've called every month and I have not had any gas vouchers sent to me to redeem for free gas nor has there been any other resolution provided. Every time I call I get the run a round, saying someone will get back to me or that they will send it to another dept for resolution. This never happens. I think this is a scam or something. Review: I clicked on a link in an email from Sweepstakes.com about getting a Mac Book Pro for pennies on the dollar, I am interested in buying my daughter one for her birthday so I went to the site to find out it was a 'bidding' site. They ask you to register (no big deal) and ask for your credit card info which I entered THINKING it was for possible future bidding, and as soon as I hit submit is said, 'Thank you for purchasing the $99 bid package'! NOT ONCE did it mention ANYTHING about bid packages, and I certainly would not have bought a $99 package as I have NO CLUE how these auction sites work, I was simply REGISTERING on the site, or so I THOUGHT, to check it out! I have contacted them numerous times via their contact form, and have had NO RESPONSE whatsoever, nor is there a phone number at which to reach them. I am also unable to sign back into the site as it's not accepting my password! THEY ARE A SCAM!!! Auction/Bidders beware!! When you google them you find more victims! I contacted my bank trying to stop payment but because it was done on my credit card they could not do it. Review: I entered my credit card information on this site under the assumption that it was to register for payment for bidding, attempting to take advantage of a free 25 bid trial. Upon registration, I was charged $99. The link to the 25 bids video brought me to a page saying the video does not exist. I have a screenshot of it. I immediately emailed asking for a refund as I did not agree to be charged $99. I also tried the service because their website promises 100% satisfaction guarantee. I placed 3 bids for an item with less than 5 seconds to go (1 less than 1 second). The clock automatically resets at 15 seconds. I checked back 6 hours later and people were still bidding on the same item with less than 10 seconds to go. The only item you can win is to buy more bids. For one win of 15 bids they charged me an additional 4 transactions, totaling $2.98 when it was supposed to be $.49. Review: As an incentive to stay after being duped by unclear membership issues, I was offered a $100.00 Gas Rebate program for $10.00 per submission - One submission per week over a maximum of 27 weeks from date of issue.The first certificate was submitted at the end of September, 2013. Review: I unfortunately signed up with a credit card with this company, (wrongly) thinking I was only registering & paying for 2 gift cards, a $5 [redacted] card & and a $5 [redacted] card for 1 cent each. I rec'd confirmation that I had charged $79.02 for a Bid Packet and the 2 gift cards.I tried contacting them immediately to cancel but they would not agree to it. The gift cards were to be delivered in 7 to 10 business days but as of Aug. 1st (19 business days) I have not rec'd the gift cards. I have contacted them via "Live Chat" and they keep assuring me that "they are on the way". Today I telephoned them and just got another run around. They will take the matter up with "higher management". I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told, "no supervisor was available at the present time." I Think this is a bogus company. When you actually bid on an item, especially a more desirable item, every time some one bids. the price increases by a penny but the time also increases & you can spend many minutes if not hours trying to get a successful bid on an item.

I contacted them immediately, within minutes on that same day, by way of a support ticket, which is an email contact form on their site, requesting a refund.I also contacted my bank. After about a month, I received a notice that Visa could not help me because I participated with the merchant. However, at this point I was given a contact phone number by Visa.I have contacted this company twice by telephone on Jan.10,2014 and they Jan. 31, 2014. They have refused to give me a refund although I asked for one within their time frame. They claim that because I filed a dispute with Visa that they do not have to give a refund.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the $99.00
