Review: When I signed up my credit card was charged $99.00 and after much negotiation I was told that I would be credited for 1/2 ( again, I had to constantly follow up to obtain) which I did. It was also agreed that I would get $100.00 in gas rebate. A form was sent to me which I had to complete and submit on a monthly basis along with original gas receipt to: Rebate Program, Zbiddy Gas Rewards Redemption Center, [redacted]. I would then receive a check in the amount of $10.00 each time I submitted this until I obtained the $100.00. I have submitted eight (8) vouchers with receipts and have not received anything. Calls to customer service along with chats online (which I have copies of) have gotten me no where. I once again gave them the option to contact me today to clear this up.Desired Settlement: I would like my $100.00 as agreed upon. I have two (2) more receipts to submit and will do so once settlement is made. I am also awaiting a Power Leash Retractable Dog Leash to be shipped to me and would like that settled as well.

Review: This company did not say they were going to charge my credit card for $99. They advertised as an online auction and led one to believe that the credit card info was needed in order to bid. I did not place any bids. As soon as I found out they charged my card $99, I tried to cancel. I sent a notification to cancel through their online form. I have not heard anything and their is no phone number whatsoever on their website or any documentation they have. I believe this company is a scam and hope this will prevent others from being fleeced. I am glad that they are refunding my money, as they should! However, I still dispute the fact that there is NO phone number to reach them on their website! Also, there was NOT documentation that stated they were going to charge my card $99. Again, I am pleased to get my money back, but they should provide a phone number and should inform that they are charging $99 - they do not currently do this on their website!

Review: Registered for hotcloseouts2013.com which is run by ZBiddy as an auction site. Was under impression from initial pages that the site was free but it turns out they automatically charged my credit card for a $99 started bid package. I found information on their sight regarding cancellation - which was a little obfuscated and confusing. I then emailed their support email since there was no number to be found and their on-line chat would not work. It has been six days and two emails directly asking that they refund the charges and cancel my account. I have yet to receive a response or recognition that they even received my email. Review: The website hotcloseouts2013.com charged my credit card $99.00 without telling me that it was going to do so. The company has you enter your credit card information, and then without telling you, they automatically charge $99.00 to your card. I had no idea what the price was or anything, they just charged my card. Then I tried to contact their customer support via email, and no one ever answered my call. They have a link where you can talk to someone via live chat online, but this link does not work. I looked at my bank statement where they charged my card and they had a phone number..[redacted] which is a number that has been disconnected and does not work. There is no way that I can contact anyone to get my money back. I would like them to credit my account the $99.00 that was charged to it. Review: Zbiddy claims to send you an E-Mail 3-5 days after winning an auction. This is to receive a redemption code to collect your winnings. This never happened on most items I won. I've waited up to 5 weeks. I talked with Zbiddy Support,Chat lines,Phone and e-mail and all I got was a runaround from everyone. Never an answer. They all said they would look into it so contact them in a week. I did that for 5 weeks and talked to about 10 different people and still no answers. I have a retail value of $3,729.00 in winnings but,I was never sent the 3-5day redemption codes to collect them. So with no explanations or answers I believe they have falsely advertised on their web site. I also have spent $641.89 buying bids so that I could bid on the items I wanted. I still have not received a winning from last july. So after all of this feeling of being coned and fed up with Zbiddy and the runaround I asked for a full refund on my winnings. They agreed and said they would credit my account for around $430.00. and then hung up on me and Master card on a 3 way call. I spent more than that just buying bids. So you can see why I'm so upset.Desired Settlement: Due to nothing I've done wrong I would like a full refund of everything I've won. Yes the retail value and moneys I spent on bids. You have taken all my winnings and money away from me with no explanation. Review: I followed the sign-up procedure for the BuyLowAuction.org website which made no mention of any charges , but offered a number of bids for free. After registering, I noticed a $99.00 charge to my bank account for a bid package that I never saw, authorized or wanted. The charge was immediate, but with no timely way to speak with someone about reversing the charge. There is no contact phone number and their so-called "Live Chat" is not functional. I contacted my bank immediately, and they completed a charge back because I had not authorized this $99 charge. Now, the company is saying the charge was not fraudulent. The only phone number I got for this company was from my bank on 1-28-2014, after they had received a nine page document stating that the charge would be run through on my account again. After I call using the number my bank gave me, I was told I could not receive a refund because it had been over 30 days. I explained to three agents, one a supervisor, that there was no phone number that could be found by me or my bank until 1-28-14 on the document that had been faxed to my bank, and my inquiry that I submitted online was not replied to by the auction site. Review: I got my bank statement in December 2013 and found I had a charge of $99.00 on my debit card. I disputed it with my bank. They got a hold of Zbiddy and Zbiddy faxed them all the info they had on me and said they had to much personal info on me for this to be a fraudulent charge. So my bank put the $99.00 charge back onto my account, which at this time I closed my account. I figured that if this company had that much personal info about me what else could they do with it. I then received a letter from my bank with zbiddy's info on it, so I called them to get the $99.00 back onto my bank account. They told me because I disputed the charge they would not give me the money back. They told me that I should of contacted them instead. I told that person " how did you want me to contact you when I had no idea who you were". They said they would put the $99.00 back onto my account on 1/13/14. then they said there computer would not let them do it because I filed a dispute again the company. So I asked for a supervisor. She said she would not give the money back. I asked her since her computer would not let her do it, If there is away just to mail a check to my bank. She said no she will not give me the money back. I told her that I did not do this I could send her a certified letter from my boss's accountant proving I was at work when this happened to prove it was not me and she did not care she was still not going to refund the $99.00 so I called my bank back and told them what they said and my bank told me to get a hold of the Revdex.com. I no longer have an account with the bank, so I do not personally want the $99.00 back, I want my bank to have it. It's Blucurrent Credit Union in Springfield, Missouri.

Review: On 10/11/2013 I participated in a won an online auction at zBiddy.com for gift cards. Immediate payment was made, as zBiddy requires payment within 7 days. As per the Terms & Conditions of zBiddy, "As soon as payment has been received, your item is then shipped generally within 24 hours". On 10/16 I contacted zBiddy via their "ContactUs" form to inquire about delivery of my items. No reply was received and on 10/20 I again contacted zBiddy via their "LiveChat" form, however, received a message that no live agents were available and to leave an email message. I posted my message asking for the status of my items and again, NO REPLY. I finally spoke to a "LiveAgent" on 10/23 and was told that the items were being processed and would be expedited to their shipping department. On 10/30, nothing had been received and another attempt to contact zBiddy was made. I again left another email message demanding my items or a refund. On 11/6, the items purchased still had not been received and I spoke to "[redacted] via zBiddy "LiveChat". I was told exactly what the other "agents" had stated, that the items were being processed and would expidite shipping. It is my belief that zBiddy has no intentions of shipping the items won and after some internet searching, I have discovered that zBiddy has done this to MANY customers and there are numerous complaints about fraud.Desired Settlement: I request a FULL refund, as well as, the return of the bids used/placed to win the auction and/or a gift card of my choice.

Review: The site falsely advertised how their penny auction worked and charged my credit card $100 when I thought I was only registering for the site on November 26, 2013. I immediately emailed the company (within 10 minutes)using their customer service site asking for a refund. I have never received any response. I have tried to call using the number posted on the website but have never been able to talk to a live representative. The site had a lot of merchandise to bid on when I signed up, but has very little now. I have never been able to win an auction and suspect this was a scam to begin with. Desired Settlement: I would like my $100 refunded.

Review: Paid for a package from Zbiddy.com. I was supposed to have gotten a certain amount of bids plus a $100.00 gas card as a one time offer. They sold it to me from a company called Unlock Your Luck which is another online site. I paid with my credit card $99.01 on June 21st. I haven't received the gas card yet. Review: On 2 different occasions I won bids for $1000 Grocery rewards coupon on 6-30-13 and for $25 egift card on 7-18-13. These items for paid for on the same day I won the bids. They were to email me the certificates within 5 days. I have sent multiple email requests to their customer service address and never heard a work from them. I did a on-line chat with someone named Karen on 8-5-13. She asked me to provide the payment dates to her which I did. All she said is that the status of these is still in process and will forward info onto shipping and to give it 3-5 days. It has been a month since that chat and another email was sent to customer service with AGAIN NO RESPONSE. It is bad enough I'm out the $99 initial charge they trick you into but to not send the products I purchased is BAD BUSINESS. Review: I won several auctions on zbiddy.com and have not receive the products as of yet. they were an i-pad air purchased on 11-24-13,asus notebook pc purchased on 11-30-13, pandigital photo frame purchased on 12-12-13, cuisant mini prep processor purchased on 12-24-13 and an apple mac book air purchased on 1-10-14. They said it would be delivered between 7 to 10 days of purchased. I have contacted the customer support on at least 8 different days. Each time I was told they will e-mail their shipping department. I did receive 4 items that I did not mention but it's like pulling teeth out them to get what I purchased. I put alot of time and money to win these items. some of the items wre for presents for family members. I was not able to give to them. Review: On December 1, 2013, I came across a website called zbiddy.com. It is an online auction site, similar to ebay. I joined the site, without reading the terms and conditions first and to my surprise was charged a $99 bid package fee. I'm a single unemployed mother of two girls with limited monies to by Christmas for my girls. I thought this was the answer to my prayers. As soon as I realized I was being charged this fee, I attempted to contact them through customer service, live chat and even sent an email to the support team at [email protected] on Dec. 3rd. They have a 7 day refund request period and claim to have 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. After 5 attempts to contact them and still had not heard back from them, I went to my bank and disputed the charge. About a month and half later, I was contacted by the bank and they stated that the company refuses to refund me because I didn't request the refund within the 7 day period. When in fact I did and even have proof of my email that I sent to them. I attempted to contact the company again and to my surprise, they actually responded. They claim that they must have been having technical issues and that they don't have any correspondence on file. The representative I spoke with attempted to refund me $85.50. She stated that because of the time lapse from the day of purchase and now, they are unable to refund me the full amount. She attempted to process the refund and then stated that she wasn't able to do so. I asked for a supervisor and spoke with Franchesca. After explaining the situation, she also refused the request and when I tried to explain to her the situation and read her my email, she hung up on me. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone. Their claim to support a 100% satisfaction guarantee is in non existent.Desired Settlement: A full refund of $99 for the purchase of the bid package. It was not my fault that they were having technical issues. I followed through on my end, by requesting the refund with the allotted time. The customer service provided was completely unacceptable.

Review: I went to zbiddy's website, was told if I entered my visa info I would get free bids to try it out. Didn't like how they operated so left the site only to find a $99.00 charge on my visa that I did not agree to unless they used a cleverly disguised way to do it. Called the company and could only get a gas voucher, instead of a refund, which my bank told me isn't legal for them to do. Also, I will have to send receipts 10 times!to receive 10 different rebates. Don't think this is right, is it? And they only gave me 10 days to send the registration in!

Review: I went to check out the website and saw that the registration was free.I registered and all of a sudden I receive an alert from my bank stating that my account has just been charged $99.00. I immediately sent the company an email requesting a full refund, because I had never authorized them to debit my account. I never received and response and the transaction occurred on November 28, 2013. The company had no direct telephone number to call. I only found a listed number once I came to the Revdex.com website and was alarmed to find out that I had been scammed by this company who also goes by Hotcloseouts2013. I cancelled my Credit Card because I did not want to chance them charging my account again.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund mailed to me in the amount $99.

Review: Unable to contact the online business to cancel membership and ask that the fee be refunded to my credit card. I did not use the service and attempted to cancel immediately once I saw that a charge of $99 had been applied to my credit card. The "online chat person" during business hours was unavailable, there is no phone number to call...I called my credit card company to see if I could stop the charge and maybe get a phone number that I could call but there was no number available, and the charge was still pending.
