they try to edit the listing while not signed in, they'll receive an error message stating only the listing agent can edit the listingThe "listing agent" in this case is the homeowner ***@hotmail.comThere were some issues with this individual not being able to log in using the listing email address which was causing the errors describedIf they were trying to access the listing while they weren't logged in, this error message would appearReviewing previous correspondence, this has since been resolvedPer this individual's request, we removed the active listing status from this property page The property page is now inactive and they are free to list it for sale again in the future. Zillow will not let anyone cancel their membership without speaking to a specific sales person first The problem is that sales person doesn't return phone calls or emails I have contacted Jean G*** NUMEROUS times trying to cancel, but only yesterday did he email me after we were billed another $1400+ He then stated we have to complete a cancellation email, but never sent it to us and, of course, has fallen off the radar and is non-responsive once againI know a lot of people in the Real Estate industry and will be letting everyone know through every means necessary to stay as far away as possible Not only is it horrible business practice, but Jean has lied to me An absolutely horrible experience

Zillow has my home listed as a foreclosureMy home is not in foreclosureIt is not listed as a foreclosure in any StLouis County, Missouri recordsThis is embarrassing and will cause me issues if I attempt to refinance or apply for any type of loan

I tried to leave a less-than-stellar review about a real estate agent There was no way to leave a bad review because the so-called moderator kept blocking me by coming up with excuses....I would try to leave a review and then the moderator would say that what I said and the numbers didn't match and it just went on and on so I gave up...apparently this review service is paid for by realtors (I'm not sure of that - only speculating)...it is my opinion that this rating service by Zillow is a sham

2.Roanoke County Records show that we paid $5,in taxes last year and not $4,as Zillow is posting

It has be days now and I can't post my home online They have record of me calling 6+ times Each time they say in the next 24-48hrs they will post our home live I'm not a realtor and just a home owner So I don't know if that is the issue So disappointed in the service I have received

This complaint is pretty plain and simple I had an account with Zillow I deleted my account wanting no further business with Zillow or any further contact I keep receiving emails after emails after emails I keep unsubscribing to each email, made sure my account was deleted and still receiving Zillow email without MY permission to so I am tired of receiving their UNWANTED email a day I have specifically stated I DO NOT WANT THEIR BUSINESS!!

The value of our home was listed on zestimate from zillow.com for $361k not more than a week ago*** probably works off of their figures too and they also dropped from $362k for our house

Zillow is refusing to reactivate my ad for this home and any other home My company has never scammed any applicant on any home How can an applicant be scammed on an application fee when the applicant must walk thru a home to confirm *** likes it then apply for the home at the home during that time? What other home is the Zillow rep claiming could be a scam? I am happy to show Zillow any contract for any home that we have rented that my have been mistaken by Zillow as a scam!
