Zillow advertises its "Zestimate" product as providing a reasonable market valuation of real property based on the home's characteristics as well as market conditionsMany realtors and home shoppers utilize the Zillow Zestimate to determine whether a list price is fair, and to craft offers for purchase and saleHowever, Zillow's Zestimates have recently changed dramatically, without warningMy home's Zestimate has been increasing in line with Zillow's own published market conditions for the past yearLast week, without notice, it suddenly dropped by 30%, despite the fact that its own market conditions continue to demonstrate strong annual growth in the neighborhoodI have reached out to ZIllow Customer Service to ask why the sudden change took place, and to ask that they verify whether the change is accurateMy home is a condo in a 2-unit building and ZIllow has previously incorrectly listed the other unit's sale price as oursThe last time this happened they corrected their err

Zillow recommended I post a video to go with my condo listing
I hired a professional videographer to take video of my condo and contacted Zillow on uploading it to their website
I have repeatedly asked Zillow for help since AprilUnfortunately, Zillow Customer Care rep "Emily E" [ [email protected] ] has not been helpful at all
In addition, Zillow will not answer the phone when contacted at their number: 212-786-
I am currently looking for an apartment to rent; I found a few places on Zillow, however, when I got a call back --the call came from a landlord broker wanna be --someone who could help me find an apartment for a one-time fee of $95; I just needed to complete some paperwork and I would be all set to go
If this is the service that Zillow is offering, such should be advertised; instead there are fake rentals put up on the Website where if you hear back, you hear from a broker I don't need to pay anyone to do my legwork
Highly - highly dissapointing and I do not recommend it
Zillow without my consent not authorization repeatedly went into my account monthly and withdrew $from July-Nov of I authorized a one time payment on behalf of another party and did not give further authorization to with draw moneyJoe and Lea, members of the Zillow Billing Dept also refused to remove my credit card from there files and said the billing would continue unless another party gave them billing infoI never signed any contracts with Zillow nor do I have any legal binding consent with this corrupt organization to in the past or future to withdraw money from my accountJoe and Lea of Zillow billing said since I made a one time payment they have the right to "hit" my account as often as they wantImagine buying a service from a company and them continuing to charge you, for a one time encumbrance! They were unwilling to work with me and were brash and condescending on the call*** ***
On March 13, 2017, I made a request to two Zillow representatives to cancel my advertising serviceI was told by Shelly P*** that contracts could not be cancelledAfter I informed her that per the contract, I could terminate the service by paying twice the monthly subscription she stated that her manager Andrew would call meWhen Andrew called me I restated my request to cancel the service and again was denied my request after the representative tried to talk me out of my decisionNeither representative would assist me in cancelling my serviceThese two individuals are my only contact to ZillowI as a customer have the right to terminate this contract earlyThis company has no right to deny me this rightI am formally requesting that my service with Zillow be cancelled per the date it was originally requested (3/13/17)
In addition, on the same day, March 13, 2017, I informed my the Zillow representatives that I was billed in error in February Both my lender and I

I wanted to advise you that I have decided to cancel my agreement with Trulia effective immediately and request a full refund of all monies paidI have already spoke to John M*** in customer service on Friday, April 29th and told him of this decisionI'm cancelling due to the quality of these "leads" and how these leads are being generatedI was sold on the premise that a homeowner would specifically go to either Zillow or Trulia's website to get a valuation of their home but first they must provide some general information which would then be passed along to me as the "Exclusive Agent" to contact the prospectOn April 25th,I received a "lead" from Trulia for a*** *** for a property located at *** *** *** Odessa, Florida whose email is ***@aol.com and phone number is *** When I promptly followed up by calling the number provided the person answering the phone said his name was *** *** and he did not know a *** ***I then proceed to conf
I signed a month contract, which ended in July, then apparently was month to month (which nobody ever told me, but was in the fine print apparently)Upon being billed on the 7th month, I called numerous times and left messages for customer service at the number found online (206-470-7000) and on my credit card statement, and nobody would return my callsI finally got in touch with someone by e-mail today and they said they will not issue a refund, even though I tried to call to cancel and I did not use this serviceI also told this same person months ago that I would be ending the contract in JulyShe says she tried to call and I did not return her call, which is untrueI spoke with a male when I was contacted last month, who confirmed my contract ended in July
Zillow has refused to remove my home and pictures from their website This home is not currently listed
Zillow is a complete LIE They are misrepresenting zestimate home values They are very careful to say they are an estimate but then advertise that your home value is tracked due to several factors Although they are claiming they can change due to the market or whatever else they throw in there, they are completely lying on their website I have two emails sent to me saying my home value was " zestimated" at $190,from one month agNo my hoem value dropped $40,dollars?! This is so inaccurate and advertising They have a scale that I will attach that shows the values over the years and they have mysteriously removed all the old values which I still have in my email saying it was worth Even if the values change how can they legally go back to a month ago and lie and change that value The value they emailed me a month ago said $190,and now it is in the $140,complete liars and complete scam artist Even if it is an estimate, they are falsifying the p
I strongly suggest that your administration look into the illegal, criminal and deceptive business practices being carried out and perpetuated in a harmful manner by Zillow IncNot only do they continue to bill customers without regard or consideration for their subscription, but they make it nearly impossible for customers to cancel or get out of a subscriptionMost customers have realized the only solution to this problem is by cancelling the credit card attached to the account

This company has my house listed as being foreclosed and for saleNeither which is trueI've sent them a complaint on their website informing them of the truth and told them to remove it or I would be forced to take legal actionsThe only reason I found out about the situation was because an acquaintance had a friend ask them about my house wanting to buy itI have no plans of selling, otherwise I wouldn't have found out until someone knocked on my door wanting to buy itI don't know how they got this supposed info, but we are the 2nd owner of the house, we bought the house in September of and have never been late with a payment, insurance or taxesWe also have not received any notification that we were in foreclosure because we aren't
I'm a realtor who used Zillow Group for marketing rental properties to prospective clientsI started receiving calls from people from all different states asking me to show properties that are not under my listingsThey informed seeing $pricing for properties that appear to be luxury rentalsMy listing was $for a small studio in Ft Lee NJThese people saw listings with my name for studios to bedroom rentals at $I tried calling Zillow but only answering machine asking me to leave a message for customer service dept'I sent an email and was informed by Zilllow rep that I was at fault for placing listings incorrectly, therefore the website shut down my accountWhen I informed this was not my error but their website's issue, I was informed to use a different email address to set up a new accountWhen I asked why they couldn't just reinstate my account, I was informed my gmail account might've been hacked and that I should take action to rectify, and my account will

Zillow 1) claims to get their information from the MLS (multiple listing service) yet none of their information about my house is from the MLS, THEY DON'T EVENHAVE MY REALTOR LISTED RATHER THEY HAVE ME LISTED AS THE AGENT WHEN IM NOT THE AGENT NOR AM I A REALTOR2) their statistical numbers about views and saves are fraudulently made up because the numbers they provide on the owners view do not add up to the public view numbers 3) they tried to EXTORT a monthly fee from my realtor and when she refused to pay them $a month the Zillow rep hung up on her Zillow does not return phone calls from her or myself nor do they respond to messages sent through the Zillow contact email connection Since my realtor refused their EXTORTION for $a month they have failed to provide true and accurate information about my home and even though they advertise getting their information from the MLS THEY ARE CLEARLY LYING BECAUSE NONE OF THEIR LISTING FOR MY HOUSE FOR THE PAST DAYS SO FAR IS

Your listing is submitted and currently under reviewYou will be receiving a phone call from our automated system within the next few minutes to the number you provided so that we can verify some informationPlease have your phone nearbyFailure to answer the verification call may result in your listing being rejected and require you to submit it again
That phone call NEVER cameI submitted additional times, to be exact in case there was something wrong with my computer I even tried it on a different laptopI got the same message, and my phone never rangI submitted two emails to Zillow because of my concerns and no one has reached out to meThere is no number to reach anyone in personThe customer experience so far has been terribleI'm trying to sell my home as soon as possible and was referred by a friend to ZillowI'm frustrated and feel helpless and ignoredThis is advertisement at it's bestSaying you will call a customer in a few minutes and then not following through is the worst customer experienceZillow should remove that message and be more honest about their next steps as what they state currently is a lie
