Zillow recently keeps changing my home value daily while we listed our home in the marketDuring 2017, most of the time, the value was steady, ranging from $870K to $900K, but last Thursday, they suddenly dropped the estimate to $828K from $880K, which is more than $50K overnight with no reasonWe checked out the Zillow estimate of our neighborhood and found that there were no changes for our neighborhood ZestimateOur agent emailed about it to Zillow Help CenterZILLOW RECTIFIED IT UP TO $880K ON SATURDAY MORNING RIGHT AFTER WE RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THEM ON FRIDAYTHEY MADE CORRECTIONS RIGHT AWAYHOWEVER, THAT SAME AFTERNOON, THEY DROPPED IT TO $828K AGAINThe systematic errors with Zillow’s algorithm repeats its errors

Non-responsive, a manager was supposed to call me Tuesday, it is now FridayI have called and emailed repeatedly throughout the week, still can't get on the phone with a managerAfter spending $12,for advertising/leads and getting only single viable lead in that time, I wanted to cancel the advertising with ZillowTheir phone rep assured me my cancellation would be processed - then a week later, they charged me yet again for advertisingWhen I called to figure out why, they claimed to have no record of me callEven after sending them my phone records which showed the minute phone call, they still wouldn't honor the cancellationStill calling and emailing, days later and I am still waiting on a response/manager to get back to me

I simply want to post my home "for sale by owner"I submitted a request, someone emailed me from their help department days later saying I couldn't have any contact information in my descriptionI deleted the contact info (even though it's ridiculous, and I see other fsbo adds with contact info)I resubmitted my fsbo listing, it's now days later and they are still ignoring all of my email and phone messagesHorrible customer service

I listed my house for rent gave detailed instructions that tenants pay all utilities including sewer and that no particular credit score was required however they continue to post the wrong information inspite of my numerous emails advising them to fixThe info I put is different from what they post ALSO they keep posting numerous open houses causing people to show up disrupting the current tenants

Last year I filed a complaint against Zillow because they did not edit the listing of our home on Zillow after we purchased it - they left all the photos up (interior and exterior) as well as the Realtor's description of the propertyThis presented privacy and safety issues as anyone with an internet connection could view the interior and exterior of our property from their computerZillow corrected this by removing the photos and description on the listing after I filed a Revdex.com complaint (they never responded to email inquiry before I filed the Revdex.com complaint)I also found that TRULIA, INC did the same thing Zillow did on their website after the property was sold - they listed the sold price but left up all of the interior and exterior photos of the property which presents privacy and safety issuesI then also filed a complaint with the Revdex.com against Trulia requesting the same thing that I requested from Zillow (that all the photos and Realtor's description be removed)Trulia never re
