Zillow recently keeps changing my home value daily while we listed our home in the marketDuring 2017, most of the time, the value was steady, ranging from $870K to $900K, but last Thursday, they suddenly dropped the estimate to $828K from $880K, which is more than $50K overnight with no reasonWe checked out the Zillow estimate of our neighborhood and found that there were no changes for our neighborhood ZestimateOur agent emailed about it to Zillow Help CenterZILLOW RECTIFIED IT UP TO $880K ON SATURDAY MORNING RIGHT AFTER WE RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THEM ON FRIDAYTHEY MADE CORRECTIONS RIGHT AWAYHOWEVER, THAT SAME AFTERNOON, THEY DROPPED IT TO $828K AGAINThe systematic errors with Zillow’s algorithm repeats its errors

They have our home listed on their listings Web page without our knowledge or permissionThey have a bogus price, our house is not for sale and never has been! Two local agents have been contacted for more Information on our propertyWe want the information removed from their Web site!!! Please!

I was receiving real estate services (information regarding potential real estate buyers) and paying a fee at the BEGINNING of each cycle (in advance of receiving services)I decided to cancel the service provided and notified Zillow who continued to attempt to bill meSince billing was always at the BEGINNING (in advance) of each cycle, I notified my credit card company to decline any charges made by ZillowI received notice from Zillow on Dec 26, that they were unable to process my credit card for the amount of $(which would have been for services provided AFTER Dec I notified Zillow that I had already cancelled the account but they continued to send me emails requesting payment and telling me I was delinquentZillow told me they continued to provide services after Dec even though they had not received paymentI NEVER authorized or requested services for the new billing cycle which began Dec Zillow cancelled my account finally and I informed them to not po

I simply want to post my home "for sale by owner"I submitted a request, someone emailed me from their help department days later saying I couldn't have any contact information in my descriptionI deleted the contact info (even though it's ridiculous, and I see other fsbo adds with contact info)I resubmitted my fsbo listing, it's now days later and they are still ignoring all of my email and phone messagesHorrible customer service

My Zillow account has me locked out saying the following:
This listing can only be edited by the person who posted it For Sale on Zillow
Homeowner: Since your home is listed by an agent, you will not be able to make changes to itPlease ask your listing agent to make any desired changes
We have never had our house listed with an agent and after contacting Zillow it seems our house is under the control of an agent

I tried to post my house for sale by owner as advertised on Zillow.comI followed the instructions and uploaded all my pictures, descriptions, etcAfter I hit submit, I got a message that stated the following:

That phone call NEVER cameI submitted additional times, to be exact in case there was something wrong with my computer I even tried it on a different laptopI got the same message, and my phone never rangI submitted two emails to Zillow because of my concerns and no one has reached out to meThere is no number to reach anyone in personThe customer experience so far has been terribleI'm trying to sell my home as soon as possible and was referred by a friend to ZillowI'm frustrated and feel helpless and ignoredThis is advertisement at it's bestSaying you will call a customer in a few minutes and then not following through is the worst customer experienceZillow should remove that message and be more honest about their next steps as what they state currently is a lie

Zillow 1) claims to get their information from the MLS (multiple listing service) yet none of their information about my house is from the MLS, THEY DON'T EVENHAVE MY REALTOR LISTED RATHER THEY HAVE ME LISTED AS THE AGENT WHEN IM NOT THE AGENT NOR AM I A REALTOR2) their statistical numbers about views and saves are fraudulently made up because the numbers they provide on the owners view do not add up to the public view numbers 3) they tried to EXTORT a monthly fee from my realtor and when she refused to pay them $a month the Zillow rep hung up on her Zillow does not return phone calls from her or myself nor do they respond to messages sent through the Zillow contact email connection Since my realtor refused their EXTORTION for $a month they have failed to provide true and accurate information about my home and even though they advertise getting their information from the MLS THEY ARE CLEARLY LYING BECAUSE NONE OF THEIR LISTING FOR MY HOUSE FOR THE PAST DAYS SO FAR IS

I listed my house for rent gave detailed instructions that tenants pay all utilities including sewer and that no particular credit score was required however they continue to post the wrong information inspite of my numerous emails advising them to fixThe info I put is different from what they post ALSO they keep posting numerous open houses causing people to show up disrupting the current tenants

On Zillow's website the description of my house is incorrect; it has been change by someone other than me It shows that we are a two unit rental which we are not This fall I contacted Zillow by e-mail but all I got back were general information articles that didn't quite fit my situation I have tried to call them at their customer service number 206-470-several times only to get an answering machine and never getting a call back I believe this problem could be easily resolved if a real person would talk to me The house is not currently for sale but I would still like to see this error corrected

I have tried to change my listing on Zillow from a Rental to For Sale By Owner starting on June, I have left numerous messages to obtain help and have had no reply to change the offering on the home located in Tucson, AZ A man named Carlos is assigned to help me but have not heard from him I need to sell this home and Zillow has this obstacle for changing the designation Please, please help me

Well apparently Zillow removed the photos from the Trulia listing AFTER I filed this complaint and removed the agent description from the Zillow listing AFTER I filed this complaint
Their response makes it sound as if that had already been done prior to this complaint and that was not the caseThe photos from when our home was for sale appeared on the Trulia listing for about years before being removedThat is why I filed this complaint
Nevertheless, I have checked the pages myself and see that the photos have been removed from the Trulia listing and the agent description has been removed from the Zillow listing
However, I do NOT appreciate this response because I think it sounds misleadingThey make it sound as if these issues were taken care of before I filed this complaint
I would try to avoid Zillow at all costs in the future and am not interested in creating an account to edit these listings myself since I never posted them on the internet in the first place.Sincerely,*** ***

Since my house was listed for sale on 08/20/2016, unknown person(s) have reclaimed ownership of my house and changed the location, among other details, of my house to an area no where near where the house is actually locatedSo if someone is looking for a house where I live, my house would not show up in the search results because someone changed the location to Washington State, for exampleThis in turn limits the amount of exposure my house receives at a time when its more importantZillow responded and did what they said they could do to try to resolve this issue, but it continuedEventually, that problem stoppedNow i'm dealing with someone changing the sqfootage of my house from 2,sqftto 1,sqftThat is a significant difference which makes my house appear grossly overpricedAlso, the photo's of my house I posted aren't viewable for some reasonI've sent numerous reports in regards to these issues and have not received a responseI think its irresponsible on
